I enter the well air conditioned store and absolutely nobody greeted me. There were two women at the registers gabbing with each other and two more in the dressing room who were also talking. I could not find my size and struggled but yet nobody helped. Finally got my sizes and went to try on, the women at the dressing room still didn't greet me. Just asked how many pieces I had. Then made me hand over the garments to which she unceremoniously tossed on the stool. It made me think she just wanted to make sure I wasn't holding any other pieces. Asked my name but didn't give me hers. Then as I was coming out I was chatting with another customer about the set I was holding which I liked but was slightly too boxy for me. The two women at the dressing room saw her and helped take her garments but decided to ignore me, so I awkwardly stood there trying to give my garments back. I literally had to force shove it at one of them to get them to even do anything. Terrible customer service. They were absolutely not inclined to help me which was ridiculous. I am absolutely confident they profile at this store. I guarantee they thought I was local. They were only talking to the haole customers. I was wearing my errand clothes so maybe I was dressed too casual for them? Hilarious but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth to support this store. Two stars because their selection is ok.

I decided to purchase a travel bag with cute pineapple print as it matches my 6 month old sons t shirt I had bought from this boutique a month ago. I also found a beautiful pair of sandals with a pineapple and spikes on it! So cute! I love the guava juice thy serve in champagne glasses to us! Tasted wonderful! Amazing service as usual and Sean Gillie is the Best at showing me everything in this boutique that he knows I would like! I will shop again here when the new arrivals come in! This Ala Moana Center location is on the third level near Target and the outdoor playground area as the numerous times I've been here I just couldn't believe that I haven't given them a review yet...it's the retail therapy working which it certainly does and the staff here is a delight to inform you of the sales/specials they have along with the many different items you may be looking for. The discounted/sale items are found in the back near the checkout counter though what got me on this visit are their charms and to see them strung on shoes was the cutest thing I've seen since I'm not really a Croc wearer this is a cute alternative item. Lots of totes and accessories are found here as well and since it's the only shop on the island getting that item is easier as I'm a touchy feely kinda shopper. Thank you!

Being a salesperson myself and not wanting to waste anyone's time, I wanted to make sure once I got through those doors I was in the buyers mindset! I've been wanting a new wallet so I decided that would be my focus whenever I was in a position to go in, as lines have been long to get in due to the limited amount of guests they can let in at once. One day I had time to wait and once I got inside I was sad that none of the wallets excited me like I'd hoped. But since I was finally "in" lol I decided perhaps something else may catch my eye. And it did! This lovely bracelet seemed to beg me to take her home. But since it wasn't what I came for, my brain categorized it as an "impulse buy", something deplorable in my eyes lol! So I didn't purchase it right away but decided "if I really want this it'll stay on my mind" And that it did! So I went back last night to purchase it and not only was I greeted quickly by another Salesman, he was happy to notify Rosie of my arrival. Since she was helping another guest, he prepared the purchase for me and got it all ready to go for his colleague. (There are forms to fill out when purchasing from them!) As a salesman myself, I appreciated seeing the teamwork displayed and the willingness to help! Rosie greeted me with a very jovial "Hi Bianca!" from across the room as she approached me! I'm sure she meets many so to remember my name was a class act power move (in my opinion). She told me she would wrap up a few last minute items with her last guest and be right back. When she came back she greeted us with cold beverages and all smiles! The transaction was seamless and the discount she offered me days before was honored without a mention from me. She took the time to walk me through al the different shades of pink they had in stock. While the Mini Lady Dior in pink initially caught my eye, I ultimately decided to go with the cream white. It is such a versatile piece that will complement my entire wardrobe. Mai suggested adding a pink scarf that she expertly wrapped around the handles. It adds the cutest touch and is such a sweet way to commemorate this milestone! I also love the updated details this season. In addition to the class Dior charms, there is a dainty ribbon charm that is just beautiful. This was easily one oft he best luxury shopping experiences I have ever had. She was very friendly and helpful and stood out among all the other luxury store employees. Everyone at Dior was very professional and made me feel welcomed. There is a wide selection of items here. Ended up purchasing a cream colored bag for my wife and a pink scarf as well. Mai showed us how to wrap the scarf around the handbag and it looked beautiful. I had to make it to a reservation and was short on time so I made the payment first and then picked up the bag in a few hours. She had everything wrapped and placed in the bag very nicely. There is a wide selection of goods here with Hawaii price and tax (around 10% difference to mainland).

She says this to JASON the store manager and he said NOTHING to correct her besides "hey hey" and then ASHLEY continues to say "it's okay people are deaf". I approached her and asked if she was talking about my daughter and she said very hesitantly "yes?" And then I asked to speak to the manager and she pointed at JASON who was right there. I asked him YOU'RE the manager and you're okay with this behavior? Save your money and do not spend it at this store who hires TRASH as employees
