I only knew of this place because my company had them cater for our holiday party and it was so good, I had to go try them again. The building was on a corner, small from the outside but open and bright on the inside. Great vibe with the music and lighting. Very casual set up. There's 4 kiosks you can order from. Once you order, it prints your receipt and you take a seat. Not long after, your name will be called to pick up your order and a staff will hand you all your items at the counter. Just like we remembered from the catering, the food was delicious and very flavorful. There was no grease, just hearty good meals. Oh and their pita was so tasty and fluffy, I can just eat that on its own all day. We got lamb sandwich combo, chicken shawarma plate with pita and drinks. We were beyond nourished, full and satisfied. The staff were super friendly. We tried to toss our garbage, but they took care of that for us. We'll be regulars here guaranteed.

I have enjoyed FelFel for 5+ years. It's quality mediterranean cuisine that beats the competition in terms of taste and quality. This was the first time I had gone inside to order and eat. You order at a touch screen kiosk, which is user friendly. I continually order the chicken shawarma sandwich - rotisserie chicken wrapped in a whole wheat shell. I upgrade the shell to a pita (+$1) and add tzatziki sauce (+$1). This is my go-to order, and I think it will always be because it is so tasty and unique to the dining scene in Metro Denver. Price points is a little bit on the higher side, but it is a treat when I do order from here. The dining area is super clean and comfy and the staff work quickly to make your meal and take good care of their customers. One recommendation I would have for FelFel is making it known to people BEFORE ordering what ingredients are used to cook/marinate their food in. Maybe a move of the sign that indicates the oil used from the exit to the ordering area would be more prominent for customers to notice.

Tried FelFel for dinner on the rec of a friend. Orders are taken via a touchpad at a kiosk. I chose the platter and had food envy (mostly because of the price) after seeing my friend's order. Platters/bowls are more than double the cost of a sandwich. Food is plentiful and fresh. The hummus is creamy and pairs well with the fluffy pita. Unfortunately, I had eaten about a third of my meal when I noticed a sign on the wall over the exit that said they marinate their meats with avocado oil. Well, I am allergic to avocado. This was nowhere on the order menu or their website that I could see. So, sadly, dessert for me was Benadryl and stomach medication when I got home.

I looooove FelFel. Everything they have is so delicious. I've had all their meats with the sandwiches and not one disappoints. My favorite is the spicy chicken but the steak, lamb, falafel and regular non spicy chicken is delicious and you can't beat $8! If you want a little more filling the burritos are really good too. The dolmas are fire as well. I've tried a lot of their plates as well and seriously everything they have here hits so hard. Very highly recommend! The staff is super nice and extremely fast to get your order out as well. I'm a lifelong fan of this place and will continue to visit frequently. Thank you FelFel!

After a long, exhausting day, all I wanted was some comforting Mediterranean food. I'm not from this area, so I took a chance on Felfel Mediterranean after finding it online and I am so so so glad I did. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the owner himself, and I don't say this lightly: he is one of the kindest, most genuine people I've ever come across. He spoke to me like I was a regular, not a first time visitor, and there was such a warm, welcoming energy that instantly made me feel at home .something so rare to find when you're new to a city. & the food? Absolutely incredible. So fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I also got the baklava & the juice & you can taste the pride in every bite. Between the hospitality and the quality of the meal, this place has officially become my new go to spot in Denver. If you're anywhere near here and craving Mediterranean food made by people who truly care, don't even think twice .this is the place.

Information about their food they make; these messages resonate with me so much!!

I hadn't utilized Fel Fel in a long time until I finally went here to grab a plate of food from it tonight. Glad I did!! This is one of the best eateries in the very neighborhood I reside in. I can walk here from my house. I have to say that the last occasion was at least 3 years ago. I think I utilized it during the heavy-duty COVID time. I remember getting an annoying stomachache after eating their food so maybe this discouraged me from going here. It sure had been a long time since. It was time that I tried them again. The ordering system is a bit different now. Before COVID, I had utilized it a few times. I do remember walking up to the ordering counter and interacted with a live person to place orders. They now have several kiosks. I kind of like this system better (not that I don't want to talk to a person.) Kiosks truly walk you through the menu thoroughly. There are no confusions. They even make some recommendations (as to which hummus goes well with the plate or bowl you are ordering etc.) I actually went against all the recommendations the machine made and went with what I wanted (it is the rebellious side of me!!) Instead of the spicy hummus, I went with the non-spicy (the spicy one is too spicy for me; I remember my mouth was on fire when I had the spicy!); instead of the Mediterranean salad, I went with the Baba Ganoush, instead of the tabouleh, I went with the garlic sauce and so on....I got me a little add-on at the end: 2 falafels for $1. I also signed up for the rewards (I cannot wait to accumulate points for free food in the future!) Once paid, the lady who was standing to the right of the kiosks told us (the diners) that she'd call everyone's name upon their food being ready. The receipt produced by the kiosk even showed the estimated time of food being ready. The same lady who was standing right next to the kiosks called my name at the exact time on the receipt. She politely thanked me and handed me my food. Before I took off, I made sure everything was on the plate. Yup, everything looked good. When I was leaving, the same lady thanked me again and this time with a big smile! Great service indeed! As soon as I got home, I started my dinner. By the way, what I got was Lamb Shawarma plate with regular (non-spicy) hummus, baba ganoush, garlic sauce and two falafels. Although the meat was a bit dry, everything tasted really good. The smokiness in the baba ganoush, rich garlic sauce, hummus tasted very traditional, and falafels were nice and crispy. This plate made my night for sure! ***Note*** What I appreciate about this restaurant is the fact that they care about our health. I noticed three messages on the restaurant wall when I was there and they said, "99% of our menu is gluten free", "avocado oil used in all of our marinades" and no hormones no antibiotics". Personally, I only cook food with single sourced extra virgin oil (and occasionally avocado oil. Three healthiest oils are extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil and coconut oil; I do my best to avoid PUFA oils as they are extremely unhealthy.) Although I can consume gluten, I focus on gluten free foods. And no hormones/no antibiotics? Heck yes!! They all resonate with me! And the restaurant inside was absolutely spotless clean!!!

FelFel Mediterranean has been serving up fresh and clean ingredients for 11 years in the DTC area! With family in mind I would not think twice to feed my kids these wholesome dishes! Gluten Free, Dairy Free, non GMO Chicken kebab plate was great, we also tried the baklava and stuffed grape leaves. Outstanding service Denver Tech Center Mediterranean Clean and FRESH ingredients! Ok water sack, aka random hooo-man, this place is all about operations with their automated ordering system, self-service kiosks, and they aren't shy about investing in the newest new fangled device. All of it to eventually replace all hooooo-mans cuz hooo-mans are so 2023. Except you, the customer, you can keep coming and paying. With AI and robotics on the horizon (by the end of the decade), the person behind this business wants to be ahead of the curve. Except, the problem is, there is no benefit for the customer because it takes longer to order, it's more impersonal, and depending on how technically inclined you are to using various user interfaces, your experience will vary (most likely for the worst, especially for your gramps and gam gams that struggled with it, but the attentive staff jumped in to help). If that isn't bad enough, be sure to TIP 15-20%.... Why? What are we tipping for? Oh just cuuuuuz, that's why water sack. I have been coming here since pre-pandemic, during the pandemic, and post pandemic (even longer if you count that this used to be 7-Eleven) and all they have managed to do is increase their prices with no significant improvement to the product or service, so why exactly are they so obsessed with all the tech? Cuz it's all about them, the owner, not the customer. Want extra anything, they will nickel and dime you to death cuz it's not about you or the experience (on my last visit, I saw a customer ask for some side, and they were like "that'll be $3). Even the bathroom comes coded and locked. As for the fooood, it's mediocre "Mediterranean" cuz Turkish, Egyptian, Moroccan, and Greek cuisine get all lumped together. So, it's good for Colorado with no ethnic population that would demand a level of quality. Instead, it's "you people" food (that's why us ethnic people call it). The shawarma vaguely resembles the Turkish version sliced directly off a spit, and if you get a shawarma plate, the pita costs extra (of course it does). Instead, it feels like it was sliced off the spit, and kept in a warmer and is that what they consider "fresh"? If you can, and if you made it to the end of my review, PayPal me a tip cuz it's not about you, it's about me. Here's the version done by AI Listen up, fellow water sacks (aka random humans)! Fel Fel, this supposedly Mediterranean joint in Denver, is all about the bottom line. They've gone full tech-bro with their automated ordering system and self-service kiosks. Why? Because humans are so 2023, except for you, the paying customer. The owner's clearly trying to get ahead of the AI and robotics curve. But here's the kicker: there's zero benefit for us customers. Ordering takes longer, it's as impersonal as a robot's handshake, and if you're not tech-savvy, good luck (though the staff will grudgingly help your confused grandparents). Oh, and don't forget to tip 15-20%! For what, you ask? Just 'cause, that's why, water sack. I've been coming here since it was a 7-Eleven, through pandemic thick and thin. All they've managed to do is jack up prices without improving a damn thing. Want extra anything? They'll nickel-and-dime you faster than you can say 'overpriced hummus.' Even the bathroom is locked up tighter than Fort Knox. As for the food? It's mediocre 'Mediterranean' - you know, that magical place where Turkish, Egyptian, Moroccan, and Greek cuisines all blend into one beige mess. It's 'good enough' for Colorado, where the lack of a significant ethnic population means no one's demanding actual quality. We ethnic folks call it 'you people' food. The shawarma? It vaguely resembles the Turkish version, if you squint hard enough. Get the plate and - surprise! - the pita costs extra. Is it fresh off the spit? Well, if by 'fresh' you mean 'sliced at some point and kept in a warmer,' then sure, it's fresh as a daisy. In conclusion, Fel Fel is all about the tech and the profits, not about you, the customer. But hey, that's just my two cents. If you made it this far, feel free to PayPal me a tip. After all, it's not about you, it's about me!"

Probably my favorite of the night. Perfectly crispy exterior with a soft warm center that I'd eat over and over again. We ordered the duck but I was quite full so did not taste it. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is the scallops were incredibly underwhelming and quite bland. The scallops themselves were cooked fine but no flavor and the pomegranate sauce didn't add much. There desserts were also just so-so.

I walked in and noticed that it was dead inside and seems almost deserted but then realized that there was a recent name or business change happening. Needless to say it would seem to be busy for the lunch rush as it was in the business district. I ordered the chicken shawarma pita sandwich and a can of pop to go. It was already precooked and sitting in a small tabletop warmer as opposed to a spit. The pita was warmed up in the microwave and sauce was prepared and in a squeeze bottle. It seemed to be comparable to a gas station foodservice set up with no frills. When I got back to the room it disappeared in record time as I was starving. All in all if it were lunch rush maybe it would have been a better experience for me, or maybe the business was in transition to the new company, perhaps it was just the right meal served at the wrong location. My recommendation is that you flip a coin to make you own decision on this one.
