Just the facts. I took my phone with a cracked screen (otherwise perfectly functional) to these…read morefolks and paid them $285 to replace the screen. Remember that the phone WORKED flawlessly. It was ugly with the cracked screen, but functioned flawlessly. When I got it back, the screen looked great. The phone tripled its power consumption, overheats, and can't hold onto the actual phone service. I took it back, and they kept it for a couple of hours and said, "Sorry, can't help you". I took it to the carrier, and the only option was to purchase a replacement. The worst part is that this rendering of the phone useless is something that WZRD says after the fact, "sometimes happens". Funny that they didn't tell me that BEFORE charging me $285 to render my perfectly functional device inoperative. I could have bought the new device without paying them to ruin mine. Not recommended.

We decided to go to the local Lufkin, TX, Verizon store for help. Our first attempt was with the store manager Damari, and he was not customer service inclined and has a tendency to be somewhat rude. We continued to have phone issues with multiple phones so tried once again to get support through the local (Lufkin, TX,) store; Fortunately we worked with Tyler one of the store's team members and he fixed all our issues and was extremely customer service oriented. Damari and the National Verizon support team barley earned one-star for their support. We were ready to go to AT&T but Tyler saved the day. Someone needs to reward Tyler for his customer service skills. Great job Tyler. My wife and I appreciate your support.

Visited this store on Saturday. I was the only person in the place. My phone wouldn't turn on. Told me I could buy a new phone for $500 I took it down the road. They said it wasn't the battery. Almost bought a new phone, but then decided to go to another store an hour away. The lady at the actual Verizon store was able to get my phone started and I didn't have to bug a new one. I will not be coming back to this store. Also, if you came and lost your diamond earring. It is under the desk. I asked if it was hers and she said "no, it's a customers." And it stayed under the desk.
