Southwest decided to tear me a new one into my backpacking bag after gate checking my bag. I've always loved coming to feral to window shop, but now know this will be a go to place to repairs on my gear I thought the repair would be good, but I did t think it'd be THAT good. The thread they used match the light blue inner lining of my bag and compared to my sorry attempt, it looks factory done. Absolutely worth it

Feral is the Disneyland of Secondhand Outdoorsy Gear! Simply amazing! We need more Secondhand retail like FERAL in our lives. The Customer Service was phenomenal; I originally called Feral to verify backpacking gear! I spoke with Dan a few times over the phone and in person. Dan was very patient with my questions and actually remembered my name!? I thought that was cool and the merchandise really sold me. I found the perfect pre-owned 75L unisex backpack from a brand called Osprey. The Luna 75L Grey Purple bag was nicely adjusted in store and only cost me $35.00!! I bought a decent pair of running shoes with extra support to help with those long hikes. I was saving myself from blisters and these pair of shoes will save me from the heartache. You can find some pretty decent deals such as Patagonia, North Face, L.L. Bean etc., I also joined their rewards program which was awesome. I bought some nice size 5 kid's shoes for my little sister and a new sweater at half the cost. Feral definitely won my heart and they have the most coolest staff ever!!

On a recent trip to Denver, we…read moredecided to do the ski thing for a day at Winter Park; hailing from Tennessee, you would correctly guess that we had no idea really what to do or get and how to prepare (outside of some help from ChatGPT). In our quest to find rental clothing, we came across Mountain Threads and Jared, and I am absolutely certain that it made our ski experience that much better. Jared was responsive, helpful, and kind - both on the phone and in person. He opened the shop early to accommodate our ski time - which was incredible - and $40 for all of the rental wear was a solid price. Easily a 10/10 - you won't go wrong here!

They recommended Mountain Threads, and I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. I called the day I arrived in town/the night before I was to ski. I spoke with Jared who was incredibly helpful in identifying the gear I needed. Further, Jared walked me through a timeline for leaving Denver, stopping by the shop to try on gear, and making it to my ski lesson on time. Throughout the process Jared was accommodating and generous with his insights. The price point was incredibly competitive - jacket, pants, goggles and gloves for $40. I believe a helmet could have been included, but the ski park included a helmet in their equipment package. I would recommend Mountain Threads without hesitation.

Disappointed and Misleading Sizing Claims…read more I was so excited to find a swimwear brand that claims to be made for "big boobs and short torsos" and "designed for all boob-kind." Their marketing really builds up the idea that they're inclusive and supportive of different body types--especially those of us who struggle to find swimwear that actually fits a larger bust. But after looking at their size range, I was honestly shocked. Their sizing only goes up to a D cup. A D cup is not considered large for many of us with fuller chests--it's a pretty standard size. So how exactly is this "coverage, support, and styles that keep up with big boobs" if you're excluding the very people you're claiming to support? It feels misleading and honestly a bit performative. If you're going to market yourself as inclusive and for "all boob-kind," then back it up with sizing that actually reflects that. There's a huge community of people who wear DD, DDD, E, F and beyond who are constantly left out of the conversation--and it's frustrating to see yet another brand jump on the body-positive messaging without actually following through. Would love to see this brand expand their sizing and actually deliver on the promises they're making.

Lucy is one of my favorite stores in Cherry Creek North. They have a good variety of "active wear"…read morefor all types of activities including yoga, running/walking, aerobics etc. Their clothes are very comfortable and well made. I'm tall so I like that many of Lucy's pants are available in tall sizes. Lucy tends to cycle their inventory frequently so you almost always find something new when shopping there. A bit pricey however if you get on their mailing list (email and snail mail) you will receive great coupons regularly. I buy most of my work-out stuff at Lucy - my fellow Jazzercisers often ask where I got it. Lucy's staff is very friendly and helpful and the fitting rooms well lit and comfortable. They usually offer you bottled water. Parking can be a hastle so if you can't find a space, or don't want to pay, just park in the public lot in front of The Container Store on 1st Ave. and walk the 1/2 block.

Not at all surprised since an active, outdoorsy lifestyle is common among local residents. The store was clean and fairly empty when I arrived. The sales associate was friendly and greeted me upon entering. I checked out the sale section and then browsed the store eventually checking out some wraps I was actually eyeing online before my trip. The practical side of me was telling me that I didn't need it but the spendy side was telling me to get it on the spot since I would save on shipping. lol I do advise trying things on instead of going by size. I'm glad I did as the associate recommended getting the slightly looser size in case I wanted to layer . In addition, if you don't see your size out on the salesfloor, ask because 9 times out of 10 they have in the back. Great store and location. Wish they were closer .

Wearing a 5lb raincoat saturated with water is insane. Fast forward to today. I'm waterproofing some other clothing items and think to myself that it may be a solution for the jacket. If I could make my soft shells more water durable, maybe I could do the same for the outside of the jacket? No shot. After a delicate cold machine tech wash, I pull the jacket out and the inner liner is destroyed and coming apart (image attached). This was the first and only wash I've done on this jacket. Followed the care instructions and took even more care of it than labeled. So disappointed in the jacket and the brand. I've submitted a warranty claim on their site so we'll see what happens. Will update the review. *it's a little hard to tell the condition of the inner liner with a photo, but this jacket is unusable now. The neck area is the worst but the inner liner as a whole is compromised.
