The phone tripled its power consumption, overheats, and can't hold onto the actual phone service. I took it back, and they kept it for a couple of hours and said, "Sorry, can't help you". I took it to the carrier, and the only option was to purchase a replacement. The worst part is that this rendering of the phone useless is something that WZRD says after the fact, "sometimes happens".
