We live 3 hours away, so we asked to have the repairs done in 3 days once we dropped it off (previously told the repairs would only take a day or two), but now being told they can't guarantee being done. So, now we have to wait till we have time to drop off for a week or two. Not happy with the communication, and we completely feel like we are being ignored after the sale was complete.

Advised me the furnace needed to be serviced, I made an appointment for a few weeks later and brought it back. While servicing it they noticed a few parts that were worn and needed replacing which I had them do. The technician was amazing, did great work, I have no problem with that. But when I saw the bill!! They charged me for labor for replacement of each part as if each part was all they were doing. Ended up being charged over 9 hours of labor for only 2 hours of actual work. No compromise just pay them over $1700 and that's it. This spring I fire up the and the furnace doesn't work and they won't back up their work because I talked to them roughly which I'm telling ya if they think that was rough they've got another think coming!! Get a quote for everything before letting them hose you not just the parts which was what I did.
