My driver (wish I remembered her name!) was so friendly and clearly knew the roads really well. My daughter (UVM freshman) had an early Saturday morning flight home for Thanksgiving break and I wasn't sure how easy it would be to get a taxi at 5:00 am. I called 2 other shuttle services on 12/23 before Vermont Shuttle purely based on number of yelp reviews and was given the runaround about why they couldn't pick us up to take us to Burlington for our 5 am flights the day after Christmas. Vermont Shuttle was willing to pick us up at 3:15 am the morning after Christmas, despite that we had heard the roads leading up to our ski resort could be icy. I was concerned that given it was the day after Christmas, they might be late. To my surprise and impressively, I got a call at 3 am that the driver was outside. The drive into Burlington was very safe and comfortable. We were able to pay by credit card once we arrived to the airport because they use the Square app. I would definitely recommend Vermont Shuttle to anyone traveling to/from the nearby ski resorts. read more

Beware false advertising! I reserved a shuttle service through Don for this past summer, many months in advance. Don was courteous and helpful throughout that process, as the borders were still closed and I needed to get back to Montreal. However on the day of my trip, Don didn't show. In fact it was a subcontract of a subcontract. I was greeted by a man who demanded payment up front, had a filthy vehicle and who was aggressive. Not to mention the fact that he was driving 91 miles an hour (146km) and got a ticket in Quebec. The experience was frightening and not at all as advertised. I expected a refund and some help but Don was quick to tell me that there was nothing much he could do. I hope that nobody else goes through anything like this, especially when spending the amount of money I was. Thankfully my bank took it up with this third party and got me my money back, no thanks to Don. UPDATE: Don, the cost was over 300$ US and you told me that there wasn't much you can do. So while the driver sent a PORTION back, I assure you my bank did the rest. Thankfully. I appreciate you trying to save face on here but you did nothing to help me. You were barely sympathetic. And I reserved with you in March for July. So being bombarded by "snowbirds" isn't a thing, and my reservation was early enough to be honoured. After I called to let you know how terrible my experience was, I then received a call from the driver yelling at me for my having complained! I hope in future you check who is taking your fares for you. Shame on you (again) for not seeing how serious this was to experience as a woman alone. read more
