It was ugly with the cracked screen, but functioned flawlessly. When I got it back, the screen looked great. The phone tripled its power consumption, overheats, and can't hold onto the actual phone service. I took it back, and they kept it for a couple of hours and said, "Sorry, can't help you". I took it to the carrier, and the only option was to purchase a replacement. The worst part is that this rendering of the phone useless is something that WZRD says after the fact, "sometimes happens". Funny that they didn't tell me that BEFORE charging me $285 to render my perfectly functional device inoperative. I could have bought the new device without paying them to ruin mine. Not recommended.

However, when it was all said and done, the repairs fixed one thing and broke several others. I would therefore recommend you AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Our iPad Pro 11" screen replacement looks great, but the aftermarket display they installed has permanently disabled Face ID, the backbone of iPad security, and convenience. It also has disabled automatic brightness and other features related to the ambient light sensor. Worst of all, for an unexplained reason (I would assume it could only be because of the display), the battery discharges 5-10+ times faster than it used to, regardless of use. If we leave it in standby mode, it used to last a couple of weeks. Now it lasts about 24 hours. If we had it to do over again, we would have spent a little bit more and had the repair performed by an authorized Apple repair center.

We decided to go to the local Lufkin, TX, Verizon store for help. Our first attempt was with the store manager Damari, and he was not customer service inclined and has a tendency to be somewhat rude. We continued to have phone issues with multiple phones so tried once again to get support through the local (Lufkin, TX,) store; Fortunately we worked with Tyler one of the store's team members and he fixed all our issues and was extremely customer service oriented. Damari and the National Verizon support team barley earned one-star for their support. We were ready to go to AT&T but Tyler saved the day.
