My husband and I stopped in for lunch with our pups. We sat outside but it was a pretty busy street and a lot of cars coming in and out and people walking by. They let dogs sit outside but I don't think it's the ideal location for bringing dogs. We still really wanted to try local beer and CBC did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly and gave us some recommendations. I got a beer flight and tried some IPAs and local cider. My husband had a stout beer that he enjoyed too. We shared the homemade tomato soup and October Bratwurst Grilled Cheese special and they were DELICIOUS! The tomato soup was the winner for me and the sandwich paired well with the beer. This place has beer, ciders, sangrias, and grilled cheese. I love how they get all the seasonal stuff. Even if it's not on tap they've got coolers with cans. I'm not a big beer drinker and was able to enjoy a pumpkin cider. Now for the food. If you don't like grilled cheese, don't come here for food. A friend of mine ordered red wine (Warwick valley black dirt) and got white wine (Warwick valley harvest moon). Messy job on the rim of my glass left my fingers sticky. Very disappointed. Menu was very limited. If you don't want beer the soft drink selection is terrible. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and 4 sandwiches. The sandwiches came out before the appetizer. My grilled cheese with tomato was missing the tomatoes. My wife's grilled cheese with crispy bacon has soggy bacon. No French fries, the don't have a frier. The waiter was not helpful. The food is not anywhere near good. The soup tasted like aluminum cans and thick tomato sauce. The tuna had no mayo, dry and basically dumped from a can with no seasoning. Unfortunately there's nothing exciting enough here to bring me back. But the beer is good so if you're just looking for a brew then it's a good spot! I wish I could say my review is inaccurate but it's not. I have ordered tuna many places as a salad (I have many allergies), and it has not ever come out this way. The soup was refunded but it was still not good. We were two for two on bad food. It's unfortunate to have not the best experiences but I simply cannot lie on my reviews just to help a business. I spotted the Craft Beer Cellar, when I was in the area for a appointment. There are high top tables for groups and smaller barrels to sit and enjoy the beer. I enjoyed my visit because they offered a nice selection of beer and in different sizes, 8 ounces or 16, for most. They also offer a small menu of snacks and sandwiches. There are many rare beers and lesser known brewers represented, including local stock from places like Applewood Winery (Naked Flock cider). Staff is helpful and friendly; we also had a free tasting of some beers from Abita. They fill growlers and even large cans ("crowlers") to go from a rotating tap line. The only negative for me is the price. You can definitely find some of these beers cheaper at other, larger retailers. Not all of them though- as I've said, they've got some great rare selections. Prices are a bit steep, but that is understood considering the huge inventory. They even have a growler filling station. Bring your own or get a 32 oz. can of your favorite draft beer. Yes they have a canning machine and will can it on the spot for you. Minus a star because a significant portion of beers are lined up right by the window. It looks nice from the outside, but the owner should know that light is the worst enemy of beer. I'd hesitate to buy anything other than canned beer from the shelves next to the window. read more

I'm very happy that they allow you to buy single bottles/cans of the beers because they are expensive. Some are far too expensive for me to even dare to try them. Went to the soft opening yesterday and what an amazing transformation. They really went all out with redoing everything and the place looks awesome. They still sell growlers, crowler cans, and retail but they added a huge concrete bar and a lot of seating to hang out. They had a great vibe with music playing throughout the store and had some college basketball on the TVs. The best part they have a nice big shuffle board table to throw some pucks. Over 20 beers on tap and the bartenders had no problem letting us try out a few before selecting a Fiddlehead IPA. Another big upgrade is they sell good now too, didn't have any. It the pretzels were huge and looked good. The whole storefront is glass so hanging out having a beer watching all the action on the Warwick streets was really enjoyable. Be sure to take a picture with the 15 foot wood big foot sculpture at the entry or the massive painted mural on the wall. I highly recommend checking it out. read more

Absolutely loved this place! We sat outside with a party of 6 and could not have asked for a better day. They have a heat lamp so it was perfect for a cooler day. The food was great. Great little spot in a cute little town. My husband and I went to walk around on a hot day and were happy to find this place was open for dining outside - the tables are big wine barrels. So we each tried a craft beer and shared a giant, hot, fresh pretzel with two different mustards and a yummy cheese sauce for dipping. I liked my draft beer but I was surprised at how good the nonalcoholic beer in a can (neither is something I am usually interested in) was, and only 65 calories. We'll definitely be back, and I am curious to see the inside when it's fully open for business again. read more
