So far the awning was not bolted on properly (by Tradewind) and fell off while we were driving. They don't even stand behind the work that they do themselves.The awning banged against the RV before it came off causing damage (not covered) one of the jacks, also not bolted in properly, broke off. Not covered. The refrigerator freezes everything ( you guessed it) and you can't run the fireplace and the microwave at the same time. Have been there 3 times about this....still not fixed. And the service department is more worried about their liability than actually fixing anything. I tried to call Bob, the general manager, but he was too chicken to return our call, referred us back to Amber their ultra rude service manager, really rude. We're looking at a bigger trailer and there is absolutely no way we're doing business again with these people.

What's even more frustrating is that there were plenty of sales reps walking around trying to sell, but once the deal was done, suddenly no one was available to actually help a paying customer. It's clear they only care about making the sale--not delivering on it. The lack of organization, communication, and basic customer service at the finish line is shocking. This should be the easiest part of the process, and they completely failed. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're prepared for a headache after you hand over your money.

Then I was told the work could not be completed. I addressed this matter and was met with aggressive and unprofessional behavior. I since then have been told I will receive my refund. Which then I had been told after that, I will not be receiving my refund. Do NOT go to General Rv unless you would like to be scammed. Unfortunately, If you dig deeper into this company's behavior and standards, these discussed problems are more common than not.
