New wiring would be needed but while our a/c was old but in good shape, our heater needed work. Instead they offered us viable options for switching out our 20 year old a/c and gas heat to an all electric brand new heat and a/c system with an automatic thermostat. Our ducts and wiring in the attic had rodent damage, a lot of work had to be done. (Plus we had another contractor immediately deal with the rodents.) After two days of hard, diligent work, Osvaldo and Anthony completely replaced and updated our heating and air conditioning systems. When one a/c compressor wasn't to my liking because of its size in the space allotted in our small backyard, Anthony suggested one we liked much better! Osvaldo patiently explained the intricacies of running the system and auto thermostat so that it will be most efficient. We couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, work ethic and knowledge. Everything is terrific. We highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough positive things about the job they did and how well organized and efficient they were. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of HVAC work. Long version: I had Oakley heating and air come by to evaluate and change my central air conditioning, zoning of the house (upstairs and downstairs), and put a mini split system in the garage. It was a three and half day job! Even though it was a large project, I felt involved in every step. The removal, installation, and zoning went without a hitch. The crew was nice enough to wear shoe covers and cover the house with blankets as to not cause any damage or bring dirt into the house. A big plus was that Terry was respectful of my time and my love for cars. It rained on the days of installation and he asked if it was alright if I parked my cars outside in the rain so they can stage the large equipment. It was refreshing to see they were not just interested in doing the job, but also to take care of the actual homeowners. Again, I could not recommend Oakley Heating and Air!

Last Fall (or was it the year before?) our furnace stopped working, and I called Cali HVAC for service. They sent Oleg fairly quickly, and he did a good job repairing it; in fact, he proved himself to be very conscientious when, after replacing a circuit board that fixed the problem, he didn't like the way one part on the board was oriented, so he came back and replaced that board with a different one that fit better. He could have left it as is, since it was working, and I probably never would have known. In addition to fixing the problem pretty quickly, Oleg was also very informative and polite, answering all questions with patience and no attitudes. So, now I have moved into a new house, and even though the HVAC works, I want to have them check it out, and hopefully educate me about filters to use, what maintenance it might need, and how to make it quieter.

I called them to look into…read moremy mom's air conditioner because she mentioned she had very low flow on some rooms of her home even though the AC system was completely replaced including the air ducts a few years ago (by another company). Their technician came out and found that my mom's air vents were these wooden type slats and were simply closed causing no flow on the rooms. He was honest and confirmed to me that's all it was. He opened them up and he even replaced a missing air filter from the air intake and didn't charge us extra for it. I appreciate Energy Solutions for being honest, friendly and thorough.
