Visited this store on Saturday. I was the only person in the place. My phone wouldn't turn on. The lady at the store told me it was the battery and I could buy a new phone or take it down the road for repair. She wasn't helpful at all. Told me I could buy a new phone for $500 I took it down the road. They said it wasn't the battery. Almost bought a new phone, but then decided to go to another store an hour away. The lady at the actual Verizon store was able to get my phone started and I didn't have to bug a new one. I will not be coming back to this store. Also, if you came and lost your diamond earring. It is under the desk. I asked if it was hers and she said "no, it's a customers." And it stayed under the desk. read more

We went looking for a PREPAID Verizon phone today! The manager who's name is Damari went to the back room looking for a phone, after letting him know that we needed an LG smart phone he brought one out and gave us the price. My husband proceeded to let him know that he was keeping his number. The manager then had a younger woman who also was working,submit the order to start NEW CONTRACTED SERVCE. She asked my husband for his social and my husband asked if it was necessary if he was only getting PREPAID service. She was confused and then Proceeded to asked the manager DAMARI if it was necessary . He had the AUDACITY to lie and say YES. My husband ALSO confused gave it to him. I then asked why he needed it for prepaid? The manager said it would only hurt him about 1 credit point. WHY WOULD YOU LIE to try and get a SALE???! I was FURIOUS and WE LEFT without a phone! I went into Verizon a few days ago and there was only one guy and about 4 customers, so I left and today I went back hoping to get some help. I did:) the guy working there, Brandon immediately started helping me find a new phone that I would like, he put all my stuff onto the new phone. Horrible store which matches the horrible service. Honestly I'm surprised Verizon still exists. I haven't met one person that is happy with the service. This store was very slow (we waited over an hour for someone to help) and they didn't have the slightest understanding of customer service. I also knew more than the employees about my phone and phones in general. Will switch to a different provider and looking forward to the day this store goes out of business. read more
