I noticed the refrigerator section was not cold even though the freezer part was working properly in my fridge so I called for service. Julie set me an appointment to have it diagnosed and that was done on time by Eric and Josh and part was ordered after they found an evaporator fan motor had stopped working. Josh arrived on scheduled repair date and replaced the part and that fixed my refrigerator. I had to pay $175.00 to have a bobby pin removed from inside the door on my dryer. It couldn't be seen without removing the screws. I felt EXTREMELY ripped off. If I ever have any more issues with my dryer, I will certainly not be calling this place. read more

I have struggled to write this review objectively. I realize everyone makes mistakes and I want to be fair. However, the mistake I made was in calling these people in the first place. That initial call was over 6 weeks ago after our refrigerator started heating up and no longer cooling in the refrigerator section. Rather than buy a new fridge I wanted to see if this one could be repaired and found this local company with a couple of good reviews. Their tech came out and evaluated the unit and announced that this was a known and common problem with this model and that they had made many similar repairs on them in the past. They quoted me about $550 for parts and labor, I paid half up front and their repairman said he'd check their office to see if they had the part in stock or would need to order it. I was promised a call back. That never happened. Instead, we waited a few days and I called them to find out the part had been ordered and would take a week to get there and then they'd be right out to finish the job. That was the second time they made a promise they did not keep. There were several more to come. After a week I called them back again, they checked to see if the part had come in and it had so I assumed they'd "be right out" to fix the unit, but - no - had to schedule that 4 more days away. Mind you, my family is now using another fridge we have in the garage to keep our food safe for eating. I can't imagine what someone without a back-up fridge would have done. Eventually they replaced the part, charged me for the other half of the quoted price and told me I should be "good to go" and shouldn't have any more problems. The fridge worked! For a couple of days. In the interest of keeping this review brief - suffice it to say that they made 5 more visits over the course of 6 weeks. Each time they blamed a faulty part for the problem they could not seem to fix. Each time I was promised a call back to update me on the stratus of my repair and each time they failed to call. At one point I asked the call taker to have a manager call me to discuss this. She assured me she'd have them call - that never happened. Several of the visits they made they merely ran a hair dryer across the coils in the unit that were freezing up and did not other work or repair. Several times they told me they planned to change another part - which I'd assumed they kept in stock. But no - every part needed to be special ordered from Dallas - a 3 hour drive away but the part took a week to ship. Apparently they do not keep parts on hand for thie "common problem". In the end they failed to repair the fridge and it was becoming obvious that they felt our business was a nuisance to them. After 7 visits and a still defunct fridge we grew tired of having to move food from fridge to fridge and more tired of having to deal with this company that neither does what it says nor says what it does. We bought and installed a new fridge and learned a valuable lesson about being careful who we do business with. I won't make that mistake with these guys ever again. read more
