Why that happened I have no idea. But if that was the case 2 people need to be fired for turning a non-issue into a full blown problem that I wanted to get a district manager involved in, after having spent around $600.00 Today, I got the REAL store manager on the phone, Dave. He had been taking care of ALL MY ORDERS as they came in. He pulled them. He packed them. Then he put them where all the on-line orders are put, so when people come in the associate goes back, grabs it, hands it over and everybody's life goes on!!!! I cannot believe NOONE, NOT ONE ASSOCIATE knew this extremely SIMPLE, NO THOUGHT REQUIRED PROCESS. Well, by the time I got off the phone with Dave I was good. He is listened to everything I had to say, he acknowledged my anger, he agreed with why I was angry and he apologized for everything, profusely. Then he told me about that my last shipment WAS THERE, and to ask for Jim and he would take care of the other issues. While some items in the store can feel a little on the higher side, I think it's worth it for the selection, convenience, and the peace of mind of knowing they've got what I need most of the time. The store itself is packed with a huge variety of items--not only for horses, livestock, and pets, but also some fun things for humans too. We purchased a trailer here. Within a few months, we were having issues with the pump motor. We…read morecalled and asked about taking a look at the issue. They asked for photos of the model number of the engine. When we didn't hear back, we requested a follow-up on the engine. When we did get a call back, they proceeded to say we must have damaged the motor in some way and they would not provide a warranty. When asked if they could send someone out to look at the motor to make that determination, they declined and stated they don't have anyone that does that at their shop. So, we found a certified Honda motor repair shop and discovered it was a minor issue with the new motor. Normally, we would have just gone on our way and not bothered to write a review, summing it up as poor business practices. But, we noticed one of the four new tires went bald right away. We found there is an issue with one of the brakes locking up on the trailer, causing one tire to bald quickly. We are taking that to another local trailer shop to make the repairs. This business fabricates trailers but has the inability to service them, and the warranty provided with them is worth less than the paper it's written on. (Note: There were numerous other issues with leaking valves that they did come out twice to replace parts.) We luckily have the financial resources and connections locally to get things fixed. I'm writing this review for contractors or anyone who may be on a budget and cannot afford to deal with a business like this. I believe this business was ran well at one time, we were referred by another contractor that did business with them years ago. From reading another recent review from another customer, I believe perfectly illustrates the undesirable experience.

We arrived at 10am, checked-in at U-Haul counter, nice, friendly & informative. We went over the paperwork to be sure we knew the process. Our Truck was waiting & ready when we walked outside with the a/c on (thank-you) - did a walk around (brand new vehicle) less than 300 miles. Smooth process, only suggestion would be to require vehicles be topped off. I understand the process of return at level u got it, but would rather start on full then worry about gas before I load up. Other than that, best U-Haul experience yet- Thank-You !!! Love the store itself!!!

I am amazed by the grooming service provided! I called and made an appointment for the same week…read more(which with my old groomer wasn't an option and was always far out). I brought my puppy in and they whisked her away. They let me know i'd would be a bit longer since it was her first time there and I was not worried. Her groom took about 3 hours which was a great time. When i picked her up, I was amazed by how she looked! The grooming was done amazingly and they even added little bows and a bandana. I was shocked!! Only paid $78 for my pups groom, which is a great value.
