Wanted to update review Ken showed up at my door on Monday 08/24/2026 and fortunately someone was home. He repaired the slider door quickly and it works like a charm. Would have been 5 stars if they had shown up on the day they originally said or called in advance for Monday. read more

Great experience! Timely and professional. Had a broken glass door I needed replaced in place. Door was from early 1900's and they made quick work of it! read more

I had a very small thing that needed to be repaired. Quick, easy, friendly. Nice people to work with. Highly recommend. I'll be back.

My wife accidentally broke one of our double pane windows in our bathroom. I was able to take out the impacted frame and brought it down to their showroom. I was greeted by a nice gal who said it would be three business days (it also was a holiday weekend) and they actually got it done in two business days and called me promptly. It was expensive but right about the cost I thought it was going to be just because double pane tends to be a more expensive repair. Thank you Arch read more

Arch's Glass is fantastic! They did a professional and thorough job of replacing my windows and sliders - they were on time, detailed and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Having received quotes from three different companies I can say their prices are more than fair for the quality of their work. read more

This business has helped me many times with window issues in my home. The first one was a severely leaking sky light, and the second time was replacing a large garden window. I'm waiting for them to swap out another garden window. The folks that come to your home and do the estimates and the actual work are always nice, professional and kind the folks on the telephone are *sometimes* nice but you really don't have to talk with them for extended stretches of time, so your experience with the telephone folks will only be temporary (and faceless) lol! read more

they are the best. Easy to work with. They put in a window for me years ago and were great. The girls in the office know what they are talking about and treat you great even if you don't know what you are talking about they do!! read more

I've been a contractor for 38 yrs. And have bought my windows and had them install my shower doors thru out my career. Third Generation now. And still going strong Office personal know there business. And there field personnel are the best in the business. Not saying any of this to make friends. Just that they know the glass business very well. Homeowners or contractors. My time in business and dealing with them. 100% I would and Do... recommend Arches...hands down! read more

I called 4 times over the morning. Finally got a person. They were a month out from being able to come out and glaze my window. Good thing it wasn't an emergency. Maybe they are understaffed? read more

These guys are terrific, excellent customer service and they pay attention to detail. I had a situation where I made a mistake and glass was cut that did not quite fit. Caitlin and Mike helped me to understand the issue and what needed to be done, then remedied the situation without further cost to my project. I could not be happier with the end results, and I will definitely bring all of my business back to Arch's Glass! read more

I have been a customer of Archers Glass for over 30 years when they where in Cotati. The owner was a very nice man that.is why I was a loyal customer. I recently needed a window replaced so I took my window frame and the office staff was very friendly but.when i went back to pick up my window Caitlin who took over after her father passed away was the rudest person I have ever met. I was blown away. I was given my window but there was only one line through it instead of having the squares which would have been wrong because my window was just clear. Caitlin heard the conversation and called me a liar. I was so upset because she didnt believe me and i had to call my son to take a picture of the window to prove i wasnt lying and even after showing her the photo she turned to tell another employee she still didnt believe me i was an f..ing liar and to top it all of i had paid in full in advance and because of their mistake she charged me an extra $30 and i am not even sure for what all that i can come up with is to pay to fix their mistake because it was rhe same window. I will never go there again and i will never recommend them to anyone i know. read more

Thank you for your reply, though I'm not clear why it didn't happen last year, or why I had to contact the state contractor's licensing board to get a different answer to the original question. Thank you for refunding the labor. I would have loved to have posted that you had done the right thing in the first place. I love endorsing a good, local business. read more

We needed to replace some casement windows that were less than 20 years old and installed by another local window company. That was a disappointing and frustrating experience so I didn't have much hope for working with another place on the replacement. Arch's came highly recommended from a local Facebook group so I gave them a call. They sent someone out and based on his assessment, casement windows are not recommended in the size we needed. They were too large and it stresses the framing over time, and causes the issues we were having--they wouldn't close and the hardware was breaking. He recommended a single hung, which was not my first choice but given everything, I'm very very satisfied that we went with that. The windows are beautiful and actually feel bigger (due to less framing needed) and operate perfectly. The house feels very secure and airtight now. The installation was smooth and quick, and very professional. I highly recommend Arch's glass and will be calling them for other projects. If there was a way to only remove 1/2 star I would. The reason for the deduction was that the communication with proposal and scheduling was not great. It seems like they would do well to hire a second person to help with that. Otherwise I am a very happy customer. read more

Honestly I tried so hard to give this business my money but the girls that work in the office and do the scheduling can't get it together or don't care I do not recommend them at all. I understand getting employees during Covid it is hard but returning A phone call seems to be way too difficult for them. After the fourth time I called just trying to get on a schedule to have the window I waited a year to get To finally be installed I was treated rudely on the phone so I decided to pick up my window and go elsewhere after reading some of their other reviews it seems like this is common with the office ladies For future I will find another place for windows read more

Pretty sad when the owner hangs the phone up on you - I can see why they are understaffed.

I have a couple double pane windows where the gas inside failed, resulting in condensation between the 2 pieces of glass. Imagine walking down the stairs and the first thing you see are 2 fogged over windows. Really annoying. I thought I'd have to change the whole window, but no - you can just change the glass. So I had Arch do it. I am very pleased with the result and glad I didn't have to rip out molding, yank out entire assemblies, and change entire windows. Like most contractors in Sonoma County, they are extremely busy. Time frame: initial phone call on Aug 22 to Oct 19 for completion. Somwhere inbetween this timeframe, one piece of glass was made incorrectly. They gave it priority and moved me forward. Mistakes happen. No worries. If you need work done, do book in advance. That's the nature of things given aging homes and the fires in Sonoma County. Sean (Shawn) and an associate did the installation. They were very polite and professional. I asked them, while they have the ladder up, if I could get up there and wipe down the overhang chandelier. Well, they did it for me as a bonus! The girls in the office were kind and were able to keep track of work in progress. I think the price was reasonable. I posted a pic. 5 stars. read more

Arch's Glass - Kevin’s new window glass. - Windows Installation Near Me - Rohnert Park, California

We have used Arch's Glass on our entire house from windows to mirrors to all of our shower enclosures. They are the most professional and trustworthy folks out there. Like any job, we had a few adjustments and they were quick to respond and made it right. They are not in the "maximize the bottom line" business. They truly treat you like family and pour their heart into the work. Yes, you will find cheaper options.... There is a reason, the service doesn't compare. read more

I own a custom cabinet business in Sebastopol, and have used Archs Glass for about 20 years. I have always fount them to be courteous, professional, and very accurate in the sizing of their glass. I don't even ask for a price quote, I know they will get my glass fast and at a reasonable price. This is not common, so I want future customers to know my experience. read more

This is not the old Arch's Glass that we loved and did business with. The their manners on the phone are terrible and they didn't seem to care about the customer. Honestly, they are on a down hill slide. read more

I brought in two broken screens and these guys fixed me up in one day. Good work too.

We had a broken bedroom window and called our general contractor who recommend Arch's Glass advising they were very fair. He was right! We received a quote from Arch's Glass and another competitor. Arch's Glass was the much cheaper. Service and quality are not sacrificed; their service was excellent and staff very friendly. We put down a fair deposit and scheduled an appointment. Even though the weather was terrible, Arch's Glass arrived promptly and quickly installed the new window. I am so glad that Arch's Glass was recommended and would also recommend them highly! read more

Office staff is totally unresponsive. They took nearly a month to provide an estimate. Already moved on to a new glass company.

This company has a great crew and great prices I would definitely keep giving them my business.

Overall customer service experience has been poor. Every time I call there is a different person answering the phone. My quote was lost??!! Someone came to measure and then the office lost the measurements??!! When I asked what was going on after two weeks of no word and phone calls not returned, someone called me back with more excuses and then hung up on me??!!Lots of excuses for why things were not ordered or in on time. To get it all solved it has been a 7 week process. I had a shattered sliding glass door...I will say they were kind enough to tell me that I did not need a whole new glass door. They also checked to see if the door was under warranty. The installer was personable and offered to replace the screen on the door that was accidentally cut at no charge. read more

Terrible phone manner from these people. I've *had* to work with them because they are the co my landlord has chosen. Each time they are very short, rude and condescending. I guess they have customers falling at their feet and throwing money at them so there's no need to be polite and kind. Can't wait to be done with these people!! Jerks.... Two times I spoke to women over the phone, both were horrid individuals. The guy who came the first time for a different service was *ok*, cordial enough and got the work done. But the women they have answering the phone.....Yuck, they are god awful! read more

I love Arch's Glass! They are my go to for windows and glass. I have been with this family based business for over 20 years. I have always been very satisfied with their work. I have also recommended 3 other friends and they loved them too! read more

Couple years ago had several windows (including a garden window) and two sliding glass doors (with screen doors) replaced with newer vinyl. Blown away that in one day it was done, on time, no hassle, and no mess left behind. So glad I used them. Now it's time to do the rest of the windows. read more

I would not hesitate to call this firm for any of my glass needs. They are friendly, fair, competent, efficient and prompt.

We had a few problems with windows so I called Arch's. From all aspects this was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a vendor. They sent Shawn Sullivan to take care of us. The man proved to be a true professional. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing, hid demeanor made us feel comfortable immediately. His work was the highest quality and he resolved our problems quickly and perfectly. read more

I had 12 defective window panes replaced. They were over 30 years old, and moisture developed between the glass. They came out and measured all the windows and they gave me an estimate a week later. I have to say everyone I dealt with, from the office staff, to the installers were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this family run business. read more

This has been the absolute worst experience trying to get screen doors and a shower door installed. Office has little to no communication or follow up, it's been over a month and still no word. The guys that come out to measure or install seem to be great but couldn't finish the job and now I haven't heard anything about finishing. I am beyond frustrated and on my last call to see when things may get completed, the office person was rude to ME! I will never do business with this company again! read more

No longer at the Laplaza location. Now at 5725 Redwood Drive Rohnert Park CA. Excellent fast work.

They came out the same day to provide an estimate to fix a pane of glass for one of our windows. Completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with their work. read more

These guys are great. They stick with what they do best, and will refer you to other contractors if they see problems. They put in three new sliding doors, and a glass shower. The work was excellent, and have had no issues. The Trim on the doors could not be completed because of a new deck being built, and they were good about rescheduling when the deck was completed. As we continue to improve on our "rescue" house, we will continue to use this company to insure a quality installation. read more

They fixed my sliding glass door a couple of years ago. They fixed a broken window and fabricated a new shower door last year. The service was fast, the price was reasonable, and the quality was fantastic. It don't get no better than these guys. read more

My living room window broke and I needed to replace the glass. So I called up Arch's glass shop in Cotati. The very nice lady told me to bring in the window and they would be able to replace the glass before the day's end. So I left the kids with grandpa and brought the window in.The people working were super helpful, courteous, and provided me with the exactly the right sized replacement window. And the best part is it only took them 30 min. I was back home in less than an hour. Awesome!!!! Will definitely recommend to my friends! read more

I have been using Arch's glass for many years and they have always been reliable, professional, honest and excellent workmanship.

I had my windows installed in last November. Great service and they followed through in every single details. I had recommended them to my two friends. One of my friends already had them replace the whole house windows. Very professional and nice people. read more

Arch's glass just completed installation of 164 windows and sliding glass doors at our apartment complex. This is a fantastic company! They showed up on schedule, interacted well with all the residents in our 27 units, cleaned up every day before they left, and installed the windows with great skill. They always responded quickly with special requests regarding scheduling and their office staff is exceptionally helpful. When finished, they helped us apply for a PG&E rebate.
