Amazing customer service the second you walk in the door! There is a reception desk with a super cool color changing flame fireplace at the base. Beautiful lights all over, stand alone tubs as far as you can see and a lot, I mean a lot, of faucet and shower choices. The kitchen and outdoor appliances are the best you can get. The staff from reception to consultant who completes your order is the best! Will always come here for all my needs. read more

My wife and I recently did a full home remodel and used Premier Bath and Kitchen for all appliances, and kitchen and bath fixtures. The service from multiple teammates on their team was outstanding. From design assistance, to well organized quotes, and competitive pricing. Although a good experience at first, the reason for this review goes well beyond when our project was complete. We purchased an ice-maker that went bad within the first two years of purchasing and tried to go direct with manufacture as to follow normal protocol/warranty process. Needless to say we were ran around, with little response, and not much support from manufacturer by backing their product. Unhappy customer until... When I reach out to Sam Von Lahr (PKB), he was responsive and happy to assist to see if there was anything they could do. Within a week, we got a call from the manufacture stating that after further review they decided to accept claim and replace ice maker. It helps to use a reputable dealer and one that cares about their customers. PKB is an important dealer to many brands and will go out of their way to make things right. Hopefully we never do another remodel, :) but if we do Premier Bath and Kitchen is the place to go. Absolutely terrible and unresponsive customer service. We were planning on spending over $15,000 on appliances to remodel bathrooms and a laundry room. Premier's sales personnel spoke to us once or twice, then never returned phone calls or emails, and were never available when we called the store. We knew exactly what we wanted to order, and it would have taken very little effort for them. When we did speak, we seemed to know more about the items than they did. Very nice show room. I worked with Heidi, who was knowledgeable and initially responsive. However after order was received, customer service has been extremely poor. I spent $12,000 on kitchen and bath fixtures and was unhappy with performance of master shower fixtures. I had brought in a picture of existing shower head and asked for same Newport brass replacement in different finish. Plumbing was not altered/moved just trim was changed. I received a different shower head which can't be adjusted and pressure is terrible. I can not get Heidi who sold everything to me to call me back. I've emailed and called numerous times. I've left three messages for store manager and he won't call me back either. I spent enough in that store to deserve much better customer service. Robin W. read more

It was a poor experience today. This was my first time at Premier and since they specialize in bath faucets, shower heads, etc, I decided to give them a try. I was looking to exchange my trim set (shower head, handle) in Matte Black. More specifically, the handle area is a hexagon shape in the back so I need to find a handle piece that would fit that. Gary assisted me and he told me it would be difficult because the brand I currently have "Peerless" is a brand they don't carry. I was disappointed and he went online and told me to google Peerless's phone number so that they can assist me further. After I left, I did call Peerless but I thought to myself, "Darn, he hasn't really addressed my question. Couldn't he have found me another brand that possible would fit the hexagon shape??". I was just shut down and back to square one....dialing an 1800 number. I wanted to avoid that so that's why I went to a local specialty bath store. They have great products, which you pay a premium to purchase. I don't mind that, but support after purchase and installation is extremely weak. I had a 10 year old faucet and wanted their help to find a replacement cartridge and they couldn't figure out the manufacturer. Their solution- but 2 more faucets to install with new cartridges, at about $1000 cost. No thank you. I took out the old cartridge and worked on refurbishing it. Hopefully I'll get another 10 years out of it. My feedback is this- if you sell a PREMIER product- which they do, you should also keep my purchase history and provide premier service, which they don't! read more

Prior to COVID, I would agree that it was difficult to get help when entering the showroom. Lots of pretty things to see but no one to help. It used to be so frustrating since you saw rows of people on the phone or head-down with no one looking up to acknowledge or indicate that they would be with you at some point. It became an experience of just looking and doing research yourself. It also became an opportunity to shop elsewhere! This will be my 3rd time in using Premier for remodels over the last 15 years and I have come to not expect much in the way of customer service. However.... Just recently I placed an order with PKB and was wandering the aisles aimlessly trying to figure out what to do since I had a lot of questions about products. Enter Bettina! It is Bettina who has provided excellent customer service, sharing her product knowledge and returning price quotes within less than 6 hours. I give Bettina 5 stars and am only providing 4 stars overall because of past experience, low customer expectations, and other employees with less than stellar customer service skills. If you are going to PKB and need excellent product knowledge, an understanding of your needs, and attention to detail, ask for Bettina. She is a star! read more

Save yourself time and energy and shop elsewhere. I should have seen the red flag when my original quote was already missing items. Months later I was still sorting through countless product numbers, following up on status of all the delayed items and trying to identify what was missing or not available at all. I ended up cancelling multiple items 12 weeks after ordering and ordering on Amazon or from Kohler directly, arriving days later. One item had never even been ordered. Jokes on me for trying to shop local. Next time I will definitely drive to SF to Kohler directly. read more

CRAP... we had used PBK before for a smaller situation and had a pretty good experience. Now we are redoing our master bath and went back. It has been such a huge disappointment that we reached our final straw after about 2 months the other day and said "NOPE.. cancel everything" The entire process was WAY more work than it needed to be. MANY times had my wife looking over obscure model numbers and correcting not only our contact but the company rep... she should not be wasting hours of her life on this. Not to mention correcting obvious and SIMPLE things that should be a no brainer to people that do this for a living. So many mistakes and horrific communication that it got to the point that on a 16K plus order we had NO confidence that we were going to get what we ordered or wanted. The final straw was that a WEEK after we signed the contract and gave our credit it card we found out that the sink top we ordered did NOT come in without holes cut out in the top (we are doing sink mount and at NO TIME.. not even once, did we consider a counter mount fixture situation.. not once.. and that added expense, frustration, time etc... unacceptable) To their credit they did try to discount some things but at this point after SO MUCH FRUSTRATION we had completely reached the end of our line. Not the greatest, although not the worst communication over the process... (but the worst these days is pretty bad) Simple things like my wife writing and saying "nope that quote is wrong you have the hinge on the left and we need it on the right" Answer: "Oh yea.. youre right.. good job catching that!!! I'll correct it now" The next quote a day later.... Yup... you guessed it... hinge still on the left... just dumb stuff that would have caused lots of money and frustration in the end. read more

We received very poor service. Ordered two sinks and 4 drains. Then learned one of the sinks was no longer available. I ordered it through WayFair and received it in two days. Eventually was told the other sink was out of stock and they wouldn't know availability until AFTER our kitchen project was scheduled to be completed. I called - I emailed - wanting to get a credit issued to our credit card. Nothing for a long time. Today I decided to reach out to the manager because the sales rep wasn't coming through - and voila received an email from her with a credit. But oops...it isn't for the right amount. "Pretty woman" experience. Walked in ready to spend a LOT of money on my nearly whole house renovation including kitchen and bath. I was excited to finally get to do the fun part of my project. Walked in and saw a desk to the right with about 3 people conversing. They didn't even look up or acknowledge me in any way. Went through the entire showroom (for about 10 minutes) with not so much as a "hello". There were plenty of people not with customers. Super disappointing, but there are plenty of other places to buy nice things, where they treat you were common courtesy. I'll pass on this place and won't recommend to anyone I know. read more

I am a local general contractor that specializes in home remodels, primarily kitchens and bathrooms. I have been working with the folks at Premier Bath & Kitchen for as long as they have been around . . . over a decade now I believe. Sara, Susan, Lance, David (now retired), Eddie, Rebekah (sp?), and the rest have been absolutely great to work with and to send my valued clients to when they are ready to select products for their homes. They have always been attentive to what is needed on the projects and to the time-frames that I have to work within. I often make contact to get prices or input on products and services, and have been more than pleased at their responses. Just this morning I gave their contact information out to yet another new client of mine. They can help with every imaginable price range that I deal with. I often give my clients my (contractor's) pricing so they can get the best products and services for their dollars, and I can work with good products during the installation. The warranties are usually better also, and most of the products they handle have replaceable parts that are interchangeable. PBK is the showroom outlet for Pace Supply where I have been purchasing plumbing and sheet metal products since even before they were Pace Supply. I don't see that trend ending in the near future. They are a solid company and have my trust. Now my son has also started to use them for his new contracting business. Keep up the good work, all of you PBK folks! read more

We are currently doing a remodel/whole house renovation and were referred to PBK by our contractor. We drove down there from Ukiah and had a pleasant experience with Shelly, who answered our questions and helped us with what we needed. After some back and forth, my wife and I decided on buying a Kohler Shower System. We sat down with Shelly and ordered the unit on 10-3-17. We were told the internal components for our shower system would be ready to pick-up at our local supply store in Ukiah. Our plumber picked-up the parts and plumbed the shower for this unit. After waiting for a month with no calls (I know there was a fire within the following week in Santa Rosa on 10-9-17 so I was patient), I called down to PBK to see the status of our order as it was originally estimated to be there within 2-3 weeks. I received a call back from Shelly, advising that though we were able to purchase the shower, and they charged our credit card, the order could not ship from Kohler, as they were having problems with their oil-rubbed bronze finish and she was not certain of when this shower could ship. I told her our plumbing for this unit was already done in the previous month in our house and the subcontractors were waiting for the shower to cover up the wall and tile the shower. Shelly said there was no guarantee of when we could get the shower and tried referring me to other options at the store. I told her we already paid the plumber and would have to pay them more to replumb for another unit. She then said I could purchase a temporary shower head to place on the shower until and if the Kohler comes in. I spoke with my wife and she was not happy that we were allowed to order something that wasn't available. We saw the order didn't go through until 2 days after we were there, and by that time, there was a problem with getting that shower. We and our contractor called PBK and were not called back for a few weeks. Shelly called my wife and explained some options and we expressed our displeasure that our project was on hold for a shower we were allowed to order. Shelly said she would get a quote to my wife for options within two days. She didn't call back and after waiting a week, I called PBK to speak with a manager about the problem and at least give them a chance to make this right. I was put through to a voice mail that was non-descript. I didn't leave a message and called back and spoke with a floor representative about my problem. I was told I couldn't be transferred to the manager "Matt", but he would return my call. Two days later, I have not received a call from Matt and my house is in a holding pattern. I still have not received a call back from anyone. I really wanted to like this place as the staff was great during my initial experience. I get the feeling that something fell-through in the time I placed the order and the order was actually put-through by the company. I understand that things happen, and that can be explained, but no calls back and a large sum of money on my credit card + plumbing are a constant reminder of the mistake I made of going here. I don't usually write reviews but with the fires and many people rebuilding, I feel a duty to make sure people are informed of what this business is really like. When competing against Lowe's, there is no reason why someone shouldn't go there as opposed to PBK. Please take this warning seriously because as of now, I feel like I have been scammed by them and nobody is calling me back despite my calls to them (professional calls and not rude). My name is Kevin Soper and I'm the owner of Soper Tile and Stone. Today I was in a bind with a plumbing issue on one of my jobs. I needed some extensions for an old Roman tub spout and also the hot/cold valves. These should've been replaced new by the GC, but for whatever reason he told the homeowners that they could just use reuse the 30 year old valves (yikes!) To shorten a story, after competing the tile work my finish height was slightly different than the original install and the old valves would not go back on. PB&K (I worked with Shelly) sat with me for over thirty minutes talking with the tech support at Price Pfister and we came up with a solution that will solve all of my problems. It turns out the parts are available on Amazon and there was no money to be made for PB&K; Shelly new this and helped me anyway. This literally saved me over 10K as it was a strong possibility that at the end of the day I would have had to tear out all of my work and start over. Granted, it would have been possible to litigate with the GC but that's something I've never done before in my decades of business and I hope I never have to. Besides, the customer would be the one to suffer and that's not how I operate. Thank you, Shelly, for your excellent customer service. It's nice to know that it still exists. read more

As we all know in my trade there's always ups and down, but the sales people there really do everything they can to give you all the information upfront. The showroom is great and the people are too. I recently went in with a new client who wanted my input on what to buy. We worked with Tatiana who was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but very nice. Made my client feel very comfortable. Finally after almost twenty years I was planning to redo the master bath for my wife. We saw some less than favorable reviews before going here but didn't want to buy "box store" plastic crap so we took the chance. I wanted her to like what we got and I didn't want to replace it again a few years down the road. Walked in and were greeted right away. We spent over 90 minutes looking and had a ton of questions which where answered right away. After picking out the fixtures we where told it could take up to 14 weeks to get which was fine for our time line. ( Got everything in less than 4 weeks.) I knew the prices where going to be higher than the before mentioned Box Stores but was actually surprised it wasn't as much as I thought it would be. We got great customer service during and after the sale. We got a high quality product that will look great and work for years to come. All at a price I was okay with. Not sure what more one could ask for. The wife and I are both happy and would shop here again. read more

Picked up faucets, no handles with plumbers waiting to install. Asked for expedited service, they wouldn't ship any quicker than UPS, 3 day. Were supposed to be shipped to my house. My experience with Premier Bath and Kitchen (PBK) was nothing short of stellar! I had been searching for replacement fixtures for three bathrooms as we were in the midst of remodeling and was unable to find what we needed at the big box stores. I really thought that going to a specialty shop like PBK would be cost prohibitive, but I was completely wrong. If anything, I saved time and money not running around from store to store searching for what I needed. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who introduced me to my sales associate Susan Carlomagno. I described what I was looking for to Susan, showed her a few photos I had taken with my phone and she quickly put together every item I needed for the remodel. All the items she selected for me were compatible with my current systems (plumbing) which was nearly 15 years old. As part of the process she ensured we had numerous items to choose from based on what we had described as being our taste. I was also under a time crunch so Susan took the time to get on the telephone and determine delivery times on all the items selected to ensure we did not choose something that would take weeks to get. Within a few days our deliveries came in and we called our plumber. The plumber we had chosen turned out to be a lemon and we once again went to Susan for her help. She recommended the best plumber I had ever worked with, Clubb Plumbing who came in, cleaned up the mess left by the last guy and installed the rest of the fixtures in a very efficient manner. Once everything was in I made a special trip to PBK to personally tell Susan how much I really appreciated all she had done for us and gave her a hug. You would think this type of service would only be enjoyed by someone spending several thousands of dollars at PBK, but we spent less than $1,000 and received the royal treatment. In all my years of shopping for anything I have never in my life encountered such a bone head brain dead approach to a customer. For the the third time I walked into their store looking for a number of high end items for my complete bathroom remodel. Third time was far from the charm. The "greeter " let's you know promptly before you have barely entered the store that she is of no help. No joke she promoted her inability to help wearing it as a badge of honor. She further explained that only a salesperson could help and they were all tied up and if their heads were down at a a desk they shouldn't be disturbed because they were working on another customer's proposal. Daring not to infringe upon anyone's space I wondered the store solo help free admiring a lot of sound products for my bathroom. When I spotted the perfect vanity arms length from the greeter I bravely without permission asked the gate keeper about price and availability of the vanity. The earth shook the walls trembled and my attempt to buy was strongly rebuffed with the boast "I don't know you will have to ask a salesperson and they are not available so you can leave your number and when they have time they will call you". Finally my rejection had met its end. I left with no sales card in hand but only the vow to write this review. They could give me everything at no charge and I would never use this outlet of customer indifference for any project. I went to Ferguson's on Santa Rosa Ave and had the polar opposite experience. They too had a greeter and Lisa was her name. She not only directed me to Britney a knowledgeable professional but she also added input that was of great significance. If I could give 5 NEGATIVE thumbs down I would. I really wanted to use a local company to order our kitchen and bath fixtures for our remodel instead of going to an online retailer or big box store. Our items have been grossly delayed and every time my contractor tries to get a hold of our rep from PBK (Bettina) she is either out of the office or doesn't return my contractor's call in a timely manner. My kitchen progress was delayed two weeks because we didn't have our undermount sinks in time for the counters to be scheduled. Not wanting any other delay, I ended up ordering the items from Wayfair and they arrived, with expedited shipping, within 3 business days! Now I'm waiting to find out where my main sink faucet is and again, we are left in the dark. Last night, I ended up ordering it from Home Depot and it just shipped out today, should be available for me to p/u by early next week. At this point, I'm telling my contractor to cancel our bathroom fixtures b/c I cannot deal with the lack of communication and just over all horrible service. DISAPPOINTMENT & FRUSTRATION are the only two sure things I've received from PBK. If I were you, look elsewhere for your remodel/rebuild items. read more

This shop has a lot of fantastic displays for bathrooms and kitchens. Found the parts we wanted for our new master bathroom remodel and placed an order on Sept 13, the salesman "L" never called to tell me the parts were on order, and never told me the date they were due. They also never called to say they were in. We drove to the store to follow uip, as phone calls seemed to be a waste of time. Picked up the parts that were in, and were told the most critical part won't be in until November. We said that we are waiting to tile the close up and tile the walls and connot test the plumbing without the parts. How come they do not follow up with their customers. Today, Oct. 8 they called to say parts not available until Oct 28, then a couple days for shipping. (They charge for shipping to their store!!) This shop has nice fixtures, but I would suggest that you just go look, get info, and buy online at 60 % of the cost they charge. The service is very poor, and the prices are extremely high. I doubt the service could be worse anywhere else. read more

PBK is a Pinterest-addict's dream. They have a beautiful selection of bathroom fixtures that come in more interesting designs and finishes than what you will find in more traditional stores in this area. If you are a fan of styles that you would see on Pinterest, I definitely recommend that you check PBK out. And if you are deterred by the price points of the items in the showroom, talk with Amanda Lanzarin and she can help you explore more affordable options. I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with Amanda. I have high standards for customer service and I don't say that lightly, few people meet my standard. Amanda helped me choose bathroom fixtures for a bathroom that I am remodeling. While working with Amanda, she was at all times friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. I'm a young woman and many salespeople tend to "Pretty Woman" me, by acting dismissively, or outright rude, assuming I can't afford to shop in their stores, as if that's a character flaw. In contrast, Amanda was genuinely friendly and helpful from the beginning, even before she knew if I could afford to buy anything in the store. She took the initiative to help me find bathroom fixtures in the style that I was drawn to in the showroom, at a price point that I was comfortable with. Once I had shown her what I was interested in, she took the time to find similar styles that were more affordable. I highly recommend PBK and will be purchasing more items from them for my next bathroom remodel. read more

In 2010, we purchased 2 faucet and 1 shower/bath Santec fixtures for an extensive bathroom remodel from Premier Bath & Kitchen. Our general contractor is great -- very experienced and conscientious. The Santec shower fixture has significantly leaked for over one year and PB&K has now supplied the wrong part (a cartridge) three times! Each time PB&K took weeks or months to follow up and each time they provided the wrong part. Each time, the general contractor and his plumber wasted valuable time until they discovered that they were given the wrong part. So, the leak, 250 gallons per month, continues. I have done massive kitchen and family room remodels and dealt with many products and companies and have never seen any other company even approach PB&K's level of incompetency and poor customer service.
