It wasn't. Now the Bluetooth system isn't working and their solution is to have me bring it in. Uh, not traveling 4hours back with it to get charged so you can tell me you need to replace the unit and charge me twice what it cost. Plus I talked to Tim at Driven and he's sending me one @20% off. Bottom line, check your boxes if you're going to go through them. I don't and got screwed on some small stuff.

So far the awning was not bolted on properly (by Tradewind) and fell off while we were driving. They don't even stand behind the work that they do themselves.The awning banged against the RV before it came off causing damage (not covered) one of the jacks, also not bolted in properly, broke off. Not covered. The refrigerator freezes everything ( you guessed it) and you can't run the fireplace and the microwave at the same time. Have been there 3 times about this....still not fixed. And the service department is more worried about their liability than actually fixing anything. I tried to call Bob, the general manager, but he was too chicken to return our call, referred us back to Amber their ultra rude service manager, really rude.
