We had the same positive experience yesterday, that we had in August of 2020. We had a large patio screen that was torn around two edges. I thought it would need to be replaced, but a workman came (right on schedule) and reattached it in about a half hour. Then he looked at the screen door they had replaced in 2020. It was fine but didn't shut completely. The problem was a ripple in the strip under the screen. So he screwed that down and now it always shuts completely. The charge for this was fair and a LOT less than I expected. We wouldn't use anybody else to fix our screen problems! read more

Amazing experience with All Screens. They were professional and very easy to communicate with. We needed some window screens done and a sliding screen door. I had been meaning to get our screen door and our patio screen door repaired for a while, but I just couldn't find anyone that wouldn't give me a runaround or crazy high price.. until I found All Screen ..The technician came out promptly as promised made all the measurements..showed me a selection of different doors. He was in and out and about 15 minutes. They returned a few days later and install my front door, screen replacement for my patio. They also fix the track. It does not happen too often where you get this kind of professional service that's why I'm complementing this company. I was having a difficult time getting a screen to fit that was brand new from the manufacturer Milgard. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a second screen door that still would not fit. This went on for two years. I called several local glass shops and everyone put me off. Until this week when I called all screens, I phoned them and explained my problem and at first they were hesitant to help me and I was rude because I had already phoned several places and no one wanted to help me when I explained this to the owners of all screens, they changed their mind and decided to help me. And I apologize profusely for being rude. There really is no excuse to be rude. I was just extremely upset that everyone previously was not willing to help me which was no fault of all screen. It was a fault of previous peoples interactions with me. I am thankful they forgave me and proceeded to help me. Words cannot explain how deep my gratitude is. And what a magnificent experience that this has become I brought my screen into them and they cut it down to the correct size and it fit perfectly. I was extremely thrilled because I went round and round for two years and no one would help me. I'm extremely thankful when I saw their sign saying veteran owned company. I have worked with All Screens before, just getting windows/doors rescreened and was impressed with the great service. When I decided to finally put a security door on my front door, I went right back to All Screens. Rik is great to work with and service was perfection! It took about an hour to install and the door is beautiful. I chose bronze (looks black) which sort of sticks out like a sore thumb but getting the house painted with coordinating colors. It is solid, safe, and beautiful. I love getting fresh air in the mornings and evenings. Already I have had 2 neighbors comment on how much they love it and I referred them to go to Rik. AMAZING!! Hands down love these guys! I have used them multiple times. At first, I had a few screen doors installed that could withstand the dogs. I run a local dog business and it was ideal to get a screen door that could withstand dog's nails, and dogs running into it. My screen sliders have held up amazing, and to my surprised, no dogs have busted through yet, and I have two 80lb giant dogs that sometimes don't notice the screen is closed. I just recently had the security screen front door installed and it's STUNNING! and not only provides safety for myself and my family it provides the safety that I can feel at ease knowing the dogs can't breakthrough. The project itself included two doors, but also a pair of sidelights on the sides of the main door; additionally, we hoped to match the frame color to our existing color scheme. A large bird flew into our screened porch door, got trapped there. He made a large tear in our screen. I contacted All Screens and Amy set up the appointment to meet my schedule. Rik installed a screen door for us a couple years back and it worked perfectly until someone walked into it and bent the frame! Although it was still functional with a bent frame, Rik came out to see if it could be repaired. He was able to bend the frame back into place without needing to replace anything (which speaks to the quality of his work), and didn't charge anything for the visit.
