I can't speak highly enough about the Bedrosian's team in Santa Rosa. We have been customers for about 4 years after a recommendation from our contractor, and we have been so impressed with the quality of their products and their customer service. We've worked with Devin, the Showroom Manager, and have consistently been impressed with his knowledge and professional recommendations. Our marble project turned out fantastic thanks to this team. 10/10 recommend this store and its expert staff.

We are giving our kitchen a facelift and have been told to look at Bedrosians before shopping elsewhere. I am now left wondering why the hell anyone would ever tell someone to go there. There didn't seem to be a real flow to the showroom (floor/ walls/backsplash). There was no prices visible on anything. We had to go looking for someone to ask a question- total time in store before an employee said a word to us 15 minutes. The associate seemed rushed and not wanting to help or get an idea of what we were doing. No customer service effort at all. The prices for everything seemed to bed 3x-8x what you could find online or even at a home improvement store. The price for the picture tile is over $25 sq ft. They are not budget friendly at all. If you have a budget of less than 10k I highly suggest you save time and skip this place,

Beware of your measurements. Incorrect measurements were made on my project , and now I have three unopened boxes of tiles leftover. They weren't cheap. Tried to return them. Bedrosians will not issue a refund on them. I wish I had read the return policy before I bought there. Very disappointed. I won't be shopping there again.

Teddy was very helpful. We found two slabs that worked great for our project! A beautiful soapstone and quartzite.

I was fortunate enough to meet Richard Landen while I was there. Richard was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I told Richard I needed to discuss a few of the model options with my wife, and I'd call him with a decision within a week. I phoned Richard a few days later, and told him which model Subzero we wanted to order. He couldn't have made the whole purchase any easier. Richard emailed me the receipt, and told me the new Subzero would be available for pickup in a few days. Richard was kind enough to inform me that if I selected a certified installer Subzero adds an extra year to the warranty! So I figured I had better do just that, and I went with Top Tier Appliance Installations which is owned by John Yeager. If there was ever an appropriately named business, it's John's business! John and his crew really were top tier! From keeping me apprised of their arrival time to protecting my floors removing the old SubZero, to being diligent as they carefully lugged these 800 pound machines (both the old Subzero and the new Subzero) up and down my stairs without damaging my home! The installation job they did on my new Subzero was spectacular! I would highly recommend John and his team without reservation! I'm a very particular guy, and John and his team are definitely welcome back in my home anytime. Going forward, anytime I need new appliances, I will be calling Richard at Tee Vax to buy them, and John at Top Tier Appliance Installations to install them!

I routinely get erroneous error messages about power failures. The freezer thermostat fails about once a week. The service support has been pathetic. The first guy blamed it on my water pressure even without making any measurements. Then he suggested that it was caused by my setting the 'max ice' setting 'on', which he explained was actually a minimum ice setting. I've had two more calls with the service department who promised to send someone out, but I've received zero follow up. Overall I'd say this outfit is not worth your trust. Overpriced and under performing. My next step is small claims court.

When I introduced myself to him he just paused for a few seconds then replied: "And?". I replied that I was waiting to hear his name then I continued that I was there to look for a new bathroom vanity and possibly kitchen cabinets too. He quickly walked through the showroom saying that he knew little of that and was more knowledgeable about appliances. Understandable but isn't this a kitchen and bath showroom? He then found a bathroom vanity book and offered that we take a seat at a model kitchen and look through it. So we did. He then left to go smoke outside. That may have had something to do with it. Interrupting someone's smoke break is never great but there are ways that someone in their 60's can handle that situation that doesn't leave a potential customer feeling like they are not welcome. Especially when the customer has money and you have a product to sell. Then the next salesperson, someone closer to my age range came by. He asked what we were looking for then led us back to his desk. There he proceeded to show us vanities on the website. I can do that, in fact I have done that on their website. We wanted to visit the showroom to be shown what's there. Isn't that why companies have showrooms? Generally I felt that the place was low energy and that not one of the three employees there wanted to be there. That is bad management, happy employees are productive and friendly people. May be they are not paid enough to care, maybe management is also absent not wanting to work when the majority of customers are able to visit. Who knows? But I know that I won't go back. Much better customer service at Home Depot, of all places

I read many reviews on Yelp, and after evaluating many contractors, I decided to use Yelp's project tool to contact Clark Innovative. When you do this, you get responses from many other companies too. Many reached out before Chris from Clark did. I ended up making an appointment with one of them to have them take a look at it. This person began has contract biz recently... and he did not seem confident. The way he was looking at it, he was reacting in a way that seemed like it's a bit of a pain in the you-know-what job and said it was going to cost a lot. He was a nice guy, but he did not instill confidence in me that he knew what he was doing. (He never even sent me a bid) After that, I wondered if I should reach out to these other companies that responded, but my intuition was telling me to wait a bit longer. Clark did eventually respond with apologies, and made an appointment to come look. They looked at it and just the way he was acting, I could tell this person knew what they were doing, and they came up with a solution to just replace the rotted portion, saving us half the cost! (So yeah, I believe the innovative part of their name!) It was all incredibly reasonable. Dates were pushed back etc, because of rain and other things, but I honestly didn't mind it. Chris tried to be a good communicator, and even when he wasn't, I could contact him and he'd respond. He was just busy. Sometimes, you can just tell with people who is being genuine. Who wants to simply do a good job for you, without gouging you or ripping you off. We need more of these people in the world right now. I'm glad I listened to my intuition, and waited for the right company to do the job. And I will definitely use them again for future work. It's really nice to have a good contractor in our back pocket.

When we started working with them in the spring of 2019, they were in a tiny office with very limited abilities to showcase products. As a result, I had to do a lot of searching on the Internet to vet the cabinetry they were pitching. Not sure whether you can get into the new showroom at the present time due to COVID, but if so, you can easily see the lines they offer right at the showroom. Our designer Jessica Ivie was our primary contact point throughout our kitchen design and remodel. She has an excellent sense of color and is skilled at paint matching and finding colors that complement your existing decor. If you are looking for someone to tell you what to do, she is the designer for you. Jessica is extremely organized and skilled at follow-up, and both are characteristics that are absolutely indispensable in any remodel project. In fact, she provided more oversight for our project than our contractor did. I was a little worried that since Jessica was not a cook that our kitchen design might be lacking, but in fact we have been very happy with the new layout she created for our kitchen. During the COVID shelter-in-place, we've had plenty of time to vet the new layout. We are enjoying the ease of access to previously inaccessible items, the beautiful backsplash, better lighting with under cabinet as well as overhead lights, warm colors, and clean design. The kitchen has gotten a workout and has delivered beyond our expectations. The only really negative aspect of working with HH&C occurred late in the project. Jessica helped us select a gorgeous glass backsplash that was from a brand new backsplash vendor. Much later in the project Jessica also suggested we get matching glass switch plates. Unfortunately, because she had never used a glass switch plate in a previous project, she did not realize that the flat backs of glass switch plates require a different approach to cutting out the openings for the plates in the backsplash or a different installation of the electrical boxes. As a result the glass plates could not be installed flush with the backsplash, which the electrician said would make them likely to break. The resolutions would have been costly that late in the project. Instead we opted to use different switch plates and asked for a refund. We did receive a refund for the plates, but Jessica's boss Kelly Silverstein made it clear she was not happy about giving us a refund. She suggested we wanted a refund because we didn't like the plates instead of acknowledging that HH&C had recommended a product that would not work given what the contractor's expectations for switch plates had been up to that point. We were shocked at her reaction about the refund since the refund amounted to less than 1% of our total purchases from HH&C for cabinets, backsplash, sink, etc. I have no doubt that our contractor invested considerably more in time and labor to rectify the whole switch plate issue than HH&C did in providing us with a small refund. By contrast, our contractor did not charge us any additional fees. It was a shame that we walked away from HH&C with such a bad taste in our mouth right at the end of the project. I would highly recommend Jessica as a designer, but because of our perception of Kelly's lack of customer service, I lowered the number of stars for HH&C from 5 to 4.
