This repair person is absolutely the worst repair person I have ever seen…read more Initially he was very friendly. He came out and worked on our refrigerator and fixed it temporarily. It ended up making the same noise so we called him back out. He showed up extremely HIGH. Bloodshot eyes and very shifty. He then attempted to fix it again. He suggested that we replace the fan and I agreed. He made the repairs and on his way out the door, the refrigerator started making the same noise again. He got back in there and then told me that he fixed the noise with a PIECE OF CARDBOARD! I told him there is no way that a piece of cardboard is an approved method to fix a very loud hum in a refrigerator. He proceeds to tell me how he fixes all kinds of things with tape! After much back and forth and disagreement, he grabs his things and walks out of my house. Not a word about how he was going to fix it. Not a single word! And all this AFTER being paid. I should have known that paying with Zelle was my first clue this business is not 100% legitimate. I'll be checking with the BBB and the County as well.
