Ken did a great job helping with our screen needs! He was quick to answer my call, super easy to work with and even called me back a few days later asking if he could come out even sooner than we originally scheduled. We only needed 3 window screens, which is too small an order for most screen folks to take on, so Ken's mobile service really was perfect for the job! He was a super nice guy, very friendly with our pets (which is nice to see!) and all around did a great job. Thanks Ken! read more

No showed for my appt yesterday. I booked with him 2 weeks ago. He said he would arrive between 2-3pm and never heard from him. I text him at 331pm asking if he was still coming. Nothing. He text me 831pm that he just got home and will call me the next day??? So you can't communicate to your customers that have an appt and changed their schedule to be home. So rude and unreliable. read more

I would highly recommend this company! Professional response and answered all questions. Follow through was all great. Everything turned out as requested! I'm very happy I didn't have to bring it anywhere because they came to me. He was straightforward about cost because I requested a pet screen which is costly and he wanted to make sure I knew. I've had them before so I was expecting it to be more. It is exactly what I need this time around because I have a 6 month old puppy. He told me to make sure I show the puppy it is there now so she doesn't force it and I am very grateful for that advice! It was right on. It is perfect and should last through her puppyhood. Thank you! read more

Ken was quick to schedule me, and arrived on time. Quoted me for a re-screen and repair of a broken wheel on my sliding door screen. Had to take the frame apart to fix, and he was able to do that. Good price and communication, fast. Thanks! read more

Ken is completing a job as I write this. Very down to earth guy. Came ready to get the job done. Repaired two screen doors for us. So far the repairs look great. He was a little late for the scheduled appointment, but he did call to let us know he was running late. Overall, I would recommend Ken, and would be happy to use him again. read more

Over the last year, I've had Ken replace several screens on my house. His work is excellent, his prices are very reasonable, he is a really nice guy, and he tries hard to make sure you get the best. I dont write many 5 star reviews, but here goes.. read more

Horrible service!! They booked me a week out, which if they are busy it's understandable but who knows. Then when the day came around for Ken Silva to actually show up he completely flaked and wouldn't answer his phone. In my opinion that is no way to run a business. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family. read more

The screen door is perfect! And Ken was able to fix the screen in my upstairs bathroom! It was never set in right and the bugs could crawl in read more

Made an appointment 1 week out. With a newborn in the house making appointments isn't always easy. I got a call 15 minutes before my appointment stating it needed to be canceled and that it would be another week. Unfortunately with two dogs I will be calling around because I need my screen door to work, I waited for Ken as when I was doing research he was the most helpful and gave me advice without any payment. Which in working with the public I know goes a long way. I hope Ken can make it quicker. If Ken is able to complete the work I will update this review. But so far not a good feeling as a customer. read more

I'm not big on doing Yelp reviews but this company is so great, I have to write about it. We needed screens for our place in Guerneville. I didn't know where to start so I looked online. After the first company I found turned us down, I called Ken at North Coast. He was professional and knowledgeable and made an appointment that fit with our schedule. He was on time and came out in the rain. He measured all the windows for screens, even one that was an old wooden window where we weren't sure we could have a screen. He came back the following week - again on time, and replaced/built and installed 14 screens. Everything fits perfectly and looks great. And all at a great price! If you need window or door screens in the Russian River area, Ken at North Coast is your guy! read more

I called North Coast Mobile Screen on a Saturday. Ken called me back but I missed his call. It was like 4:00 on Saturday and he called me back again and said he will finishing up his last job for the day and could come out to look at our screen door that afternoon. Very prompt and polite when he showed up. At first I thought we needed a new sliding screen door, but Ken thought the door was still very good, and we just needed new screening and wheels. Saved us money. Rather then scheduling an appointment, he stayed and did the job. Our screen door slides perfect and looks great. Very reasonable rates too. I would highly recommend North Coast Mobile Screen. Thank you Ken. read more

Ken did a great job! One of my dogs flew through the closed screen door, tearing the screen. I couldn't get the screen door to pop out of the track to take it in for repair. I called Ken at North Coast Mobile Screen Service and am so glad I did. He was able to get it out of the track and repair the screen. He even trimmed down the frame of the screen door so I could get it out of the track in the future if I needed to. It functions so much better now, as well. Great job, Ken, thank you! read more

Fast and friendly service. Ken came out to our mobile home and fabricated a couple of screens on the spot. Pricing was very affordable, cheaper than ordering new screens online! They color matches our vinyl window frames and we are happy to be able to open our windows bug-free! If you need screens, do yourself a favor and call Ken. read more

We called. Left a message. He called back late the next evening. Said he could come today (Wednesday) in the afternoon. I said fine. Gave him my wife's name and her cell, as she would be here. No return call to either of us. No response to Wednesday morning text asking if he was coming Wednesday afternoon. No response to 5pm text either. He did this a year ago. Said he'd come. No show. Very disappointed. We have some 30 windows in this house. Many need new screens. Not from this guy. read more

I had 2 patio door screens that needed repair. I called Ken and he was out the next day when promised and fixed both my screens at a reasonable cost. He was friendly and efficient. Ken was on time, not only replaced the screen, but also straightened the frame. His work was great--price very reasonable.

We had Ken re-screen our entire home. His prices were very competitive and he accommodated our schedule to get the job done. The fact that he has mobile operations and can custom make your screens and frames on the spot is a big bonus. He takes great pride in his work and won't look to oversell you on work that's not needed. Highly recommended! read more

I needed two sliding door screens replaced. I called around and found Ken to be the most reasonably priced. In addition to that, he came out the very same day and did the work while I was out picking kids up from school, working around my schedule. The door screens look great and he was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company if you need your screens fixed! read more

Ron does a fantastic job! Very reasonable prices. He jury rigged my sliding screen door to the kennel so the dogs have a doggy door now! This is the third time I have used Ken. He is responsive to my calls and arrives on time. He replaced every screen in a house I was selling and the job was impeccable. He replaced screen doors and repaired my invisible screen doors. His prices are fair and he always goes the extra mile to make it right.
