We tried to reset the system, called the 1-800 number for Direct TV, etc. No help. So, I checked trusty Yelp, of course, and found this nice, local, independent Direct TV provider. They answered promptly and we're able to come by right away since they happened to be working nearby. I knew it was just a user error, some kind of configuration issue, but how wonderful to get the system all functioning properly and so quickly! It sure beat having to call my husband, who got left behind this trip, and have him try for an hour or more to walk us through the issue. The two guys who came were very pleasant as well as prompt; the price was reasonable for a service call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a minute.

Parking is limited and is shared by numerous popular restaurants and businesses so you may need to park and hike. Service 5/5 Time for a much needed upgrade for my wife's iPhone 10. We signed in waiting for the next available representatives who was Drew. He greeted us and brought us to a workstation. We discussed phone options and found her iPhone 10 qualified for a free upgrade. Awesome Sauce !!! We kept our existing Military discount plan pricing with her shiny new phone. My wife picked her color, case and the data transfer was all handled by Drew. During the hour long process Drew explained the key improvements she gained in this upgrade. He also reviewed some of my phone settings I was having trouble with and resolved those as well. Once the data transfer was complete Drew performed side-by-side reviews to confirm everything made to her new iPhone 16. Drew provided excellent customer service today. He asked great questions to help direct us towards the right replacement and free on top of that! Then this past friday, I get a charge on my bank account for a $10.00 late fee, even though I have been on autopayment since we got the "service" HHHHMMMMM. I am currently awaiting a return call from them about the late payment. they said we will definitely call me back within no more than 5 minutes........ well that was 50 minutes ago ! great service. They'll probably blame AI, which has become the habitual response nowadays, because NO ONE takes responsibility anymore. GOOD SERVICE ???? HHHHHHHMMMMMM.

When she asked about why…read morewe were canceling, I told her that the service is not good, we have issues multiple times a day with our IPTV freezing, but if I tether my streaming device to my phone, we don't have those issues. When I mentioned that we switched to Starlink, her tone changed even more. We have been with them for 3 years and since they were bought out, the customer service and value have dropped dramatically. They also take forever to get someone on the phone most times. The shortest time on hold I've had with them was 5 minutes, most times it's more than 20 minutes.
