We didn't need anything fancy as we are just using it for personal use, so he showed us the affordable options, didn't immediately take us to the most expensive one that was on the lot. Of course my husband wanted the fanciest one on the lot but I talked him out of it (haha). Wade gave us the prices, and we decided to just do it. The process to finance was quick and easy. The next day we came back and picked it up. Fast forward a few hours we get home and I get the bright idea to get in it and the husband can raise it so I slide down just because I can. That's when we notice half of the hydraulic fluid supposed to be in the tank was all over the inside of the box. We clean it up, let it sit for an hour or so and more had leaked out. Keep in mind this is a brand new trailer, this shouldn't be happening. Monday morning I call and speak to Sean who asked me to send pictures so they could start the warranty claim through Five Star (the manufacturer). So I did. Fast forward to the next Saturday we take the trailer to them so it can be fixed thinking they can just fix it and then handle it with Five Star afterwards. Also knowing that we would probably have to leave it there depending on what the problem was. Wade was at the counter and I told him the issue and he explained what it might have been but he would take a look at it. Jacob, one of the service guys, happened to come into the office and immediately said "I submitted the claim, we'll have to wait until they respond". I get it, but at the same time it's brand spanking new, and it's kind of ridiculous that not knowing what the issue is, we have a $7k trailer we can't even use. Wade was quick to say, "no, let's go take a look, it could be something simple and just fix it". Luckily, it appeared to just be a bad o-ring on one of the connections and Jacob fixed it there on the spot and refilled the hydraulic fluid for us. I would totally understand if it was a bad motor or something that would need to be replaced and having to do the warranty claim. Even if I was frustrated with the situation, I would understand. What this long winded review is trying to say is... I understand that there's a procedure to follow, but sometimes it's a quick fix and I appreciate Wade for pushing to at least look at it and if it's an easy fix, to fix it without having to wait for the warranty process. Because I think it would be utterly frustrating if we waited a couple weeks just to find out it was a simple o-ring. This review wouldn't have been so nice. So, thank you Wade! And thank you Jacob for just taking care of it, and fixing it on the spot! Husband is a happy camper with his new toy :)

I was very nervous but thorough while purchasing our first Travel Trailer, the Forest River Sonoma…read more280RBK. I researched almost every make and model in our price range. I went to 8+ RV dealers in Tucson and Phoenix to look at them before making my decision. Some are nearly identical. What it came down to was trust and helpfulness. Sean F. at Cactus RV didn't try to take advantage of my initial naivity, and took the time to find the best fit and explained everything to make me feel comfortable. Just before we made the purchase, two of my coworkers also recommended Cactus RV (Anthony). I rarely do reviews, but since I could go on and on about the positive experience I thought I should let others know. And I didn't find a lower price anywhere in the area. Hope this helps. Brian C.

My wife called them and asked about some specific measurements and that we were on Hwy headed out to Phoenix to buy. they said they would check and call us right back. They did and it is what we wanted. It was late and they were close to close time but they showed us the unit and we decided to buy. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Service is also great. Doug went out of his way to fix an issue before a planned trip. Other then a misunderstanding on a process over a warranty contract that Ron was able to handle, I have No complaints about sales or service.

Without giving up too much, I've had some health issues and needed something for my soul, I decided a trip was it. Yesterday around 5:00, I stop at Peace Park to refill a small water container with a spigot. I park, and getting organized... I look outside and MY ENTIRE CAMPER ROOF METAL HAD PERLED BACK LIKE A SARDINE CAN! People, this is not in my knowledge base, nor wheelhouse on how to fix. I am a problem solver, I'm a mom, a teacher, I can duct tape and hanger repair with the best of them (Thanks Mum!). Not this. I feel blind with panic, I call Mum, husband. Then I decide to just try to find inner calm and think. I pick my head up, look across the street and there is Eastside RV Liquidators in Tucson. Across the street. So, I grab my wee dog, and I dash across the street. It's 5:20, it says they close at 5 (Luckily I didn't notice and all of my panic.). The door is shut but not latched, I swing it open and come spilling in. Immediately I am tears, uncontrollable high pitch voice begging for help. I tell them my story. These people, I can't even begin to explain. The owners (Mark and his wife), the technicians (the AMAZING Esteban and Frank). ON THEIR OWN TIME, after work, Esteban and Frank fix it for me, with Mark's permission and company. They sent me on errands what I would need, and had me show up at close. They stayed an extra hour and a half to help me, even fixing my vent so it opens, and fixing some stuff inside. Then, Esteban didn't want to accept any money because he knew of my situation. Literally some of the kindest, most stand up men I've met. I had already budgeted money to give him, which he, VERY RELUCTANTLY accepted. What he did has value, I wish I could give him more (Feel free to send Esteban some moola if you can, just for being a great guy!). Then after all of it, he sent me a message thanking me and telling me what an honor it was to meet me. If you need an RV, camper, WHATEVER for your RV or Trailor needs, these are men that you can trust. And that's rare, give them your business. Thank you Esteban, Mark (and wife), and Frank. You made my continued dream a reality, and you reminded me that there is kindness everywhere.
