I regretted selling that furniture right after they picked it up:( When I moved to Jacksonville I purchased subpar furniture at another retailer. After 5 years I couldn't take the old stuff any longer. On my second visit Caroline assisted me with picking out the perfect furniture for my home. When I told her I wanted to walk around the store alone she respected my request. She was not pushy and I loved that! I truly enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase furniture;) I was in and out in about an hour and a half. It took me the longest to select the pillow fabric LOL! My furniture took a few more weeks than expected but I was provided updates regularly. I received my furniture a couple of weeks ago and I am so pleased with the fabric and the comfort! No more falling between the cushion cracks when I lay down on the couch.

That afternoon Underwood called and said they were not going to be able to install and had no idea when they could install. They eventually supplied a second date which is now not happening. We have no idea when we will have a kitchen again and our primary point of contact has quit the company to work elsewhere. Learn from our poor investment and save yourself some serious stress. I found a gorgeous hibiscus shrub and two bags of red mulch for my front yard in the garden center. Then I pushed the heavy cart to the paint department where I met Corey. Corey helped mix my gallon of Pacific fog Behr paint for my cabinets. I also needed to purchase a quart of ceiling white and exterior paints. Corey pointed me in the right direction for the ceiling paint and he came out from behind the counter and walked me to the external paint. Excellent customer service and bonus he was friendly too! Teresa was my cashier who also called for assistance to help me get the mulch in my car. Thank goodness, because I barely got those bags in the cart;))) I had such a fantastic experience at Home Depot this evening. I was treated with kindness and respect and I was thanked for choosing my local Home Depot. Customer for life!

For those not familiar with their grills, their burners have ceramic components, which we did not know how to handle. He took the time to explain the proper way to clean the entire grill, and even removing parts to show us how easy that could be accomplished. He also went over additional components we could purchase to add to our existing grill, such as a smoker, griddle and pizza pan. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

It kills me they are always coming out with a great new model cause these vacs last forever and I know my hubby won't buy me a new one anytime soon being they are pricey. With a house full of pets the air system is a must in my home. Customer service is always great and when I take my vacs in for tune ups they come back like new every time. Now, the cleaners are the best of anything I've ever tried!!! They are pricey too but will get the worst stains out of fabric and rugs. The countertop cleaner smells like cake batter too. I use the multi purpose cleaner and it's great too. One star us taken away for the hours. They close at 6 during the week and I can't alwYs get in by six. The 9-5 crowds will find it hard if you work across town. But overall a great product and great service.
