If I could give them zero stars, I would do that. They are the worse!! I had an overnight shipment sitting in their office and everyday I would get message that package scheduled for delivery next day. It's been 4 days and I still did not receive my package. Called the customer service and issued a ticket. And I have similar experience with other shipments too. Everything I track package it says package on truck for delivery and at the end of day tracking says its rescheduled for tomorrow. They even lie about how they attempted delivery. These guys are either lazy or overworked, and in either case I really hope fedex management/main office take note and improve the efficiency of this place. Easy to send out packages to where you need your packages to go. You can prepare packages beforehand or get them set up here at their station. Much respect to the employees that handle the customers' requests. They go through a lot of customers that do not know how to handle their request and have to be advised. I would always recommend coming prepare with the information that you need and they will work with you. I will always say that working in customer service is never easy. If it was easy to do their job then you be sending it out yourself and not go to professionals to handle your business so a little respect is always important. read more

I had my package, an IPhone 16 Pro Max sent to FedEx and after three weeks of being told different things, and given reasons and excuses as to why they were holding it, someone in the warehouse stole it. I have reported the theft several times, nothing.I started a claim, but it was dismissed a day and a half later. I started another one, dismissed again. Nobody in the FedEx network will help me. I called customer service and made a formal complaint. Then I had it escalated. Finally A girl named Marleah took my complaint, and after explaining everything to her, was told that i would get a call from a girl named Emily in 24-48 hours to help me file another complaint, it's going on 48 hours now and she has not called me. Everyone in the FedEx network is covering for everyone else. I even gave this girl a website that lists all the complaints against the location from which my phone was stolen. There are so many complaints against the employees here. Missing packages, non-deliveries, lost packages, damaged packages, packages left in the street, packages that were damaged, and whole nine yards. Worst FedEx in history. Drivers will not deliver packages because they don't feel like it, and will send you a notification with a false reason why it couldn't be delivered--security reasons, can't access home, delivery exception occurred, etc. The drivers are horrific and the management could care less. If there was a way to never have to use FedEx I would, but unfortunately it's vendor specific. read more

Fed Ex for Landenberg PA - I talked with my neighbors in my HOA. As it turns out, there are approximately 2 Fed Ex people for the Landneberg PA area, as these are the only 2 seen on a regular basis in my HOA. The Fed Ex Man that is older and has a beard, is a true professional. Generally no issues with him. The other Fed Ex employee is a contracted out younger person who gets paid $200 a day, regardless of the number of packages that is on his truck. I have personally seen this man drop off boxes at a mailbox. He has a big truck BTW Thus if "you are not a home" and don't receive a Fed Ex "missed delivery tag", then the Fed Ex driver just passes you by. If you find packages at your mail box, or you you find them at the garage door after you got into your car and backed up over them, because you didn't realize they were there, you need to contact Fed Ex at 302-573-4900 What idiot leaves packages ata a closed garage door, on the pavement? You get into your car in the garage, open the door via the remote, and then back up over it? I had a neighbor tell me his package was left at his other neighbor's back porch, as it was closer than walking around to the front door. Who check's for packages on your back porch? If you have a signature required, forget about it. You might get it on the 2nd or 3rd attempt, all the while you are waiting at home during those days only to see in the Fed Ex tracking system that you were "not at home" or "wrong address". You should call the New Castle Supervisor at 302-573-4900 Don't bother with 1-800- goFed-Ex Then again, the Supervisor is directly responsible for his employee's performance, and if your delivery person can't provide timely, professional and honest results, maybe the Supervisor needs to be subcontratced. read more

Driver does not come to my house. 1st time, no one was "home" but yet no door tag. The 2nd time, "wrong adress". Today, as of 1:25pm, I called customer service which is some lady in a doreign country looking at the computer screen seeing the same information that I see on my account. She refused to give me the New Castele DE phone number nor did she call them to talk to the dispatcher. The package requires a Signature and the fact that I can't change this, leaves me or my wife sitting at home all day to 8 pm? I don't even have a door tag!!! This location is horrible. As an ex-employee, I know how things are supposed to function. The drivers from this area of DE steal, damage, and deliver to the wrong address all the time. The managers do not hold them accountable. This location should be audited and shut down. Drivers destroy homeowner's properties with their trucks and do not follow the delivery instructions. Look at this repeat offender...he throws it and it's NOT on the porch. When it rains, you can bet this will be soaked. His behavior demonstrates that he tries to avoid the door camera...but I have several more cameras on the property. they refuse to deliver your package. any time it says "delivery attempted" the photo is of your package sitting in a bin on the truck. they will not come to your house whatsoever. your package will get mailed back to the sender. read more

I would suggest contacting New castle County and see if there is anyway to change the traffic pattern on Commons Blvd at the first turn-around so FedEx trucks do not have to drive so far down the road just to turn around. The first turn is so mucgh closer, and is not used, so can easily be updated to allow turning , so it is mucg closer, and use much less gas! read more

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. The New Castle DE distribution center is horrible. I've seen other reviews about rude service and not receiving packages, I've had the same experience. I receive a very expensive medication that the company only uses Fed Ex to deliver. I went without my medication for 2 months while they were trying to "find" it. Packages have been delivered to neighbors, if at all. I get emails saying they attempted delivery but no one was home. Not true. The shipping center is New Castle, DE must be staffed by totally incompetent people. I had a package that was to be delivered in the city of Wilmington on September 5, 2020. Today is the 10th and even though said it would be delivered on the 9th, it now reads the delivery will be the 10th; I don't believe a word of FedEx's delivery commitments!!! Checking their web site it shows the package has been "In Transit" and is still there since September 7th. I will avoid shipping things through FedEx even it it cost more!!!! Over 25 days and I'm still waiting on the delivery of a 55-inch TV. This location seems to be going rogue. There is no local phone number to address poor service. The only communication path to the New Castle location is through the regional call center and they claim to only communication with N.Castle via messaging. New Castle must ignore those messages because twice the regional call center claimed the N.Castle office will contact me via phone or email. They haven't done that to date. I tried using the delivery manager app to have the TV delivered while I was home to signed for it. The app and text status message scheduled it with a date and delivery window. The TV remained at the center that entire day without notifying me. One entire work day wasted and no one to account! Delivery status messages are meaningless. FedEx service in New Castle, Delaware is nothing like the Amazon experience. read more

I will never ever have FedEx ship anything for me! my shipper sent a package that needed a signature and that's fine! I asked them and traced this package over 12 times and it still has not came. it was a two day delivery and is now over 8 days old. this package has not moved from 2 commons Blvd. since Monday. I was told it was redirected to Walgreens and Walgreens said it was not scanned in by them. I stop in them 3 times, they said it was never there. I believe this package was purposely miss placed because of the the rude resolution manager I got on Monday. he set the whole downward spiral, they said the package was redirected on its own to the closest store without letting me know it was send there so I could not have it up on Friday. but that too was a lie because this package did not leave the site until after it stop raining cats and dogs Monday. now im being told to drive an hour out of my way just to get my package that been delayed this many times. this is the worst center . even the shipper tried to work it out with these people at the ship center. read more

Absolutely terrible. I arrived at FedEx and was told that the driver who barely attempted to deliver my package hadn't brought it back off of the truck yet. He was supposed to have arrived at 5:00. I waited for almost 30 minutes and left from the facility empty handed. There was a line of people almost out of the door and only one person present to help all who were waiting to be serviced. There was a guy there who would pop out and help people every now and then, but he only seemed to do it when he felt up to it. I always have issues with getting my packages from this location. They claim to knock in an attempt to deliver, but they never make a full effort to do so. I have seen drivers get out of their truck post a notice on my front door and then drive off. My package was received at this location, was marked with "barcode unreadable and was replaced" over a week after not receiving the package I contact FedEx to be told that the package was "lost". I could not get a replacement for it. The item is worth more than what I paid for, and more than getting a refund.
