Ferguson Home is great until you need to return items. Every project runs over the time frame due to city approvals etc. which makes Ferguson Home items to be unused for awhile. You do not know if an item will be perfect for your home until the project is under way. We have had several items that needed to be returned and we were told it was over the return time frame, so we could not get a refund. We believe if you spend thousands of dollars on three bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel and all the faucets, sinks, lighting etc. were purchased from Ferguson Home you should be able to return items and receive a refund. Obviously, this did not happen. Jeffrey the salesperson in the Santa Rosa retail store is awesome. However, customer service and returns are horrible. read more

I purchased a high end refrigerator ($3k+) from here and it has been a disappointment from day one. For starters the unit has produced about 12 ice cubes in the last 3 months. I routinely get erroneous error messages about power failures. The freezer thermostat fails about once a week. The service support has been pathetic. The first guy blamed it on my water pressure even without making any measurements. Then he suggested that it was caused by my setting the 'max ice' setting 'on', which he explained was actually a minimum ice setting. I've had two more calls with the service department who promised to send someone out, but I've received zero follow up. Overall I'd say this outfit is not worth your trust. Overpriced and under performing. My next step is small claims court. read more

Short and sweet: not good customer service. The first salesperson we spoke with only wanted to chit-chat with boomer customers before and after us. When I introduced myself to him he just paused for a few seconds then replied: "And?". I replied that I was waiting to hear his name then I continued that I was there to look for a new bathroom vanity and possibly kitchen cabinets too. He quickly walked through the showroom saying that he knew little of that and was more knowledgeable about appliances. Understandable but isn't this a kitchen and bath showroom? He then found a bathroom vanity book and offered that we take a seat at a model kitchen and look through it. So we did. He then left to go smoke outside. That may have had something to do with it. Interrupting someone's smoke break is never great but there are ways that someone in their 60's can handle that situation that doesn't leave a potential customer feeling like they are not welcome. Especially when the customer has money and you have a product to sell. Then the next salesperson, someone closer to my age range came by. He asked what we were looking for then led us back to his desk. There he proceeded to show us vanities on the website. I can do that, in fact I have done that on their website. We wanted to visit the showroom to be shown what's there. Isn't that why companies have showrooms? Generally I felt that the place was low energy and that not one of the three employees there wanted to be there. That is bad management, happy employees are productive and friendly people. May be they are not paid enough to care, maybe management is also absent not wanting to work when the majority of customers are able to visit. Who knows? But I know that I won't go back. We ordered appliances, plumbing fixtures, and a steam shower from Ferguson for our fire rebuild in St. Helena. We moved in to the house only to find the dishwasher wouldn't work. Rather than their acting to resolve the issue, we were passed off to the manufacturer. It's been three weeks now and we might get a service technician out to see what the problem is this week. Then, we'll probably have to wait for repairs or a replacement. Ferguson's inability to step up for a product that didn't work from the outset is awful customer service. We purchased the product from them not the manufacturer. The steam shower control unit was finally replaced after months, and the refrigerator already has a torn door liner. Ferguson may not be responsible for shoddy products, but they are responsible for recommending and selling shoddy products. When something goes wrong, they should step up and advocate to get things right, rather than placing the burden on their customers. There's no way we would ever purchase anything from them or recommend them to others. UPDATE The technician arrived and informed us that the problem is that the Ferguson installer incorrectly wired the unit, which destroyed the control board, which now needs to be replaced. More delays and my more patient wife is going to reach out to Ferguson again to see if they're willing and able to get us a new dishwasher. read more

We ordered thousands of dollars of goods for complete bathroom and kitchen remodels from Ferguson. The worst problem was that the staff turnover is stratospheric - every time we went back, we had to deal with someone new, and go over our choices, considerations and needs all over again. Dealing with any problems in our orders has become a nightmare. For example, they delivered the wrong size of pocket doors (although the correctly sized pocket door frames). We called and asked them to deliver the correct size of door and take away the ones that were too small. It has now been weeks, calling and calling - we don't even have a date for delivery of the correct doors. DON'T USE THIS FIRM EVER. read more

And the people working are nice, helpful, and beautiful. ;) Unfortunately it's super spendy upscale and they don't keep things on hand in stock. I want to say thanks to the very helpful staff at Ferguson's. I came in with a pendant light that needed a part replacement. Rebecca spent much time on the phone trying to find the part which unfortunately was no longer available. She then had Willy, the lighting tech, see if he could fix it. Even though it couldn't be repaired, he came up with another solution that worked beautifully. He spent a lot of time doing this when he could have just said that it couldn't be done. I would also like to say thanks to Lisa at the front desk who was very helpful, and coordinated all of this. Thanks, thanks, and more thanks. I'll be back when I need more lighting. read more

Requested an appointment online to come in to the Santa Rosa showroom. Was provided a date and time FROM Ferguson. Agreed to date & time online. Received an email from the store manager, Eric Gonzalez, confirming date, time & associate we'd be meeting with. My husband & I drove an hour to Santa Rosa only to find the store was closed. We turned around and drove an hour home. I called the showroom and complained about the miscommunication. I sent an email to the manager stating the same. No appologies from anyone. We will never use Fergusson. They have lost a good potential client. read more

Took almost 2 months to get materials I ordered. Nothing special ordered...just a shower nozzle and a held held shower and a wall holder. People working therebwere nice but ineffective. TERRIBLE communication between staff and main warehouse and then staff to customers. Won't go back ..home depot, Lowes, Freidmans would have been better. They did offer to send me my parts for the 3rd time....lol... and we're gracious enough to tell me at no cost...I had already paid for everything. It's as if sending me an almost 2 month old order which was late, then lost, then forgotten about was some kind of reward. I PAID FOR IT! I asked for help because I had to pay a plumber for his time on the days they guaranteed the parts were coming. When I asked for help to offset the cost of that...mind you, not for the entire, but some help, they ABSOLUTELY REFUSED. You will never get my business back. You had a chance and just didn't care. We remodeled a kitchen and two bathrooms and built a theater with a kitchenette. Our contractor recommended that we use the Ferguson showroom in Santa Rosa . The showroom displays are thoughtful and show a variety of quality products. It was easy for me to make an appointment. When I arrived at the showroom Annika Lewis was ready to help me. She is well informed, sharp, well organized, quick to reply to email and phone inquiries and patient. And when I say patient, I mean patient and tolerant. I had chosen finishes for several products that I thought would work well with our interior but did not. Given the long lead times in 2022, I ordered products well in advance of their installation date. When I realized that some of the finishes were poor choices on my part, Annika was very understanding and helped me to exchange those products for more appropriate products. On several occasions, I was confused about what I ordered and again, Annika was very patient with me, researched what was ordered and helped me along the way. I read through several of the reviews and those that are negative express issues that were not what I experienced and in fact, quite the opposite. read more

It's with great pleasure that I write this review of the services and trusted guidance I received from Dean Link at Ferguson's Santa Rosa Gallery. I benefited from Dean's knowledge of the multitude of products and he streamlined my purchase of a shower head system for my new shower that combined a rain head overhead with a multi function hand held on an easy adjust rail. He also helped me select sturdy wall mounted hand grips and made sure all the parts and fittings were of matching finish and detail. It was a great pleasure to work with Dean and to have his expertise alone, no less connected with such a robust assortment of superior accessories and related home beautification products. read more

Would give a ZERO star if available. Incompetent bafoons. Called the main number (which is a call center) asking for help with LED recessed lighting. Was told I needed to speak to someone in 'PLUMBING' and was transferred. The guy who answered seemed befuddled by my lighting request, obviously, and transferred me to a 'lighting specialist'. The guy who answered next said he didn't know if they carried recessed LED lighting and would have to have a 'lighting specialist' call me back. ??? Received phone call back hour or later. When I answered, the person on the other end asked what department she could transfer me to. I said you guys called me back upon my lighting request. She said 'No, you called me here at the call center.' ??? I said, 'NO.' I just said forget it and hung up. Next a voicemail pops up from Rebecca there, who says she is 'confused that I had a question about recessed lighting because we have been discussing track lighting...' What is wrong with these people?! I have never spoken to anybody there yet. What a mess. Get your crap together. read more
