Package out for delivery on 5/10, no attempt made, some exception. Package out for delivery 5/11, same thing. I am home most of the day, out first thing in morning, but back by 8. Then out between 230 and back at 4. No slip left, no attempt to deliver. Glad I don't need these parts NOW!! I used to like fed-ex better than either of the two other choices, am loosing my preference and will now use UPS, or postal service. read more

If I could rate them a negative I would. NEVER...EVER have I seen such a lack of professionalism as the bunch at the Williston Distribution Center! Started w/ an order (4 boxes) originating in Atlanta, GA.. Went out 6/19 and all boxes made it to Williston around 6:00 am 6/21. ONE of the boxes arrived at the house that afternoon. One other box arrived at the house the next afternoon (22nd). As I write this, it is 27th and I have had NO FURTHER movement from them to get the remaining two parts to my order to me! I have tracked, called, etc. NOTHING. An updated delivery was posted for this afternoon (27th) but has since been updated again stating "No attempt made, delivery (re)scheduled for next business day." I'm supposing tomorrow(28th) but I won't hold my breath. I would have thought a company based on PACKAGE DELIVERY would ACTUALLY get packages DELIVERED to the customers! I guess if they're sitting in Williston the answer is NO. read more

Horrible service over and over again. They use the weather as an excuse to hold up delivery, when the real problem is they do not have enough competent drivers. The regular mail makes it here everyday. One snowstorm and they use it as an excuse for weeks after. No excuse. Hopefully the businesses that use them will rethink their carrier when the shipments are returned or cancelled due to excess time in involved in delivering anything to a rural address. I have had an issue with Fed X EVERY time they were meant to deliver on a specific day. They ALWAYS say they "attempted delivery and no one was home" when I would be up and availble from 5 am through 10 pm and not a person would drive up. They would constantly lie about being here and my security cameras beg to differ. I am sick of talking to customer service as they repeat over and over everything I already know about when they will delivery, then they lie about it again, and expect people to be available as their leisure. The service I've received (or lack there of) is absolutely awful! They have held my package, put it on the truck, off the truck, delayed it and now have "lost it." PLUS - you can't contact the local center but have to go thru the national 1-800#. This in itself is extremely frustrating, as I have to explain my problem over and over and NEVER receive followup phone calls. I hope the next time I order online I have the option to use UPS! read more

FedEx Williston does not deliver to my village, Plainfield, and the surrounding communities. They will say that they delivered, but packages never show up, or they just don't deliver them at all, or they will take three or more weeks to get delivered. This is the worst mail delivery service that's out there. read more

Amazon Prime delivery expected on the 16th. Said the package was in Williston. Have had to call every other day since then. Heard today that they don't have enough drivers - can I come and pick it up... They shouldn't be accepting packages if they can't deliver them. Ridiculously bad service. Amazon refunded me on the 17th for the package so if I ever get it, it will be free. Still, I wish they would never use FedEx. read more

I can't say "terrible service" because there is nothing remotely like service from these birds. I had a food delivery scheduled for overnight delivery and so far it is 3 days late. When I called this morning to say I would pick up the box at the facility as I didn't want it sitting there over the weekend, they said it was out for delivery. Sure it is. Thats what you said 2 days ago. The Williston fed ex is the pits. Go to UPS, which always delivers on time. I am going to write to the vendor and let them know that they should switch to UPS in this area at least. read more

Fed ex home delivery is worthless. If I could do half star I would. My package was delivered to Williston, Vt on Saturday March 17th. Monday March 19th showed it couldn't be delivered because of weather delay. Lets see clear blue sky's, sun and not a drop of rain or snow in sight. Problem there!!! Tuesday March 20th "no attempt even made to delivery". Wednesday on truck to be delivered, saw the truck drive by my home 3 times. Later saw weather delay again?? Wow clear sky's and no rain or snow, but was in the area?? Finally Thursday received my package. This isn't the first time but hopefully the next will be better??? read more

Terrible service. My order from Amazon arrived at the Williston terminal right on time. They even reported that it was on the truck at 7:00 am. Then at 8:00 pm they sent me an email saying they couldn't deliver it because of local weather? What weather? The storm we had two days ago? This is Vermont, it snows. The kids went to school, the Post Office delivered and UPS delivered. My order came across country in 2 days. And now it's going to take 5 days from Williston to Barre? If I even get it. I'll never use FedEx again. And I'll make sure when I order the vendor doesn't use it either. Ridiculous. read more

This facility is staffed by a bunch of dingleberries and the level of incompetence here is astronomical. It was wildly understaffed and disorganized. For such an established corporation, this is simply unacceptable. An estimated wait time of 30 minutes turned into 4 hours. By the time I received my package I could've gone through the entire application and training process and found my package along with everyone else's who was waiting. I am FedUp with FedEx. If your package ends up at this location, I recommend sending it back to where it came from and then traveling to retrieve it instead. read more

For heaven's sake don't use this FedEx, in fact go with UPS! The same thing that happened to David S. (see below) happened to me, twice!! My expensive item was shipped a day late and to the entirely wrong house that is nowhere near where I live. It took FedEx four days to get back to me and only to say "Oh, we are sorry, but there's nothing we can do!" In fact, the only way I received my package was because whoever it was delivered to was honest and hunted my house down in order to return it to me.Usually, Amazon uses UPS but apparently they need to save money so they now use FedEX. Thinking it was just a fluke that it was FedEX that time around I ordered another package from Amzaon. Wrong! They now use FedEx and once again my package is delayed and nowhere to be found! read more

FedEx is very unprofessional and unreliable. We had a pick up scheduled for Monday, FedEx never showed up. These are time sensitive documents. I called FedEx, they were not willing to make the situation better. My call kept getting shuffled around. The Customer Service Reps where not helpful and rude. They even tried telling me that a shipment was not made....however, I have a shipment receipt with all the info on it. What a joke! DO NOT USE FEDEX! read more

I just had the most frustrating talk with a customer service rep after they couldn't find my address. There was an error on the shipping label, showing apartment 35 in a six apartment building. All deliveries are to the back door, but the truck never came to the back door. My driver's license has my name and address on it, and if I showed him the license, he would have recognized the mistake. Originally they promised it yesterday, but changed the delivery last night to today. I waited all yesterday afternoon and all today for the delivery, and they just sent me a notice saying it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. I called to see if I could pick it up on Monday, and I got such a runaround, that he was effectively telling me to deal with it. This Driver made no attempt to find out if it belonged in apartment 3 or 5 but both were here (I'm 5) and 3 is the one going to install the article in the box. If he had even tried he would have found us which the customer rep agreed. But no deal to pick it up on Monday, and I will get it by close of day Tuesday. This is outrageous when they've been changing the delivery date all week and finally can't even find the apartment. This isn't rocket science and they have no concept of customer service. read more

I absolutely despise this company! I was scheduled a delivery 1/24 - attempt was made but failed due to weather (snowing, understandable). Went back out on the truck 1/25 - attempt was made but failed because the driver couldn't find my house. I call the customer service line to figure out why I have not recieved my package and gave detailed directions for the driver the 1/26 attempt but they never sent it out that day. I woke up on 1/27 which was a Friday and the tracking said "delivered". I do not have my package. I called Friday and opened an investigation because the facility lost track of my package. The Williston, Vermont facility is on day 7 of failed attempts to hold their standards high enough to deliver on time. Customer Service contacted me Monday 1/30 saying they found my package and that it would go out for delivery 1/31. Nope, here I am 7:26pm and just getting off the phone with customer service AGAIN. Ive talked to them six different times now since Tuesday 1/24. The gentleman I spoke too saif the drive marked the reason it delivery wasn't successful because of weather - it was sunny today. No reason what so ever the delivery shouldnt have been made. I have an issue EVERY GOD DAMN TIME I have a package that comes through this facility. Every. Single. God. Damn. Time. /rant read more

They advertise how dependable they are but nothing could be farther from the truth. I waited at home all day for a package only to see the online status suddenly change and say they could not find my house. I called within 5 minutes and they could do nothing but send a note to the local office saying that the address was correct. I asked them to have someone from the local office call me (you can't have the local number) and they said they would call back. I called back 30 minutes later and they assured me I would get a call back in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I called them and they said the local offices didn't even see the stuff they sent until the next day so no call would be coming. Now because someone has to sign, and I won't be hanging around the house all day on Saturday, I won't get the package until Tuesday (no Monday deliveries... ) When it absolutely has to be there somtime in the next few weeks go with Fed Ex read more
