Now, I need to get my truck and the passcode system is installed. What makes it worse, they are checking voice-mail, which were full the last 2 days, miraculously now you can leave a message. And the emergency number? Same thing. No answer and no call back for 4 days. Someone even comes into the office and leaves lights on amd off and different vehicles are there. The door is locked and they do not answer. I do not recommend. Horrible unprofessional managment. Don't rent here, pay a few dollars more so.you can access your items

And the other place even told me how they have people jump their fence and damage R.V's but it's too expensive for them to get cameras...(!). What?! Yikes! I didn't think we were going to use a storage at that point. Then I called Eagle Eye Storage. I was originally hesitant to call because they were a bit more cost wise but as soon as I spoke with Artie I immediately knew they were worth every penny! Custom alarms on all units, SECURE gates with alarms, cameras around the property and viewing storage units, on-site snow removal, immediate response to any alarms, and extra Insurance for your items. This is the ONLY place that I would feel comfortable storing my items. They happily answered every question I had and took the time to put my mind at ease. Collin was also great and even went and put my lock onto my unit so I didn't have to pick it up. Truly fantastic Alaskan service! I highly recommend Eagle Eye for storing your items. Great people, great business, and employees who really care about your needs. I am SO glad I found them!

When you sign up for a unit, you get a code to give you access to the property 24/7. Very convenient. I stored some household items here while I waited to move into a new place. When I finally did get to move in, I moved my stuff out of the storage unit at night, after their normal business hours. I got a call from Arty at 9am the next morning saying they noticed my lock had been removed and the unit was empty. These guys are on it! Your stuff will absolutely be secure at this place. Here's how a late fees work. $25 per unit or space(depends on what your told) on one bill. If your late paying one unit you are denied access to every unit but charged $25 for each unit. I really think this is illegal. Easy fix is to pay my bill. They could very well fix it themselves and put a lock on the unpaid unit and allow me access to my parked rv that is paid but nope. You are late on your one bill so that's means your entire lot is theirs. Paid my bill but never, never trust a snake.
