I called multiple times and on numerous occasions was told there was nothing anyone could do. I was told originally it had something to do with "bad winter weather" which is funny considering the SECOND time my delivery was canceled it was 70 degrees and sunny out. I finally called the local office and the woman was short with me and continuously cut me off. It was clear she was attempting to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Mind you, each time the company delays, you as the customer have to pay a new delivery fee, storage fee, and whatever else fee. That's ridiculous when the delay was on the business side and not my own. One thing is completely certain, I will NEVER EVER recommend or use PODS services ever again.

Unlike most moving companies, they worked at a moderate pace and were very careful with my things so that nothing got damaged or broken. I requested two movers to transport me from a two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom home. I appreciated their patience as they took their time and did not rush the move. Everyone knows that moving is never easy, however, Abba Movers made this event less stressful and I am grateful for how accommodating they were. I also had one other stop during my move which was included in the moving fee. Management and staff were extremely professional from the time I scheduled the move to the big day. They made sure that I was well taken care of. I would definitely use this company again and I would most certainly recommend them to my friends and family. Happy moving! -A satisfied customer
