So far the awning was not bolted on properly (by Tradewind) and fell off while we were driving. They don't even stand behind the work that they do themselves.The awning banged against the RV before it came off causing damage (not covered) one of the jacks, also not bolted in properly, broke off. Not covered. The refrigerator freezes everything ( you guessed it) and you can't run the fireplace and the microwave at the same time. Have been there 3 times about this....still not fixed. And the service department is more worried about their liability than actually fixing anything. I tried to call Bob, the general manager, but he was too chicken to return our call, referred us back to Amber their ultra rude service manager, really rude. We're looking at a bigger trailer and there is absolutely no way we're doing business again with these people.

Instead of being prepared, they had me sitting there waiting for over SIX hours with no real updates or urgency. Completely unacceptable. What's even more frustrating is that there were plenty of sales reps walking around trying to sell, but once the deal was done, suddenly no one was available to actually help a paying customer. It's clear they only care about making the sale--not delivering on it. The lack of organization, communication, and basic customer service at the finish line is shocking. This should be the easiest part of the process, and they completely failed. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're prepared for a headache after you hand over your money.

Interior was in very good shape for the age, but being naive I decided not to get an inspection. In fact Mr. Atkins talked me out of getting one. I specifically asked about the age of the tires and he said they mounting backwards and he couldn't see the date, but he thought they were from 2013. They were in fact from 1999. It's a miracle I made it home without a blowout. Pulled off the lot and my driver side windshield wiper doesn't work. I go back and they spend about 2-3 hours fixing it and it breaks 100 miles down the road in the middle of a rain storm. I asked about the condition of the roof, and he said they seal the roof on every used rv that comes thru before the sell it. This was a bold faced lie, as it was clear once I knew enough about it that the roof had not been recently sealed. I began to have major roof leaks, and it was an rv tech that noticed that the entire front half of the roof was rotten, and on the verge of caving in.
