I enjoyed talking with Roberto about the things I could do to brighten my yard, he had such great ideas. I was excited and decided to go for it. We set a date and Roberto came right on time with a team of 5 wonderful employees. He had selected and bought all the plants about which we had talked. His team spent the entire day trimming my trees, removing a tree stump, and of course planting a wide assortment of plants and flowers. They even created a circle around my lilac with an assortment of colorful plants. Roberto did an amazing job in my yard; I have had many compliments. By the time I had noticed this there was a significant pile of snow deposited on my section of the sidewalk. I went to go talk to them and asked them to deposit the snow on the strip between the road and the sidewalk (which is what everyone else in the neighborhood does) and remove the pile they had created on my portion of the sidewalk. The worker became argumentative and combative, ignored my request and ended up driving off shortly after. I tried to call, message, and email the company to resolve the issue. All to no avail. One thing to note is it is illegal to remove snow and place it on someone else's property or public way.

He uses vague language as to what exactly the scope of his work will cover. I tried multiple times, but failed to get him to spell out whether his price included what I had asked him to do. He throws in a "base price" at you for "what HE wants to do" but not what YOU asked him to do; then he wants to charge you extra for this and extra for that. Don't waste your time. Tree service companies are dime a dozen and there's no need to deal with unethical people.
