The worst fedex I ever dealt with drivers are lazy and don't deliver packages on time

My review has to do with Fedex delivery service. When a package is delivered to my home, the driver is just to lazy to walk up my walkway, put it next to my from door..NOOOOOOO!!!!! He/she throws over my fence, could easily get stolen and just walks away. I have filed a complaint with the Bloomington center THREE times and nothing is done. There are several thefts with the Rialto facility. They consistently have employees that divert packages to being undeliverable, move them to an area, and then STEAL the package for personal use. FedEx really needs to open up an investigation on this facility. read more

Fedex has been consistently bad at delivering things to my address. I've been home and have had tracking updates to Delivery Attempted with no one ever showing up or attempting to deliver my packages. I've got a Google Home and nothing was ever recorded at the timestamps or even near it. Have had to drive to this Fedex here to pick up my packages, which is extremely inconvenient and wasteful as I had paid for shipping to be delivered to my address, not to be picked up. This place has the worse customer service. I came in with a small box to ship (something I was returning) and I showed him the QR code. And he told me he didn't have tape that I could borrow to tape the top of the box. Extremely rude and unhelpful. There was not a single person in line waiting and he was just so unwilling to help. I've never had such an awful experience with a business in my life. The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. They are extremely inconsistent in what they tell people the requirements are to pick up packages, have no flexibility or empathy. The FedEx delivery people straight up walked up to my door, didn't ring the doorbell, and claimed no one was there to sign. Just went in there today, 9/20/24 at around 6:00pm, and had the worst experience with the lady at the desk. At one point she yelled at me to "get outside". She interrupted me, talked over me, and was probably the most unhelpful person I've ever met in my life. She had a major attitude problem and if it wasn't for her co-workers, she would not have given me my package. Genuinely worse than a DMV experience. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

I have had several issues with FedEx over the last several days in regards to delivering a package that required a signature. Obviously, in the hours of delivery, I was not home, so I could not accept the package. After I received the 2nd attempt notice, I called FedEx, and they advised me to contact the shipper, which I did. They released my package for delivery, however, FedEx STILL DID NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGE. I once again received a note for the 3rd and final attempt, and that my package was going to be returned to the shipper. NO. NO. NO. I then received a text from FedEx stating my package was out for delivery, but to where, who knows. The tracking number no longer worked. I called the customer service number, and they are USELESS. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, and was put on hold FOREVER, and then I got disconnected. I called back a 3rd time to find out my package was at the local office. With that being said, i was finally able to pick up my package on the way home from work myself. The only reason I am giving FedEx 2 stars instead of 1 is because the girl that helped me at the FedEx location was so nice and helpful. read more

Driver LIED that he tried to deliver an item and NEVER even came down my block let alone come to my house!

The Bloomington fedex said they attempted delivery 99 times. Then they said they called. So our ring camera shows no attempts, our caller id on the phone shows not one call to us from them. The best part? Our customer service is clearly being farmed out over seas and the operators can not understand my calm, simple English. The end result is saying that the drivers will try again after the rain is gone....what? No joke, as a business owner I am going to do all I can to let the world know do not ever use fedex. They will lie, they will fabricate a narrative to support their lying employees. read more

I just want to say how wonderful FedEx is. They called me the other day that they had a package they were trying to get to me and it was going to my address where I hadn't been for over a year. It had a couple other tags on it so it has been bounced around for almost 3 months apparently trying to get it to me. The girl was so nice and kind on the phone. She said it was a box from Chewy but I had an ordered anything from Chewy. She told me to call chewy and find out, but it definitely was addressed to me and she couldn't pull off the other labels. The worse customer service ever received. I was expecting a package today at 4pm and they decided to come at 11am. "Hello ppl some of us work for living." Came home to find a door tag so I called and asked if I can pick up and they said yes from 6:00pm - 7:30pm. So after a long day at work I drove to this location only to be told that my package went out for a 2nd attempt after I specifically said I will pick up at location. Package was expected by 8pm so I waited 2 hours outside so that I don't miss the truck. Well needless to say, they never showed up. Company is very dis organized. Noticed that my package had been delivered to the Ontario Shipping Facility where it would sit for an entire day prior to the promised delivery date so I thought maybe I could go pick it up. I called FedEx and they told me that sure I could pick it up but that would require authorization from the sender. So I called up the business where I had made my purchase and asked them if that would be something they would be willing to do. They said that would not be a problem and called me back less than an hour later and told me my package was ready to be picked up at the Ontario location. I asked them if they could also please forward that to me in an email just in case there were any communication errors. Upon arrival, we waited for only a couple of minutes. Probably the only positive thing about the experience. The man calls us up and I explain all of the aforementioned details to him. He states that I cannot have my package because it is not due for delivery until the next day. I explain that I understand that but that I was given permission by FedEx and the sender so they said I could come pick it up. This guy could not have been ruder. He tells me that while that may be true, they can deny my request at their facility. So my boyfriend asks us if we can pick it up the next day and they said that no, it was already on the truck for delivery. He stays and asks the manager about it, who reiterates everything this guy just said, including that we cannot pick up the package tomorrow because the package is already on the truck for delivery. I leave and call FedEx, who just now inform me that yes, the facility can in fact deny my request to hold a package at their discretion. I don't know why I wasn't told this in the first place, but okay. So the next day I get off work and there has yet to be a delivery made, it's 10 minutes to 7pm when the facility closes so I call just to make sure there are no problems and to check the status of my shipment. They inform me that they will NOT be delivering my package because I requested a hold at the facility!! Are you kidding me?!?! I was expressly told numerous times by both the FedEx facility and over the phone that my request had been denied. FedEx Ontario is petty!! I explain that this is not okay, this is a medical device and I really need it, and this guy tells me that there is absolutely nothing I can do about it because I am not the customer, the sender is, implying that he can treat me however he wants and I have no source of recourse. To top it all off, when I finally do actually receive my package, my medical device is BROKEN!! Super professional FedEx, you literally have one job. Deliver a package intact, on time. I called and spoke to the company who shipped my device to me in the first place. They overnighted me the replacement part I needed with UPS and I received my package the next day, with no problems. So I may not be FedEx's direct "customer" but now neither will anyone I place an order through. I will definitely be requesting UPS for any shipments in the future, and I recommend you all do the same. Then again, if I had checked the Yelp before all of this, I may not have made this mistake in the first place. This is probably the worst reviewed business I have ever personally seen on Yelp. read more

This is the second day they have said my package was going to be delivered only to have it switch to Pending. This is infuriating, I'm stuck on a super slow scooter riding around the neighborhood getting laughed at by all the kids because of how slow this thing is. It only goes 12.5mph, the scooter that FedEx is delivering will go 20mpg. Get your stuff together, FedEx! 2 days in a row I've been all hyped up for the new scooter only to be disappointed when you can't deliver :(. read more
