Got the falafel burrito order. It was fine overall. Def packed with ingredients but the combo of rice and fries created a dish lacking flavor and was dry. I only knew of this place because my company had them cater for our holiday party and it was so good, I had to go try them again. The building was on a corner, small from the outside but open and bright on the inside. Great vibe with the music and lighting. Very casual set up. There's 4 kiosks you can order from. Once you order, it prints your receipt and you take a seat. Not long after, your name will be called to pick up your order and a staff will hand you all your items at the counter. Just like we remembered from the catering, the food was delicious and very flavorful. There was no grease, just hearty good meals. Oh and their pita was so tasty and fluffy, I can just eat that on its own all day. We got lamb sandwich combo, chicken shawarma plate with pita and drinks. I have enjoyed FelFel for 5+ years. It's quality mediterranean cuisine that beats the competition in terms of taste and quality. This was the first time I had gone inside to order and eat. You order at a touch screen kiosk, which is user friendly. I continually order the chicken shawarma sandwich - rotisserie chicken wrapped in a whole wheat shell. I upgrade the shell to a pita (+$1) and add tzatziki sauce (+$1). This is my go-to order, and I think it will always be because it is so tasty and unique to the dining scene in Metro Denver. Price points is a little bit on the higher side, but it is a treat when I do order from here. The dining area is super clean and comfy and the staff work quickly to make your meal and take good care of their customers. One recommendation I would have for FelFel is making it known to people BEFORE ordering what ingredients are used to cook/marinate their food in. I still absolutely love this place but I'm running issues where when I order my food even when gf is the option I'm paying up for my son is reacting possibly because of cross contamination. My husband and I will continue to eat here we enjoy the food and atmosphere and it truly is our fav place to eat out and one only places we can eat out but it so hard when our kids are limited with cross contamination risk. While I myself have to be gf I don't typically react to the food if it touches gluten, my son on the other hand it could take up to 21 days for a flare to go away. My fav part about the place is they have an abundance of options and a super friendly staff. I usually order online to make things fast and easy for myself. One thing that they have my family has started to love are the French fries, I believe they're fried in avocado oil which is honestly the best option out there. I also would've preferred the sauces to be in little cups on the side. They're mixed into the wrap. Tried FelFel for dinner on the rec of a friend. Orders are taken via a touchpad at a kiosk. I chose the platter and had food envy (mostly because of the price) after seeing my friend's order. Platters/bowls are more than double the cost of a sandwich. Food is plentiful and fresh. The hummus is creamy and pairs well with the fluffy pita. Unfortunately, I had eaten about a third of my meal when I noticed a sign on the wall over the exit that said they marinate their meats with avocado oil. Well, I am allergic to avocado. My favorite is the spicy chicken but the steak, lamb, falafel and regular non spicy chicken is delicious and you can't beat $8! If you want a little more filling the burritos are really good too. I'm not from this area, so I took a chance on Felfel Mediterranean after finding it online and I am so so so glad I did. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the owner himself, and I don't say this lightly: he is one of the kindest, most genuine people I've ever come across. He spoke to me like I was a regular, not a first time visitor, and there was such a warm, welcoming energy that instantly made me feel at home .something so rare to find when you're new to a city. & the food? Absolutely incredible. So fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I also got the baklava & the juice & you can taste the pride in every bite. I love their touch screen ordering system so you can take your time exploring the menu with no pressure. They have the BEST gluten free wrap, almost every single item is gluten free- including the fries and falafel, everything is dairy free, and they pack a flavor punch. As a gluten free vegetarian I highly recommend the falafel sandwich (looks like a wrap) or burrito with a side of pickles. The acid from the salty pickles pairs perfectly with the wrap; after trying it this way I can't go back!! The falafel is crunchy filling while the wrap does not disintegrate like most gf items do, and it reheats super well in the microwave or air fryer the next day. I love that they put French fries in the sandwiches and burritos! My partner loves the spicy chicken burrito. Everything here is delicious, gluten free or not. I hadn't utilized Fel Fel in a long time until I finally went here to grab a plate of food from it tonight. Glad I did!! This is one of the best eateries in the very neighborhood I reside in. I can walk here from my house. I have to say that the last occasion was at least 3 years ago. I think I utilized it during the heavy-duty COVID time. I remember getting an annoying stomachache after eating their food so maybe this discouraged me from going here. It sure had been a long time since. It was time that I tried them again. The ordering system is a bit different now. Before COVID, I had utilized it a few times. I do remember walking up to the ordering counter and interacted with a live person to place orders. They now have several kiosks. I kind of like this system better (not that I don't want to talk to a person.) Kiosks truly walk you through the menu thoroughly. There are no confusions. They even make some recommendations (as to which hummus goes well with the plate or bowl you are ordering etc.) I actually went against all the recommendations the machine made and went with what I wanted (it is the rebellious side of me!!) Instead of the spicy hummus, I went with the non-spicy (the spicy one is too spicy for me; I remember my mouth was on fire when I had the spicy!); instead of the Mediterranean salad, I went with the Baba Ganoush, instead of the tabouleh, I went with the garlic sauce and so on....I got me a little add-on at the end: 2 falafels for $1. I also signed up for the rewards (I cannot wait to accumulate points for free food in the future!) Once paid, the lady who was standing to the right of the kiosks told us (the diners) that she'd call everyone's name upon their food being ready. The receipt produced by the kiosk even showed the estimated time of food being ready. The same lady who was standing right next to the kiosks called my name at the exact time on the receipt. She politely thanked me and handed me my food. Before I took off, I made sure everything was on the plate. Yup, everything looked good. When I was leaving, the same lady thanked me again and this time with a big smile! Great service indeed! As soon as I got home, I started my dinner. By the way, what I got was Lamb Shawarma plate with regular (non-spicy) hummus, baba ganoush, garlic sauce and two falafels. Although the meat was a bit dry, everything tasted really good. The smokiness in the baba ganoush, rich garlic sauce, hummus tasted very traditional, and falafels were nice and crispy. This plate made my night for sure! ***Note*** What I appreciate about this restaurant is the fact that they care about our health. I noticed three messages on the restaurant wall when I was there and they said, "99% of our menu is gluten free", "avocado oil used in all of our marinades" and no hormones no antibiotics". Personally, I only cook food with single sourced extra virgin oil (and occasionally avocado oil. Three healthiest oils are extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil and coconut oil; I do my best to avoid PUFA oils as they are extremely unhealthy.) Although I can consume gluten, I focus on gluten free foods. And no hormones/no antibiotics? Heck yes!! They all resonate with me! Felfel has been great every time we've gone. The food is really good and the prices are very reasonable. I've taken my family here about four times now, and they have yet to disappoint. What really stands out the most is how clean the restaurant is. A lot of Mediterranean restaurants tend to fall a bit short when it comes to cleanliness, but Felfel clearly prioritizes it, which I really appreciate. Iv not been here in a while but I feel it's kind of gotten worse in ways. First off the location and what I did not like. The hand washer is now off limits behind a roped off area. Why can't I wash my hands? You are now forced to use a machine to order which is laggy it has latency. It's bad feeling. It's much slower service than it use to be. I miss having the old way which was so fast and fresh. Next the food. I got the lamb plate and man the prices went up since I last came. 17 bucks not including tax for dry lamb. It's like been sitting out all day and is just awful texture. Not worth even 12 dollars. Next drink selection is awful. You use to get the Naan bread with the plates now you have to pay extra!! Even after they raised the prices. This is shrinkflation at its finest. Slow as heck service waited 10 minutes after I ordered for a plate with old dry lamb. Everything else was alright but what I already talked about irked me. Definitely not worth the price. I most likely won't be coming back because it's kind of far from me. Pretty disappointed with everything happening here in all honesty. One last thing to point out about their Togo containers. I am including pictures to show the grease and liquids seep through the paper material. Don't eat these in your car or on your lap. Touching that area did saturate my finger with grease and I'm thankful I eat it outside instead of putting it in my bag for later. I feel this is a huge oversite that needs to be addressed. We read great reviews about this place so decided to pickup some lunch: falafel combo with fries and steak sandwich with fries. Drinks: orange crush and sweet tea. Food: the sandwiches/wraps were tasty and well prepared. Fries were okay (no seasoning), and I want to heavily point-out that for the $4 they are charging the fries are very little as you can see in the picture. Drink: my husband's orange crush was watered down and didn't taste like the actual orange crush, and the sweet was just okay. * one thing I would like to point out for anyone who decides to do a pick up here: the kiosk forces you to tip, even if you are just pick it up yourself. I think this is a decent lunch spot if you're in the area, but there are better options for Mediterranean or Middle Eastern style cuisine not too far of a drive away. The inside is nice and clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. I tried the Lamb Shawarma combo with a side of grape leaves. Whenever I got a bite that contained the lamb, hummus, onions and pickles, it was very flavorful. However, the ingredients were pretty spread out so it was hard to find that perfect bite consistently. The lamb was on the dry side also and pretty crumbly, but had sufficient flavor nevertheless. The grape leaves were also ice cold, I think they were sitting in a refrigerator or something prior to serving. The falafels were decent but a little hard for my liking, I've definitely had better falafels. I do take issue with the dine-in experience. I don't mind ordering from the screen at all, but what I do mind is even if you choose "for here" they give you your order in to-go packaging which is unnecessary and wasteful. It feels like a pandemic-era setup in there with the packaging and lack of interaction with people, even though those days are behind us. So yeah maybe the take-out experience is the way to go, but like I said with the abundance of other similar places nearby I am not sure I'll get to test that out. read more

But we were so impressed by the falafel burger, the wraps, and the shawarma. While we can't speak to the restaurant itself, the food was tasty! I can't give it a full five stars because I found some of the pricing to be out of alignment with the portion sizes. The wraps feel just slightly overpriced since they don't come with a little side of anything. The burger and 4 piece of falafel were totally fairly priced, but the fries and extra pita were way overpriced. $10 for a side of fries and $2 for a single piece of pita is very expensive if you ask me. Tasty? Yes. But a little pricy for what you get. We'll order again - just maybe not as often as we want given the cost. read more

This was my first time dropping by and the whole ambiance of this place is a bit odd. ALL the parking spots have a sign for ordering/pickup and I wasn't sure if we're suppose to order in the parking lot or if the parking is only for pickup. Anyway, I just parked and went inside. There's only people working in the kitchen and then a line of kiosks. The ordering can be a little odd, especially the drinks. I didn't know they offered water as self-serve , so I chose water. I ended up with a fountain drink size water and a cup of water I got for myself. So, if you just want water, don't choose water on the kiosk, it charges you. I got the classic gyros with fries and overall the price is a little high, but the meat was seasoned well and not quite as tender as I would like it, but it was tasty. The fries are fries, not the worst and not the best. However, it goes with the gyros pretty well. The owner was pleasant and chatted with me for a little bit.
