I pre-paid for Christmas packages to be wrapped but they failed to make note of it. Paid again to get my packages. Had to go home, find the receipt, and bring it back to get a refund. Had I not kept the receipt, their ineptitude would have cost me double. Plus, the price for gift wrapping is now through the roof. OH! And there is a flat $2 fee to run a debit card. That's outrageous. The previous owners built relationships and treated people fairly. They had integrity and knew how to manage their business. These people are price gouging, and their service is very sketchy.

Wish I hadn't rented from them. First, this company tried to…read morerent a roughly 4' wide unit as a 5x10. The young lady argued with me about it - said they measured it. It wasn't until I went to move in that I noticed an open unit that was truly a 5 x10. And luckily for me a man (presumably the owner) was there and he corrected it. 2nd, they sold me a lock that jammed every time I locked it and tried to remove the key. They had to get "approval" to take it back. Like there should have been a question about whether you should take it back. Lastly, I bought some supplies from them - boxes, tape and a small stretch wrap roll. I didn't use the stretch wrap and attempted to return it. ALL other places take back unused materials. They refused to take it back even though it was in new, unused condition with the receipt. The young lady pointed to the receipt that says "sales non-refundable". I had not seen that but I am curious... how would I have known that before actually buying items and then receiving the receipt. I didn't see that notice in the office and no one mentioned it. Even after I expressed that I wasn't sure what I needed but wanted to make sure I got stuff to use before the office closed. Someone could have mentioned it then. I'm a full time student. I don't have money to spend on something I can't use. This was the final straw. I am in a climate controlled unit and while I haven't measured the temp, I can tell you it is noticeably warmer than the place I came from in Houston. It also does not stay lit while you are working around the unit. I understand using motion activated lighting to save energy but I'm no where near a motion detector and I have to go down a hall to reactivate it and it doesn't stay on but maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Not my biggest concern but still makes it customer unfriendly. The young lady I keep referring to is not friendly or professional. I just find them to be unprofessional overall.

They broke my headboard completely into ear replaceable and irreparable and they broke my dryer. they didn't pay for it. Before coming to me we're late almost 2 hours the reason was because they had another move that morning and the young man which was 13 years old who was helping him said that they didn't finish him because they had too much work too much heavy work and they just left him so they did him pretty much the same way they did me they left him high and dry to so this company is not a good company I got my refund back but it was not enough to pay for the damage they did to my furniture they would not answer phone calls they didn't care they are not trustworthy and they're not loyal to their work. I can't stress enough that this is a doodoo company and they do do do work. They didn't even load my truck halfway or my furniture from my home halfway and they just left without notice so do yourself a favor get you another company cuz this one is terrible.

There was damage to several of our furniture pieces, items broken that we were…read morenot told about and discovered broken glass they swept out onto our driveway and arrived with a truck that was not large enough, so two trips had to be made. Upon completion of the move, you are forced to sign off that there was no damage in order for the 'clock' to stop. How is anyone supposed to know at that very second if there was damage done or not!!!!????? The only positive was that the crew was friendly and worked diligently. I will never use your company again nor recommend you to anyone!!!!

3 movers showed up to move our house and they were all very nice, however they were not…read moreprofessional at all. They damaged a chair (antique), an end table (pictured) and dropped and shattered our big green egg. When they brought in the end table the worker said "um, sorry, the knob came off" As you can see, it was much more than just a knob coming off. It was completely damaged beyond repair. He also said he could fix it with some gorilla glue. I actually laughed at that one! The same worker thought he could move the egg off the truck alone even though it weighs (with the large wooden stand it was on) probably 1000 lbs. It shattered because it is completely ceramic. We have submitted claim forms but the owner hasn't responded and said she would replace the egg with a used one, since ours wasn't new. It was less than 4 years old and only had been used maybe 8 times, it was in pristine condition. It also held a pampered chef pizza stone, which was also broken. After the egg incident the head worker and the one who dropped it screamed at each other loudly in our driveway for about 15 minutes, blaming and defending and screaming. All extremely unprofessional. We had provided lunch for them and were gracious to them at the time, because it is just things, but the fact that we haven't heard from them and no restitution has happened makes me want to leave a true review, so you know what you are getting. The worker who dropped the egg, said he wouldn't be returning to work because he didn't want to work for free. (obviously not recognizing that he would be working to pay off a debt, not working for free) He also said the owner would hire anyone who showed up to work, which let me know that they are mostly inexperienced at properly moving items of value. They also said they couldn't get the baby bed apart and didn't move it, however, when my husband went back to move it, it came apart quickly and easily. I think they just didn't want to move it. This is small, but also they told us they wouldn't move the mattresses without a mattress cover and that we would be charged for them if we didn't have them. So we purchased them ahead of time and they were never used. We left them on each of the mattresses for them to use, but the movers didn't use them. So that was wasted money as well. A lot of our boxes were smashed and I am so thankful we didn't let them move my valuable china, mirrors or pictures. So all in all, if you don't have stuff you care about, they were fine. This move happened in Nov 2020 and we still have no resolution and not even a returned call or text in regards to restitution. We are beyond frustrated and upset that we are going to have to take them to small claims court. We are getting our paperwork ready now to be served.
