He was extremely reasonable, helpful, and wanted to do everything in his power to get me a great deal while running his business effectively. I could not be any happier with the boat we received - one little example of how Action Water treated me; there was a recall on a mastercraft part from Indmar, and it happened a week after my new boat was delivered. I had recently moved to another state and Troy personally had an indmar engineer drive 2.5 hours to my house in order to replace this part. I could not believe it. I HIGHLY recommend Action and will continue to keep the relationship and spread the word.

On January 26th I had my battery replaced by Vic service dept. On April 2nd my vehicle shorted out…read moreand completely died. My mechanic recommended replacing the alternator, which I did. After the alternator was changed, discovered that the battery cables had never been tightened down and were constantly arcing. I approached Canavers's service manager about the issue and he said that he would take it to his boss and contact me with some form of compensation. A week later, I still haven't heard a word. If this is how the service department is run,then I can have very little faith in the rest of the organization.
