I was *thrilled* to learn that this is the *one and only* UPS store in town because, really, why would a growing community need more than one place to ship their stuff? That would just be too convenient. Coming from Houston, where UPS stores somehow manage to function without resembling an episode of *Hoarders*, I was simply *awestruck* by the artistic arrangement of packages on the floor, by the mailboxes, behind the counter truly a masterclass in chaos theory. I briefly considered renting a mailbox here, but hey, why bother when it's already occupied by a mountain of lost shipments? And let's talk about that line oh my , what a *fun* little fire hazard! Nothing like being squished up against a door while waiting to drop off an Amazon return. Who needs personal space when you can have a front-row seat to disorganization in action? Oh, and the staff! Shout-Out to the one competent employee (the young Black man kudos, dude), but the rest? Yikes. I don't know if they were running a UPS store or just starring in a real-time simulation of "What Not To Do in Customer Service." If I were the owner of this store, I'd be mortified.
