Ok, ok... Fidelis Elite Systems sales pitch does suck, sending me, a new home owner, who had not yet paid her first mortgage finally caught a break. With this carrot dangling in my face, I thought, finally a free gift just for moving to the neighborhood. Of course I'm going to call to find out what parcel was on hold. Oh hell, it's a sales pitch to spend more money. Wait a minute, hear me out! They wanted to come out and test my water... for free. I thought how could that hurt. It's actually a benefit for me. I thought I'll just tell him no if he tries to sell me something. Sure, come on over. First I though, how adorable, he's actually nervous to presenting his presentation. So, he proceeds to test my water, facet water and my filter water from my refrigerator against his pure bottled water and....WOW...what an experience. I actually learned a lot about our homes water. I did not realize how much chlorine and particles was in our daily drinking water, water we us on a daily basis to wash our hair and our bodies. I knew our water was hard, but never gave it another thought about why. No wonder my hair was dry and my skin was so ashy and flaky. Thank you, Fidelis and our sales rep, Ricardo for this knowledge. I did make my own decision to correct this issue. I did accept this filtration system for the sake of my families well being. Best of all, I have a lifetime of free products. I'm grateful for this experience. I highly recommend this product. if nothing else the knowledge of the water service provided in my home. Dana & Terri Stockton, Ca. read more

We have the system since April 2016 and we are just getting around to posting a review. Usually we are not the ones to post reviews but we have to let everyone know that we made the Best decision ever Vitali came to our home and showed us what the systems will do for me and my family.. For my kids having this system cleared their eczema conditions away. For me the water treatment system took away my rashes that were developing on my skin due to hard water keeping the detergent still in my clothes after washing them. I never knew that having treated water will properly clean my clothes and get rid of the harsh chemical detergents on my clothes. We love the purified clean drinking water!! Tastes great! My wife and I noticed right away that our skin is softer and we don't rely on lotions on a everyday basis like before. Even when my wife works out at the gym she refuses to shower at the gym due to hard water, she rather wait til she gets home and shower with our treated water!! Another great plus is how our appliances aren't getting destroyed by hard water stains anymore!!! Overall my family and I love our treated water and would recommend anyone to invest in purified water it's a great investment that you use every single day and the system Pays for itself. We also received a great gift for signing up with them read more

FRAUDSTERS. FULL STOP. Fidelis Elite Systems had the audacity to send me a mailer deliberately designed to impersonate an official USPS "Notice of Parcel on Hold." This is not a mistake or a coincidence. Every single detail, the formatting, the language, the postage stamp, was carefully crafted to deceive people into thinking this is a government notice. It is not. Instead of pointing you to an actual USPS website or post office, they want you to call a shady private phone number (916-238-5004) to "release your parcel." There is no parcel. There is no hold. It is a lie designed to get you on the phone so they can scam you out of your money or your personal information. This is predatory, disgusting, and cowardly. They are deliberately targeting people who may not know better, including the elderly, to trick them. Impersonating a federal agency is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1341. I hope the authorities treat it as such. Do NOT call that number. Do NOT engage with these people. Report them immediately to the USPS Postal Inspection Service at postalinspectors.uspis.gov and the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Absolute bottom of the barrel. Shameless. read more

I didn't believe in the system initially but my husband really wanted it so we installed it. I would be lying if I said this isn't one of the best decisions we ever made. The product pays for itself and it is 100% worth it. Beginning with my dry skin, my ultra sensitive face, my damaged hair , I saw a huge difference right away and it kept getting better every week . My skin is no longer dry and my face complexion actually improved. The clothes in our dryer come out super soft as opposed to extremely dry. Our fridge isn't stained, and the drinking water is amazing. Plus we no longer have to buy water bottles. The soaps you get are very gentle and don't have the nasty harsh chemicals you get in most places. I panic every time we have to leave the house because I already know that the hotel won't have the same water, even the 5 star hotels. I rarely drink water outside of the house. When I travel I make sure I always bring our water with me. Buying bottle waters costs so much and it honestly isn't even always good. Don't overthink it, just do it! You won't regret it! read more

As a longtime resident of Katy, TX, I've always been concerned about the quality of our water, dry skin, hair thinning, and an unpleasant taste from the tap were constant issues. We were regularly buying distilled water for drinking and cooking, which just wasn't a sustainable way to live. That changed after we met Shelby Barber from Fidelis Elite Systems. Her presentation was honest, clear, and informative. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and we felt confident moving forward. We ended up installing the system not only in my home, but also in both of my children's homes and the results have been exceptional. Shelby is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the well-being of her clients. Thanks to her, we now enjoy clean, soft water throughout our homes and no longer rely on bottled water. I highly recommend Shelby and Fidelis to anyone looking for a serious, lasting solution. Amir Amin read more

I highly recommend you learn about the water that is coming into your house! Al does a fantastic job demonstrating and answering All your questions! We purchased our Fidelis water system in January. I told myself I wanted to wait some months to be able to write an honest review. We have nothing but LOVED our system. Our fidelis representative (Tanya Pirch) was very informative and was prepared for any questions we had. To this day (about 5 months later) she is still going above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of for us! I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to fidelis-less water ever again! After they installed the system I could literally taste and feel the difference. We also love our Pure & Gentle products! So far nothing but amazing service, clean water, and clean products! Thank you Tanya & Fidelis! read more

The Fidelis Elite Systems company representative Vitaliy Pirch had scheduled a visit with my household to explain the difference the 5-Stage Water Refinement and 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis systems will affect the water in my home. Vitaliy was very informative, polite, & friendly as soon as he arrived. I highly recommend him as a great representative to anyone who would love more information on the company and what they provide. Everyone in my household has experienced and agreed that the 2 systems above have provided better water. It helped by not creating such dry skin after showers and washing hands. We greatly appreciate the difference and impact it has made in our new home. read more

This is the best water treatment system ever!! It is worth every penny! We went through a demo with a sales rep upon moving into our new house and learned that we had really hard water. Since installing the system almost 3 years ago, we've noticed better and improved skin, my Knuckles used to dry out super badly and even bleed during the winter time, but this has stopped since getting the system, I was truly impressed. We also don't have any water stains and it is helping with our pipes and appliances. My wife's face skin has improved , her hair is softer and really shiny and doesn't fall off anymore! We love the results and could never go back to hard water! read more

Nick came to our house on time and was very professional throughout our meeting. He presented the system in a straight-forward manner. He never made me feel pressured to buy. The water tests were honest, fair, and accurate. At the end of our meeting Nick was patient to let me make up my own mind. He did ask the right questions that a "good salesperson" should ask to make me think. If you have Nick as your salesperson, you will certainly have an enjoyable meeting and the decision will be clearly YOURS. However, keep in mind the system and water results will pretty much sell itself. read more

No lo recomendaría. read more

Stay away. This is a shady/sketchy company. They keep sending me mail that says they tried to deliver me a parcel. I called the number and the lady asked for my parcel number, but I wouldn't give it to her because it would identify who I was. She started screaming at me on the phone. It's really unfortunate that companies like this exist to scam people in the US. Few of the employees that I spoke to were: Carrie (lady that screamed at me) Gilbert Donna Cory read more

Have had this system for 3 months now and it's the best product I could've invested in. My daughters skin is patch and rash free, no more dry skin. Great product and customer service. read more
