No warning, no conversation, nothing. Just attitude and rudeness like he owned the place. When my boyfriend calmly asked why, Isaac kept repeating "because I said so." That is not how you treat customers, especially people who come in every day on long hauls. We both felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and the fact that nobody else stepped in to explain anything made it even worse. If this is how they handle guests, I'm honestly shocked the place is still running. Pilot needs to retrain their staff immediately because this was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.

I walked in and said hello, and that I needed to fill my person propane tank. She looked at me confused and said, "you what?". I said I need to fill my tank, my canister, she still looked confused and the person behind her stood up and said, I will help you (not sure what else you do there but it looks like that your thing, seeing how its literally 15-20 feet from your front door). I gave her my tank and stood by, she filled it (or so I thought), and we went inside to pay. It was $8.99. I thought that it was a really good price seeing how my tank was 100% empty. So 4.5 gallons for 8.99 is about $1.99-2.00 a gallon. As I drive away I see the price is $2.49 a gallon. Which means they only filled my tank to about 3.5-3.6. Almost a full gallon less then what I asked for. Not sure why they would do that. Again I know my tank was 100% empty due to me starting my grill and coming back about 10 minutes later to nothing coming out. So from there weird customer service, to them not filling my tank as asked, I wont be back. Keep going about 100 yards down the road to Ferrell gas.

When we got there Les greeted us with nothing short of a smile and pleasantry before asking if he could be of any assistance. When we were looking for a fan we were able to acquire the proper one to fit our specific needs. The clerk at the counter, Sylvia, was kind to point out a particular product of hand sanitizer had absolutely no alcohol in it. She saved us on cost and helped us decide to opt for a 'for sure' product to sanitize hands. She was patient as well. Over all my family and I have been coming to the store for nearly a decade. We are moving soon and will miss the store and the friendly clean environment. They sell masks and hand sanitizer here and many other products found at even the largest branches. They have saved us lots of time and money. Thank you ACE and your employees for being there when we honestly needed you.
