Once again not one pastry let me down. Blueberry and cheese danish, Rocher croissant (yes Ferrero Rocher) amazing; we repeated the pistachio New York style croissant; and a NEW biscotti style cookie croissant (HEAVEN). The banana créame croissant is best described as refreshing with its primary focus on brining out the flavor of the actual banana not mounds of of sugar. We also had two baked empanadas that where excellent. I preferred these over any of the ones I'd had a several places given their soft light feel to them. The ham and cheese one was delicious. Finally had another egg and cheese quiche which has nearly a creme brûlée like sweetness that perfectly balances the savory baked egg dish. Definitely worth trying again. So ask yourself. When was the last time a bakery review had someone come by and have to rave about their experience again? You just found the place.

The staff was amazing, very nice and quick to assist. Everything is made fresh daily, from the bread to the pastries. My favorite item was the pumpkin croissant, omg it was one of the best I've ever had in my life. The croissant has a pumpkin creme filling inside and a pumpkin like bread inside as well. I love the little details such as the chocolate bat and chocolate stem. Another menu item that was to die for was the everything bagel croissant...it was filled with cream cheese which I was not expecting but was very happy about it. If you're in the gables, this is definitely a spot you should check out and try everything!

Its clean and modern aesthetic gives it a refined feel, and the items they sell are pretty good. I tried the cardamom seasonal coffee as well as the cinnamon roll. Both of them were so good, but they did not have the capacity to heat up the cinnamon roll, which was a bummer. Prices are pretty average for coffees in this area, and they have several tables and a strip of bar seating facing the window that gives it a light, friendly atmosphere

I had a soft scrambled egg and a cheese pastry ( I forgot the name but it was incredible). It was crispy on the outside and gooey cheese on the inside. I recommend a side of cilantro sauce, it is soo good. I have to subtract a star for the long line, wait time, and small amount of seating. But the menu items are phenomenal. The people working behind the desk were kind and trying to work as quick as possible.

Just stand in line and order up at the counter, find a seat, and they bring your food to your table. It's an easy process. The server drops it off, says thank you, and quickly leaves. It's all business there. The vibe is casual and very loud inside. I ordered the Croix sandwich with the pork sausage added, which tasted good but the sausage was overcooked and hard. My daughter had the Turkey & Brie sandwich, which was just ok. We were excited to try out the Cachitos with Jamon y Queso because of the advertising but they were on the bland side, nothing special. That was disappointing. The one highlight was the Nutella Cruffin. It was perfection. We bought 2 croissants to take home. Our bill was almost $95 for an average breakfast. You should know that they also charge a 5% service fee and they include the tip already. There is a small parking lot in the front that is shared with the other businesses. I'm not sure when we will be back. This place lacks the warmth that other local businesses express.

The cheezy loaf of bread is great for sharing and the mortadella cochito is by far the best ever. The staff is super friendly and active which is good because there is usually a line since the food is so good. Disappointed today bc they add 6% automatic gratuity on the bill. I am not a fan of places forcing gratuity on me. If it was a sit down and table service establishment please by all means charge me 20% automatically bc that's what I usually give for good service but when I walk into an over the counter order establishment I don't feel like I need to tip to order my food and pay. If I do tip that's on me not the establishment forcing me to pay it. Build that 6% into your prices and I would not care but add it on my bill as gratuity....no thx.

Perhaps I shouldn't have read the hype before eating here. Don't get me wrong, my wife and I…read moreenjoyed our breakfast sandwiches. Where this fell down to us was in the baked goods... including the "English muffin" on which the sandwich was based. Let's start with the good things... the service was fast and friendly. Clearly all the ingredients were high quality. Everything looked beautiful in the display window. The eggs were perfectly scrambled. Light, fluffy, moist, and held together with just the right amount of rich cheddar cheese. And, the Bacon was great ... thick, just the right amount of crispy and chewy. The English muffin was disappointing; dry, dense, heavy and overly chewy. It's almost as if the dough didn't have a chance to rise fully, it was made with too little water, and it was undercooked. It was so dense that the smooth interior faces of the muffin didn't even do a good job of holding the sandwich together. Sauce dripped, eggs fell out. Even the thick bacon slid around, almost escaping being bitten into. This wasn't the only baking concern we had with Ophelia. We also picked up a mango filled "summer special" (doughnut) and a piece of "Pistachio Berry Toast". The doughnut filling was wonderful.. rich, sweet mango. The doughnut itself was surprisingly dry and dense. Then there's the reason we just don't care to return to Ophelia... the pistachio berry "toast". First, there was nothing toasted about this dense slab that most resembled pound cake... yes, pound cake. Dry, tasteless, and completely underwhelming. It's difficult to identify the makeup of the "pistachio" topping... and it certainly lacked flavor. The berries were flat, desiccated berries on top. All was covered with a thin dusting of confectioners sugar. Definitely nothing to have again. We also had a cortado and a matcha latte. All told, the cost of this trailer-in-a-parking-lot quick breakfast was $57 including a 20% tip that we added. There are no picnic tables or benches around, so we ate in the car. By the time we left there was a line of over 25 people, and more streaming in. When we arrived at 7:45 AM Saturday there were only three people ahead of us. So, either the hype is still pulling in new unsuspecting customers, or this was a really "off" day for the quality of the baked goods.
