This is a convenient Sephora location; it's inside of the Atlantic Mall in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. It's a decent size with a great inventory of products to choose from. I usually purchase skincare products and/or fragrances when shopping at Sephora. My most recent experience wasn't the best; my cashier was not friendly. Also, I had to repeat myself about 3 times regarding not wanting my $2 change back. She mentioned that she didn't have small bills in here till which was fine with me. It was an awkward exchange but other than that I don't see why I wouldn't come back here again. read more

SEPHORA - 2/28/2026 - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

When this store isn't packed and busy it's actually really nice to browse through. The staff is really warm and friendly. The last few times I went looking for perfume the staff was very helpful. I would say go super early when they open or you probably won't be getting helped because it stays busy. read more

Dropped in for some quick grabs. Eye shadow primer and the ordinary Niacinamide, love how it shrinks my pores. For the first time walking into a Sephora, no one asked to assist. Was a little surprised. The woman at the register was very pleasant, as always a clean and organized store. read more

This Sephora might be one of the worst I've visited. I popped in expecting some help, but the staff were nowhere to be found; just chatting by the entrance door while I wandered around on my own. The displays were messy, and the testers didn't look sanitary at all. Why does some of the new makeup product boxes looked like it was tampered? Honestly, the only plus was its super convenient location. read more

I was in the area running errands and decided to stop by and grab a few things but only left with 2 items because not only is this location very small, but the things I wanted were either not stocked in this location or either stolen or sold out. Most of the staff did stare at me instead of asking if I wanted help. The one that did ask if I needed help didn't really help at all. It felt more like a brush off. On the other hand the staff Lyasia (not sure if I spelled the name right) was very helpful! The lady at the register was very nice as well. Other than that, hard pass! read more

It could be just me or it could not. I go here today to pick up an order for my daughter and the lady asks to see my bar code and scanned it and literally right after she scanned it a white woman walked uo for her package and all she did was ask for her name. So I stood there waiting foe her to scan her barcode and she didn't all she did was call back the name on the walkie talkie. Again it could be me pr it could NOT BE ME AND IM GONNA GO WITH THE LATTER!!!! ISSA ONE AND DONE I WOULD GO TO ANOTHERBLOCSRIIN MOVING FORWARD. read more

I came here for a hydrafacial for my graduation photos i took, and it was perfect. I made my reservation online, and arrived a bit early because i didn't want to be late. They started me right on time which was perfect because i was kind of in a rush. I had Vanessa do my facial, and before she tested my skin to inform me of my skin type, and products that can help my skin flourish. That information was very helpful. The facial took about 30 mins and my skin felt wonderful after. It was glowing, dewy and felt so refreshed. I added a service of lash installation by another artist, (her name evades me) and she did a great job. They informed me that they do makeup tutorials in case i wanted a class. Which i kind of do. lol. All in all it wasn't bad. I left with some goodies so i would recommend this service. Sorry no photos this time. read more

Noor was really helpful. She had an amazing personality and explained everything. She didn't try to force me to purchase anything. She was passionate about educating me on the products. read more

SEPHORA - Associates giving attitude - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I came in here to look for the rare beauty lip liner that's been out of stock everywhere for the past 6 weeks, although they did not have it (not their fault) the customer service I received from Khadijah and Promise exceeded my expectations. Khadijah was the cashier who's job was so simply help me with my return, but she went as far as leaving the cash register to go seek for an item on the floor for me instead of just sending me over to someone else, the item couldn't be found so she then offered to order it online, also sold out online, so she just did my return. After getting off the line I bumped into promise, I inquired about 1 setting powder and she went on to show me 2 others as well.. giving me a run down of the pros and cons and helping me find my right shade, all without me asking her. I highly recommend this location just off of customer service. read more

I had a really positive experience at this Sephora- my husband was specifically looking for a product for facial skincare and the employees really took the time to help my husband find what he was looking for. The cashier even gave him some tips on how to exfoliate better and recommended some methods to keep his skin healthy! Sometimes you feel self conscious about asking questions but this place was really judgement free. Selection is definitely on the smaller side! read more

Absolutely horrible experience at this pharmacy. Doc sent over prescription and I called to check status after 1 hour - wasn't in their system. But the tech verified the medication was in stock. Called again after another 30 mins still not in system. Decided to go directly there after 2 hours only to be told it was in fact not in stock. read more

So you place an order online, and go to pick it up the tire was short staffed and the remaining staff is clearly tired. The online experience is NOT the store experience. The freebies you acquire as a (member) are not available from the store , sho instead for the future they will be shipped along with the silly fee for the smallest paper bag on earth. read more

I truly adore this store but unfortunately there was an employee at this store that was rude!!! I came there to shop like a couple of days ago and this cashier was super rude!!!!! First she didn't ask if I had points that I could of used towards my high bill !!! Then I told her I was doing debit and she put it in as credit which was so super annoying.!!!!!!!!!! My fault was that I didn't catch her name!........... Gotta check my receipt Not so much a fan of this location due to the ugly experience I had at this location. But on the upside, there selection of merchandise is great. Also majority of th employees are great and welcoming. read more

i cannot believe this is happening, i have been a fan of this brand for 7 YEARs, I've used their lipsticks since my middle school dance recital, ive been loyal and what did I get for it?? a broken heart! It all started a week ago when my fiancé (technically boyfriend but I was going to propose at our next mudslides and movie marathon but whatvr) told me we should go out to dinner and I should dress up. I was over the gosh darn moon. Then i saw this Sephora product on my feed & thought OOH PERFECT! I'll get a new snazzy color to pucker up on my man with, wink wink right ladies ;) so I ran to Sephora and got the last one. i put it on and the color and feel was fantastick! The formula didn't smell weird at all and trust me I know weird smells and I adored how it complimented my eyes. but then the day of reckoning came.. i went out to the dinner with my fianceboyfriend and it was the worst day of my life. never have I been laughed at and pointed at more than in that applebees across Mickey D's. I thought maybe they were pointing at someone behind me until jeremy drove up in his golf cart. he looked so handsome in his tuxedo t-shirt :3 but...as he pulled up to the curb his smile faded and he looked shocked. And then my world CRASHEDD! he stuck his finger out and pointed right at my lips and called me a freak!! he heckin LAUGHED AT ME, the waiters laughed, the stupid kids from before laughed... I wish I could've portal zapped them! THE NERVE UGHH!!! I ran home and scrubbed this cursed lipstick off Never using again. IF YOU WANT TO PRESERVE YOUR LOVE THEN STAY FAR AWAY FROM THSI LIPSTICK P.s. didn't smear while I was running after his golf cart , also tearproof . 9/10 won't be retuning as a reminder of what it did to me tho :( read more

Customer service in here was great. Kat helped me today and answered all of my questions and concerns and even gifted me something. The line was a tad bit long but the rest of the staff handled that quickly. I really like this Sephora. read more

I like this Sephora. It's a smaller location than many of the Manhattan ones BUT let me tell you something. They often have all the products. I've been spoiled! When I go to the big midtown Sephoras, they are often out of a lot of popular products. I've never had to deal with that with this location. The staff is super nice. The other thing to note is that they always have the cleaning pads and make up removers. A lot of sephoras run out and the staff don't replace them--in my experience as a customer, it seems like this Sephora is well managed. read more

I would highly recommend ordering online and doing in store pickup if you can. The online pick up area is conveniently located near the entrance and typically has little to no line during the holiday season when stores are packed. read more

I like this Sephora. The line was extremely short at 5pm on Sunday. When I walked in, a salesperson acknowledged me and smiled. I don't get that kind of service in the Manhattan locations. This store is disgusting. The testers that are on display are either empty (especially the perfumes) or so grimy and destroyed that touching them scares me. I can only imagine the bacteria crawling through that makeup. For the price of the products in this store, testers should be available and decent. Please, do better. read more

The girls that work at this location are horrible!! The one Hispanic young lady she had black hair in a bun I requested her help with some products that my esthetician told me to get and she wouldn't help me at all she just stood there. Then I see the security guard following me around looking at me. I was completely confused and disgusted. Then another woman came over she had black hair with copper tips.. the Hispanic lady told her something in their little headphone set, so I proceeded to ask her what was funny???She said I'm the manager I have to look around the whole store... ummm excuse me I didn't ask you that so you obviously feel guilty about something. Avoid this place they're obviously racist!! The customer service sucks and they are not knowledgeable at all! They will have the security follow you around if you're black! Disgusting place. Do not patronize this Sephora!!! read more

One of the worst experiences I've had. Sephora was not that busy. All the sales people were milling about or talking to random. I was waiting in line which they all saw. The lady who was buying ahead of me had serious issues with her credit. I was ignored. No one else was called to the register to help. It was only when I put stuff back that someone came out and said are you ok? Or are you finding everything ok. Couldn't even be honest and say hey sorry. Or whatever cuz she definitely had made eye contact w me before while I was waiting. Welp. There's one place I won't set foot into again read more

This Sephora is the worst. It's close to me and I was excited when it opened but I shop online to avoid going there.

Good stuff, a lot of good brands like Laneige, summer Fridays, rare beauty, drunk elephant etc..

If this is the Sephora on Atlantic Ave this review is for them! 10/10 experience with getting color matched by Naomi!!! Her energy is so welcoming and honestly I wasn't even going in to shop for any foundation. I went in with all intentions of just buying perfume because the ship had sailed with wanting to get match correctly here. My prior experience was horrible, I was matched with a color that was not me and even with me showing and telling the girl it was like she didn't want to hear it. But when I went the other day I seen they had the Mario foundation that everyone has been raving about! I ran into Naomi in the isle and figured why not give it a try! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN SUCH A LONG TIME! I FINALLY have a foundation that matches! She also put me on to some amazing products to help with my skin and I'm forever grateful for this amazing experience! If you come across Naomi you are in great hands!!! read more

I've been going to this location since it opened years ago, and I can't get over how unkempt and disheveled this location always is. The testers are pretty disgusting too...they're not only missing, in the wrong place, but they are also empty a lot of the time, and really gross/ dirty. It's a pretty small location too, how can they not keep it clean and organized? read more

Big Kudos to the beautiful young lady Maria, from the flawless and creative awesome makeup she did on herself to advising me on concealers, foundations shades, brands, applying and applicators all of which I know not much of and wear the bare minimum but like a natural look, this seems to be her niche and she really knows her craft and advised me without the upsell, which irks me. Thanks hon , you're the new makeup artist for me/ girls. read more

Awesome Sephora located inside the Atlantic Terminal mall! The manager of the store, Laura, and the Sephora associate Shenise are extremely helpful and accommodating!
