It was clean inside, but when we got in it was so cold we didn't want to take our coats off and when I turned on the heat it was set to 99 degrees and when I tried to turn it down the buttons didn't work (you had to push the button 4-10 times to go down one degree) and then it would plummet to 54 degrees and blow cold air on us. So the whole ride I was turning the heat on and off to try to keep it a normal temperature. They also asked me if I wanted ice when I booked the limo, but when I looked in the cooler, all I found was 2 empty ice bags. Overall, it was fine, but the company should fix the heater since it is winter.

Ted offered his services at a fraction of that amount and the experience could not have been better. He communicated with me the morning of to let us know he was on the way, he arrived on time and was very helpful getting three senior citizens and tons of bags into his van. Very personable, the van was immaculate and the entire experience was 5 star. Highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of shuttle service in the BTV area.

After driving away from airport the driver tells my daughter the price is now $125, she doesn't argue as they are in the middle of nowhere and they are scared to be kicked out in the middle of nowhere. Upon arrival at the destination the driver says to give him the $125 or he will keep their luggage. I emailed Zaki, who gave me the quote, he tells me just give the driver $120 and they will give back luggage. After a lot of arguing and letting him know I will be reporting him to the Taxi Admin of Vermont, he instructs driver to release the luggage. I have 2 very terrified girls who are now thankfully safe. This company is using bait and switch tactics. I always try and support minority owned businesses, but will NEVER use this service again. I am waiting on a call back from the taxi admin and will be taking this issue as far as possible. The money isn't the point, it's the fear and intimidation they use to get more money.

Then over the last year they have missed our recycle numerous times. Giving us every other week as the only option even though numerous trash companies locally do it weekly. We live a stones throw from Suzie Wilson road in essex. They have probably passed our house 50 times with different trucks. Are we just supposed to start piling it up outside on the ground? Our entire neighborhood is cutting ties with this company. While we do live on a dirt road with a…read morehill, that once in a while could be challenging for the truck, we have been told countless times when the road is dry & in great condition that they cannot serve us because of the weather. Some service agents over the phone have been understanding, but others have argued with us. Their own drivers photo evidence doesn't match our street. We've gone weeks without service for no reason. If you're short handed say that and be honest. They tell us that they will send out the truck the next day, when they full well know they will not. They tell us they will refund us for the weeks we didn't get service or that they will take the overflow the next week and they don't do either. Leaving trash on the roadside attracts animals and creates an unsafe environment for them. Entirely unreliable, dishonest & rude. Very poor communication and leadership within the company.
