All their salads are good but imo the rustic chicken orzo is the best one!! This is definitely the nicest of all the locations for dining in, the room is so chill and beautiful. Good vibes all around. As far as delivery goes they are always quick, efficient and on time. They use sustainable packaging as well! Pro tip, the chocolate peanut butter cookie is yummy too and I always throw in an order of the lemon protein balls for breakfast the next day. Definitely recommend for a quick, healthy and delicious meal on the go! Be warned they do close annoyingly early, so make sure you're there or ordering by 6pm!

I asked for light dressing and it was so light, it was barely there (I only know it was bc I watched him make it). The chicken in the salad was super tasty, the croutons were pretty...crouton-y, so pretty tough. If you're a fan of crunchy never soggy croutons, this is for you. The soy egg was one of the best bites I had today, so good that I wished it was my last bite. The salad was good, especially the pieces where you got dressing. The gluten free peanut butter chocolate cookie is pretty good, dense, soft and doesn't taste gluten free.

Thai Veggie Stew (5/5) This was really delicious, but it was really small for a side portion costing $4. This was super flavourful, and had a good amount of ingredients in it. Veggie Falafel Wrap (4/5) This was pretty good, but I didn't really get any sweet potato falafel. I wish it was a little more flavourful, but overall it wasn't bad. Southwest Quinoa (3.5/5) This was rather refreshing - you can't really go wrong with beans, corn, red bell peppers and quinoa. Tahini Beet (3.5/5) This was quite nice, and I loved the tahini dressing. The beets were sweet but the cauliflower could have been roasted more. Brussel Sprouts + Apricot (3.5/5) The flavour was decent, but the brussel sprouts and butternut squash could have been cooked for longer. Kale Caesar (3/5) This didn't really have too much flavour to it, but the crispy chickpeas were nice. The kale was very hard and crunchy, and needed to be massaged and de-stemmed. Overall, this food here is decent, and I would come back for the Thai Veggie Stew for sure.

Better alternative for healthy eats if you want a quick bite at an affordable value…read more I honestly came in cause I was on the go and I was super hungry but didn't feel like eating fast food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!…read more Wow, just wow. I've been here a few times before and it has never been THIS bad. Today, we went in. The lady behind the counter could hardly understand me. While taking my order, another women came up and they started looking at an iPad about a SkipTheDishes order. I had to wait for them to finish to keep ordering. They where supposed to put guacamole on my 1 salad, and they charged me for it, plus a random 50 cent charge for banana peppers I never ordered. Like what ? Ok fine. I told them about the 50 cent charge and she just replied "yes". I'm like, why am I being charged for banana peppers I didn't order, again she just says "yes". Frustrated I say ok whatever. No point to argue over a few cents. Go outside, I see not only did they not even put in the banana peppers they charged me for; but, the guacamole I paid $3 for was not in the salad either. So now I've paid $3.50 for things I didn't receive . Pretty irritating ! Open my other salad and they forgot to put tomatoes on it. I go back to the store and ask them, hey, you guys charged me for this and forgot to put it on. She replies "yes, guac is extra" like, I know. I've paid for it but didn't get it. They argued with me for about 5 minutes before handing me a tiny container of guacamole. To top it all off, after arguing, paying nearly $30 for 2 salads, I finally get to eat, and there's a fly in my lettuce. Seriously, I don't understand what happened here today. I was charged for several things I didn't receive, then had to argue to get what I paid for, then I found a fly in my lettuce . I used to come here pretty often but that's going to change. I suggest everybody stay far away- go somewhere else. The chopped leaf down town or the one In Port Coquitlam are MUCH better. You actually get what you pay for without being argued with. Pretty disgusted with my experience here today.

I got a Nourishing Bowl which had greens, brown rice and a choice of two sides, of which I tried beet salad and grilled Brussels sprouts. You can also add a protein, and I chose tofu. The spouse got a turkey chili which came with grilled bread. All of the food was fresh, delicious and fast. Service is helpful and polite as they compose and ring up your order.
