i love the ambiance and outdoor space, the interior of the brewery is beautiful as well. but…read moreoverall i was unfortunately very disappointed in the beer and food. my pours were not quite to the top on any of my orders and all the beer was a bit too bitter and didn't quite match on the description. the real kicker for me was the food. we got the lamb pizza and lobsters poutine. the pizza crust was so thing that the middle was pure mush, it was way too soggy to hold its own weight, despite a great flavor the texture was completely off. i enjoyed eating it with a fork because the lamb and toppings themselves were great. the lobster poutine had a weird mix of lettuce with fries, cheese, and lobster. the lobster was cold and tasted frozen, with no seasoning or butter on it whatsoever. the fries were good at least but the cheese curds weren't freshly melted so the fries were stuck together in cheese clumps, overall the dish seemed like it was sitting out for awhile and just cold. for the price of the food it just did not match the product, i'd like to come again and try out some different food options like the peaches and their most popular pizza but unfortunately they were out of a lot when i visited. all in all i was super excited to visit here and felt dissatisfied when leaving. for the prices here the food and beer just were lacking in quality, it felt like you were paying for the venue instead.

Food-wise, there was pizza and some snacks in-house, but they also bring in different food trucks and outside food vendors. The Octoberfest catering was provided by Trattoria Italiana GWL on the day we went, and the grilled chicken and sausage & onion sandwiches we had were both delicious. The place is spacious both inside and out. There are ample outdoor seating and picnic tables, or you could lay out a picnic blanket on the grass. Family friendly too - the ladies room is large and has a changing table which I appreciated. Picturesque, chill and relaxing, with great beer and food, and things to do in the area. All I can say is Wow!!! Everything we had was incredible! Saturdays are pri-fixe only (other nights may be too) and the menu isn't huge but it was all amazing. You basically pick either a hot or cold starter or appetizer (some of the options are salads). Then you also pick an entree or main. Before they bring out your appetizer, they bring out a complimentary small starter - today it was a small radish salad and while I like radishes, my husband isn't normally a fan. Well, these may have changed his mind - and I think I LOVE radishes now!! It was incredible. For my appetizer, I chose the "famous Grange" egg rolls - and they are famous for a reason! They were easily the best egg rolls I've ever had. My husband had the Caesar salad and it was also delicious. We shared both easily - and had an egg roll to bring home for our son, too! For entrees we both selected the hanger steak - also incredible. Delicious and tender and both cooked perfectly - his rare and mine medium. Perfection. There were four dessert choices and each sounded fantastic as well - we decided on an apple crumb with homemade vanilla ice cream (me) and a flourless chocolate cake with the same incredible ice cream - and fresh made whipped cream!
