Patricia - "I'll need you to call back tomorrow morning." The next morning - me - "hi Patricia. Can you give me a window of time?" Patricia - well he's in his fourth stop now. Ten. I'm afraid I can't give you a window of time." Me - "thanks Patricia - you've been very helpful." How can this business survive?? Zero customer service. Should have taken down my name and number and called ME back. Then, give someone a window of time so their entire day isn't spent waiting around for a delivery. Waited and waited - I was told we were "next". Never showed! I do NOT recommend based on my 5 initial interactions. One star is too many. Terrible experience. And I hear they are extremely expensive. No warning, no conversation, nothing. Just attitude and rudeness like he owned the place. When my boyfriend calmly asked why, Isaac kept repeating "because I said so." That is not how you treat customers, especially people who come in every day on long hauls. We both felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and the fact that nobody else stepped in to explain anything made it even worse. If this is how they handle guests, I'm honestly shocked the place is still running. Pilot needs to retrain their staff immediately because this was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.

I usually go to Ferrell Fuel right down the road a few feet, but today there payment service was…read moredown. I should have just waited. I walked in and said hello, and that I needed to fill my person propane tank. She looked at me confused and said, "you what?". I said I need to fill my tank, my canister, she still looked confused and the person behind her stood up and said, I will help you (not sure what else you do there but it looks like that your thing, seeing how its literally 15-20 feet from your front door). I gave her my tank and stood by, she filled it (or so I thought), and we went inside to pay. It was $8.99. I thought that it was a really good price seeing how my tank was 100% empty. So 4.5 gallons for 8.99 is about $1.99-2.00 a gallon. As I drive away I see the price is $2.49 a gallon. Which means they only filled my tank to about 3.5-3.6. Almost a full gallon less then what I asked for. Not sure why they would do that. Again I know my tank was 100% empty due to me starting my grill and coming back about 10 minutes later to nothing coming out. So from there weird customer service, to them not filling my tank as asked, I wont be back. Keep going about 100 yards down the road to Ferrell gas.
