But on 19 Feb 20 the lady working the counter at noon made it clear that she did not like the working conditions or that she respected her managers. She also began to be very rude and upset when I would not buy the flat rate boxes but instead wanted to mail in a regular envelope. I had to listen to a lecture about how the post office workers run it through machines and sometimes that causes items to be lost. The complaining about your job in from of the consumer is unprofessional and not needed. Finally I understand the up-sale but I don't need to hear about mistreatment of packaging. This was the first time I have had such a bad experience. It made me miss the professional staff at the Universal City TX post office.

Horrible experience. It started with the PODS company as a whole when my move started, but once I…read morearrived in Louisiana, I received delay after delay with no communication as to where my container was being stored or when I could expect to have my container delivered. I called multiple times and on numerous occasions was told there was nothing anyone could do. I was told originally it had something to do with "bad winter weather" which is funny considering the SECOND time my delivery was canceled it was 70 degrees and sunny out. I finally called the local office and the woman was short with me and continuously cut me off. It was clear she was attempting to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Mind you, each time the company delays, you as the customer have to pay a new delivery fee, storage fee, and whatever else fee. That's ridiculous when the delay was on the business side and not my own. One thing is completely certain, I will NEVER EVER recommend or use PODS services ever again.
