Showed up at my office to do the work onsite while I was out; took my computer home with him without my permission. I demanded that it be returned immediately. It was returned the following day with repair made. However, it wasn't long before the repair began to fail. Contacted him again and he said he absolutely wants to make it right. Made a date to make the repair, and I'll be - he stood me up again! Reported to the Better Business Bureau with no reply from him.
