Living in Dallas, TX we have little need for heavy winter jackets, ski pants, boots, goggles, etc…read more Mountain Threads completely hooked us up with everything we needed for a fun day of tubing in Fraser! I booked and paid for everything online a week ahead of time, stopped by the store to try everything on the day of our adventure, and if it didn't fit, they were able to exchange it for a different size. All of the items we rented were in great shape and actually stylish. Returning the items was super easy and convenient at the end of the day, too. I'm SO glad to have found Mountain Threads -- they saved me a ton of money (and space in my luggage)! I would definitely recommend Mountain Threads without hesitation and will use them again on our next family snow adventure. It's worth noting that we went tubing the day after Christmas and they were incredibly busy. There were some walk-in customers that were asking for full gear set-ups and Mountain Threads was unable to service them. Those walk-in customers created quite a stink (claimed all sorts of racial nonsense) and left unfavorable reviews. I fully support Mountain Threads and feel the negative reviews are completely unfounded and unwarranted. It was one of their busiest times of the year and if Mountain Threads could have provided clothing, they would have. PLAN AHEAD people -- especially during popular times -- and don't blame a company or anybody else for your own short sightedness.

In our quest to find rental clothing, we came across Mountain Threads and Jared, and I am absolutely certain that it made our ski experience that much better. Jared was responsive, helpful, and kind - both on the phone and in person. He opened the shop early to accommodate our ski time - which was incredible - and $40 for all of the rental wear was a solid price. Easily a 10/10 - you won't go wrong here!

You will need to use street parking or a public parking lot such as I did. It's really not bad at all to park away from the location and get out for a nice walk to the store. You will pass other stores and businesses that perhaps catch your eye for shopping. After finishing up at Patagonia I went to Denver Market for an ice cold beverage. The store lay-out for Patagonia isn't bad. It's clean and organized. Staff aren't so helpful. There were two staff members at the front register. Why one of them couldn't be on the main floor helping customers is a mystery. When going to check out at the register one of them pretty much ignored me then caught herself moments later. Management: please improve customer relations. Don't make interactions so transactional. I walked away with what I wanted but probably should have just used another retailer or distributor to get it. I'm in no hurry to return to this location.

I've shopped in this store a couple of times. Before Title Nine ever came to Denver, I'd started…read morereceiving their catalogs via mail for a few years. I'd never ordered, but like Lindsey K, liked the name. The first time I ever came into this store, which was a couple of years ago, I had great service as one of the salespersons helped me find a good sports bra. As a girl with girls, a good sports bra is needed to hold the girls down (or locked and loaded as I like to say!). I recall purchasing my first Moving Comfort bra and a pair of yoga pants. While I didn't love the pants I purchased, I kept them. Title Nine has a great return policy that if you have the pants for a while and just don't like them, you can return them at any time, even if they've been worn, etc. I just decided to keep the pants I purchased. Now fast forward a couple of years. Still pretty active, actually even more so. I realized that most of my workout tops are racer back and I wanted some racer back bras as my Moving Comfort bras are regular straps. When looking for bras at a certain size and up seem almost impossible to find in a racer back. After looking at various bras online, it finally dawned on me when running across a Title Nine catalog to take a look at their website. I started to order some bras online to try them on at home and then thought, "Duh, they have a store." Went in last Friday and I was helped pretty quickly. My size still seems to be the unicorn in racer back bras, but I did find one style by Moving Comfort that fit. I ordered a second bra in the same style, different color and pullover lower impact bra in racer back style as well. I was very happy with the service and their selection in store was pretty good. Not as great as the catalog, of course, but still pretty good. What I realized too, is that Title Nine is "the store" for sports bras, especially if you are a full-figured size and need more coverage. Not a lot of places carry good sports bras with support and coverage and hold the girls down. If you're running, you don't want boobs flapping on your chest, which hurts. Support bras are essential and Title Nine has 'em.

Disappointed and Misleading Sizing Claims…read more I was so excited to find a swimwear brand that claims to be made for "big boobs and short torsos" and "designed for all boob-kind." Their marketing really builds up the idea that they're inclusive and supportive of different body types--especially those of us who struggle to find swimwear that actually fits a larger bust. But after looking at their size range, I was honestly shocked. Their sizing only goes up to a D cup. A D cup is not considered large for many of us with fuller chests--it's a pretty standard size. So how exactly is this "coverage, support, and styles that keep up with big boobs" if you're excluding the very people you're claiming to support? It feels misleading and honestly a bit performative. If you're going to market yourself as inclusive and for "all boob-kind," then back it up with sizing that actually reflects that. There's a huge community of people who wear DD, DDD, E, F and beyond who are constantly left out of the conversation--and it's frustrating to see yet another brand jump on the body-positive messaging without actually following through. Would love to see this brand expand their sizing and actually deliver on the promises they're making.
