This was the worst computer experience of all time. First I dropped my computer off to get wiped…read moreand an antivirus put on. I picked it up a week later and nothing was done. So I brought it back and when I went to pick it up the second time there was no one there. Finlay when someone got there the owner apologized that she wasn't there and informed me that she had been arrested for DWI. The computer still had a adware issue and now had even further things wrong with it and she still did not have the anti virus software available. About 20 days later I came back for the antivirus software. I informed here that there was still a problem with the computer and all I wanted was the disk and I would not due business with her again. She proceeded to get made and tell me to bring the computer back I said no and she refused to give me my Norton disk that I paid for until she saw the computer. She is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever seen and I will never do business with her again. I recommend that you bring your computer literally anywhere else. Just run as fast as you can away from here.

I just got out of a contract and didn't want a new one. I was recommended to these guys and they had me fixed up the same day with a replacement battery at a great price.
