It was finally time to begin the recovery process, and hesitant would be an understatement. My request was simple. Cut away the straggling, split ends and give me a treatment that would help with the breakage and frizz. I expected to leave with a little less hair, but honestly, I didn't have much faith that I would actually love the result. Well, I'm now convinced Elizabeth has a magic touch. She relieved, revived, and completely transformed my hair. I left with soft, bouncy, naturally coiled curls and so much more clarity about how to care for them. The best part is that nothing about the process was complicated. I've been able to recreate and maintain the same look at home with minimal effort. My biggest misconception was believing that wearing my hair curly would mean so much more work. Elizabeth helped me understand that it's really about "allowing my hair to be who it's always been." Now I have curls I genuinely love, hair that feels easy, and products that are nourishing and protective. I've retired my flat iron and it feels good damn good. After being so afraid to trust someone with my hair again, I am incredibly grateful that I found Elizabeth.

The stylist doing my hair was not great, another stylist saw my expression and jumped in to fix it, it was a little better? I went to get my make up done, and to make matters worst the lashes were not put on correctly. The make up wasn't that great. I was late to the picture taking, I was not in them, because I was late. I had an 11:00 am appointment and didn't leave until 1:40pm. The following day my left eye was irritated. It was not cheap, we had 3 people getting hair and make-up done. My daughters always buy Ulta products, and I get them gift cards for their birthdays and Christmas. A very unhappy customer.

I was greeted by a lovely young woman named Vanessa who proceeded to help me. She was a natural beauty with makeup that enhances her features, and didn't look overly made up, like I sometimes see at make up counters. That scares me away because I prefer my own makeup to be a little more subtle. I told Vanessa and she totally understood what I needed! I explained to her that last year I purchased two shades of their blush that I didn't think were a good color for me so I desperately needed help finding something that didn't make me look like "Mrs Santa Claus" with big rosy cheeks. LOL. Vanessa was great! She pulled out the perfect shade for me and applied it like an expert. I also asked her to show me how the "sculpting/contour" kits work because I can't seem to find my cheekbones anymore! Again, like the expert, she pulled out her magic brush and went to work, explained everything and made suggestions as she went along. If my husband hadn't been outside waiting for to eat, I could have stayed in there all evening! I grabbed two of the products I had come in to look for, including the perfect shade of blush and plan to be back when I have more time.

I brought the soaps in, grabbed what I wanted to exchange them with, and stood at the register for 5 minutes without any acknowledgment. Then, the manager tells the line of people that they can help them at the other set of registers. So I move over, not having anything to hold the soaps I'm exchanging, and then there is magically a cashier at the original register. So the transaction begins... I bought the online soaps for $6.50 each. The current sale is $3.50 each. Instead of honoring the price and making life easy, I'm told "no we can't do that." I did not have the fight in me to argue further so I'm just taking the issues up with corporate.

All of the departments here are kept up stock-wise, but recovering could definitely be an improvement. No issues at this Macy's.

I highly recommend this brilliant young surgeon to anyone who is going through a breast cancer crisis and is seriously thinking about getting reconstructive surgery. I was so depressed at the thought of having my breast removed from a very aggressive return of my cancer after only 2 1/2 years. I am an active 63 year old and pride myself in staying in shape and enjoying my life. My mom died at 54 years of age and I have always been terrified that I would also loose my life to this dreadful disease. Dr. Nowillo's expertise as a surgeon has made me feel good about myself again. Thank you for all that you do and for your kind generosity and compassion around my situation. Everything started out fine. I went in for a first-time appointment/evaluation. The doctor(s) were…read morepleasant and informative. I was feeling positive about them being able to help. Then the problems began. As I was leaving they promised me they would call me with information that I needed to run the treatment scenario by my insurance. On my way out I also requested that they email me so I would know for sure the proper email to use. I received no such email but I did then proactively email them information that they had requested to their business email. A few weeks went by; no phone call; no email; no communication whatsoever from them. Then, a few months later, I called. The person on the phone didn't acknowledge that I had sent the information I requested. They stated that no such information from me had been received. They also didn't acknowledge their promise to me to provide me the codes so that I could exercise my due diligence and run everything by my insurance. The pleasant (I am being ironic, she was rude) woman I spoke with told me that they were still waiting for information from me. I then informed the pleasant woman that I had the information they needed and requested - again - for them/her to email me so that I could respond with the information they said they needed. (Remember, my prior email was ignored - or never received maybe?) The woman I was speaking to laughed at me derisively for requesting that she be bothered (not an exaggeration, it was a literal "guffaw") with proactively emailing a potential customer. I didn't respond to her disrespectful tone or haughty, derisive laugh and pleasantly requested again that she email me first. She said, essentially, "sure, whatever." (Paraphrasing.) I did not react to the provocations of the receptionist/admin since I did really like the doctors. Of course you know the end of the story. The boss - pardon me, I mean the admin - did not email me. Maybe she's an undercover billionaire boss who runs the practice for fun and not profit; and she doesn't do things for lowly customers. Who knows, regardless, that's what happened. I wasted almost $200 out of pocket (my co-pay), drove quite a ways from my home, and had the pleasure of being disrespected multiple times. I am glad, however, that the admin felt powerful and got joy by being an mischievous gatekeeper. Low quality people enjoy abusing their power. Bottom line, if you can get past reception without losing your cool and get to the doctors (who are actually very pleasant and professional) you might consider this place. But if you are not a masochist then maybe consider a place where the staff CAN be bothered to be nice, professional, and considerate.
