Actually, you get nothing once you make an offer. If I could give them negatvie stars I would. I purchased a used RV from them three months ago. Needed a little work (RV sat for a few years so the batteries were shot). It took several calls and days to get the batteries replaced with new ones. They changed them out but would not give us the receipt for the "New" batteries. Claimed they would handle any warrantee work for the batteries, no need for the receipt. Once we took delivery and did the walk through, they did not answer any questions or take any calls. We did have a charging problem that they took several days to troubleshoot and fix (in fairness - a few of the days was waiting on parts). But still took entirely too long. We never received the DMV paperwork. Crossing the border we found out the registration was not sent to us. (Valley RV did the DMV paperwork). We contacted Lex, our salesman, to see where the paperwork was. It's been two weeks and he still has not even responded. So if you imagine the worse used car salesman, that is him. Very nice and will work with you until he has your money. Then he will not respond. No texts, no calls. Nothing. Just disappears. Maybe ignoring us is more accurate because the texts are showing "READ" the day we sent it. Which might be even more troubling that he knows we needed immediate help and failed to respond. Just sad. Use me as the example or be the example. So many other businesses will treat you so much better. I will not spend another dollar or minute at this business. Please do not use this place.

They also let us know that they had marked the trail which made us so much more confident when driving through streams. They were kind and knowledgeable as to which side-by-side would be best for us. We were the second people to use their Commander-it was in tip top shape. We even ran into the owner while on the trail. Great guy, amazing business! Don't go anywhere else! They didn't push anything on us and were so helpful. We will be returning! We highly recommend using them. We were even able to rent a trailer from them which made it half the price of getting it delivered, but how great is it that they deliver?!

They charged me for labor for replacement of each part as if each part was all they were doing. Ended up being charged over 9 hours of labor for only 2 hours of actual work. No compromise just pay them over $1700 and that's it. It is a $65 a day rental (not sure if it depends on the item being rented), but because they are closed on the weekend we needed to return it on Monday. It was great! it gave us a few days to determine if we were going to actually purchase one, but it also helped up to determine if the problem we are having needs to be done immediately so we appreciated that timeline. I didn't go with my dad to rent it, but he had a very positive experience renting it. They were helpful and knowledgeable and could tell my dad knew what he was doing. They load the item into your car and unload it when you return so that is a plus because I was the one to return the auger and I was concerned I wasn't going to be able to lift it by myself. They were very kind and helpful when I returned the auger. I was a little late returning it by 7 mins and I was worried they would charge me for a day.
