Tried to call Fed Ex and provided the tracking number they provided on the text. AI lady answered and advised they have no record of the tracking number. Attempted to talk with live person about the issue and their request for credit card to pay for storage. AI lady would not forward a call to investigate potential fraud and terminated the call. Big news on how Fed Ex was changing the delivery business in the world and making lots of money. It is taken against a shiny white board as the background which reflects in the photo and totally washed me out. I almost left to go somewhere else, but I was on a tight deadline and wasn't sure where else does passport photos so I sucked it up and paid $11 for a terrible photo that is going to be on my passport for the next decade. The prices were a little weird. It was hard to tell which type of colored paper was the prices listed. I didn't feel like I received a comprehensive description of the differences but they showed me the cheapest one in the color I wanted and that was good enough. It seems to be in a pretty unused area so I didn't have to fight for parking or walk far at all. That was great. I'll be back for other office related items!
