Avoid Alaska trailer as they can leave you absolutely stranded due to incompetence and unprofessional work, they are lucky I didn't take them to small claims court, very lucky. The job was completed and I made it to the Yukon Territory about 2 weeks later, traveling no more than 65 mph and a wheel bearing burned up. I was in the middle of nowhere, 2hrs from any community. 8 hrs and $900 later I was towed into Whitehorse YT at a shop. 3 days later and $2500 I was back on the road. I tried to get Alaska Trailer to do the right thing and reimburse for the towing, that didn't happen. They did refund for my cost of the one bearing repair but not the towing. If they were a legit, ethical business in Anchorage they would have refunded the towing and their initial fees for doing the crappy, work to begin with. Their work should not be allowed in Alaska and they do not stand behind their work. Get stranded because of them and oh well, not willing to make it right. You have been warned!

I contacted them last week to ask for a timeframe for scheduling. I received a call on Thursday afternoon, and they scheduled me for today, Monday of the following week. The installers came out this morning and I now have brand new gutters. The person I talked to on the phone was very knowledgable. My husband had requested a hooded gutter, and the representative showed me what a screened gutter looked like. He told me that hooded gutters in an area with a heavy snowfall encourage ice dams and are easily damaged, and gutter screens work much better for our climate. The installer were polite. They rang the doorbell to let us know they had arrived, and began their work. At the end of the install, they rang the doorbell again to let me know that they were done and to collect payment. First rain showed a couple of spots no silicon or sealed corners at down spouts with leaks. Day after job completed. Initially, when we were discussing the job We requested the possibility of yanking off Christmas lights on Faccia boards and simply tossing on ground below since they were there. They stated there would be a nail removal and upcharge fee added to estimate for this request. I spoke to the manager of the company after his guys "finished job and left with a ridiculous final configuration of downspouts which posed a tripping hazard for young children and an eyesore and "who did this job?" To anyone that would observe it and there final product leaked! I would NOT refer or recommend these folks to anyone and there lack of communication and lack of professionalism puts you in dilemma so Iso I settle and save a few dollars OR pay a bit more and get a professional completed job by a company who takes pride other workmanship and commitment to customer service. I cannot promote This company to provide gutters repair or replacement! UPDATE. 05/09/2026. The owner reached out to explain his side of story. I would advise future prospective clients ask for referrals to their past customers to see their finished work and have a chat with folks that have contracted them to perform work. If. I were to include pictures. You too would see that this gutter downspout is NOT under deck. It passes for 10 or 15 feet away from house at knee to shin height cutting off all access to under deck and all who look at it. Will go wow what's up with that? There are no mileage charges and do not charge for dumping, cleaning, or any other charges that some companies apply to the bill. Would highly recommend. This was our first time to rent a motorhome and it has been a great experience.

Originally, ABC wasn't going to be able to do our gutters until much later in the season. They called my hubs to say they would be in our neighborhood the next day and wanted to do the gutters. My hubs explained that we had discovered some rotted fascia and we needed to fix that before the gutters were installed. ABC offered to fix the bad fascia and do the gutters same day. Yes, there was an up charge for the fascia. Totally worth it!! The techs were polite and thorough. They had colors that matched our house and trim. We did not opt for the gutter guard system, we don't have many trees. My neighbor loves her gutter guards, though.

My husband, based on what I had to say about the truck and the way I was treated and the air of honesty I felt while talking with Steve and Thomas, decided to buy the truck... You should know the truck was a older model that banks dont typically finance. Thomas handled the loan app and got it sent to the right bank for us. OMG the communication! Bought a brand-new 2025 Kodiak Cub 170BH here. On my first camping trip: heater and refrigerator…read morenot working and window leak. Brought it in for service -- was told the window leak couldn't be found. However, found a heavy silicone patch applied on that window alone. Liars! The trailer came back with new damage on the interior panels -- screws and staple marks that weren't there before. No acknowledgment, no accountability. Months of emails followed. The owner, Vik, eventually responded in writing that everything is the manufacturer's responsibility and directed me to Keystone. Keystone then confirmed they have zero warranty claim history for my unit -- meaning the repairs performed here were apparently never filed with the manufacturer at all. I gave this dealership every opportunity to make this right. What I got was delay, deflection, and silence. If you're buying here, just know: the experience ends the moment you drive off the lot.
